Detailed Description
In order to further understand the objects, structures, features and functions of the present invention, the following embodiments are described in detail.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, fig. 1 is an external view of a display device 10 according to an embodiment of the invention, and fig. 2 is a partial structural schematic diagram of the display device 10 according to the embodiment of the invention. The display device 10 may include a support frame 12 and a totem-pole mechanism 14. The totem switching mechanism 14 is disposed on the support frame 12, and the support frame 12 is used for supporting the display panel 16 and allowing the display panel 16 to adjust the inclination angle and/or the rotation angle relative to the support frame 12. The shape of the supporting frame 12 is not limited to the embodiment shown in fig. 1, and depends on the design requirement.
In addition, the supporting frame 12 may have a light emitting unit 18 and a light transmitting member 20. The light emitting unit 18 can be hidden in a main frame (not shown) of the support frame 12, and the light-transmitting member 20 can be disposed outside the main frame. The totem-switching mechanism 14 may be disposed between the light emitting unit 18 and the light transmissive member 20. The light-transmitting member 20 may be a cube made of acrylic material, but the practical application is not limited thereto. Illumination light emitted from the light emitting unit 18 can be irradiated to the light transmissive member 20 through the totem switching mechanism 14 so that a specific totem can be seen outside the display device 10.
Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 5, fig. 3 is an exploded view of the totem-pole switching mechanism 14 according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 4 and 5 are schematic views of the totem-pole switching mechanism 14 according to the first embodiment of the present invention at different operating stages. The totem-switching mechanism 14 may include a base 22, a first carrying member 24, a first pulling member 26, a first actuating member 28, and a first elastic restoring member 30. The base 22 is an outer shell of the totem-pole switching mechanism 14 for carrying and enclosing other components for protection. The first carrier 24 is slidably disposed on the base 22. A first puller 26 is rotatably disposed on the base 22 and is coupleable to the first carrier 24. The first actuating member 28 is connected to the first traction member 26 and is movably disposed on the base 22.
The first carrier 24 can carry the totem switch unit 32. In the present invention, the totem switching unit 32 is a light shielding member or a light transmitting member with a specific totem, and can be replaced according to the use requirement to change the totem style. For example, a star-shaped opening can be engraved in the opaque cardboard as the totem switch unit 32, and the illumination light is placed on the first carrier 24 through the star-shaped opening and projected to the light-transmitting member 20 to form a star-shaped totem. If the totem is to be changed into a triangular form, the opaque paper sheet with the star-shaped openings can be taken out from the first bearing member 24, and the opaque paper sheet with the triangular openings is additionally manufactured and used as the totem switching unit 32 to be put into the first bearing member 24.
Further seen, the first pulling member 26 may have opposite first and second ends 261 and 262. The first end 261 of the first pulling member 26 can be detachably stopped against the first carrying member 24, or can be connected to the first carrying member 24 by any method with similar effect. The second end 262 of the first pulling member 26 is movably coupled to the first actuating member 28 by a particular mechanism. The second end 262 of the first pulling member 26 may have a first coupling portion 34 and the first actuating member 28 may have a second coupling portion 36. The second connecting portion 36 is movably connected to the first connecting portion 34, so that the first pulling member 26 and the first actuating member 28 have a mutual linkage characteristic.
For example, the first connecting portion 34 can be a pin, the second connecting portion 36 can be a slot, and the first connecting portion 34 (pin) is inserted into the second connecting portion 36 (slot) and can slide back and forth between opposite ends of the slot. Alternatively, the first connection portion 34 can be a chute and the second connection portion 36 can be a latch; alternatively, the first connecting portion 34 and the second connecting portion 36 may be any connecting mechanism that can slide with each other. The first resilient return member 30, which may be a compression spring, is disposed between the first traction member 26 and the base 22 or between the first actuating member 28 and the base 22. The first elastic restoring member 30 is compressed and deformed by an external force to store an elastic restoring force, and releases the elastic restoring force to push the first pulling member 26 or the first actuating member 28 to be restored when the external force is removed.
As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, the first elastic restoring member 30 is disposed between the first actuating member 28 and the base 22. The base 22 can further optionally be provided with a limiting portion 38 for receiving the first elastic restoring member 30. The stopper 38 may limit the elastic deformation amount of the first elastic restoring member 30, and control the elastic restoring force for restoring within a certain range; the first elastic restoring member 30 is prevented from being twisted and skewed in an unintended direction (e.g., left and right sides) when it is compressed. If the first elastic restoring member 30 is disposed between the first pulling member 26 and the base 22, the first elastic restoring member 30 can be a compression spring connected to the first end 261 or the second end 262, or a torsion spring sleeved on the rotating shaft of the first pulling member 26, and the variation depends on the design requirement.
Furthermore, the totem switching mechanism 14 can further comprise a first magnetic attraction assembly 40 and a second magnetic attraction assembly 42. A first magnetically attractive assembly 40 may be disposed on the first carrier 24 and a second magnetically attractive assembly 42 may be disposed on the base 22. The first and second magnetic assemblies 40 and 42 generate a magnetic attraction force for pulling the first carrier 24 to move relative to the base 22.
Therefore, when the first actuating member 28 is actuated by an external force to slide along the first direction D1 relative to the base 22, the movement of the first actuating member 28 compresses the first elastic restoring member 30 and pulls the second end 262 of the first pulling member 26 to cause the first pulling member 26 to rotate in the clockwise direction. The rotating first pulling member 26 pushes the first carrying member 24 by the first end 261, so that the first carrying member 24 moves along the second direction D2, and moves out of the base 22, thereby facilitating a user to place, remove or replace the totem switch unit 32, as shown in fig. 4, to switch to the state shown in fig. 5. If the external force applied to the first actuating element 28 is removed, the elastic restoring force of the first elastic restoring element 30 can drive the first pulling element 26 to rotate in the counterclockwise direction, so that the first end 261 of the first pulling element 26 no longer pushes the first carrying element 24, and the magnetic attraction force between the first magnetic attraction element 40 and the second magnetic attraction element 42 can drive the first carrying element 24 to move in the direction opposite to the second direction D2 so as to move into the initial position in the base 22, as shown in fig. 5, the state is switched to the state shown in fig. 4.
The first carrier 24 is mainly used for carrying the totem switching unit 32, and the replaceable totem switching unit 32 changes the totem pattern displayed by the totem switching mechanism 14 on the light-transmitting member 20 of the supporting frame 12. To further change the totem color, the totem-switching mechanism 14 may further comprise a second carrier 44, a second actuator 46, a second pulling member 48, and a second elastic restoring member 50. The second carrier 44 may be adjacent the first carrier 24 and movably disposed on the base 22. In the first embodiment, the first supporting member 24 and the second supporting member 44 are stacked up and down to enable the totem switch mechanism 14 to have a narrower width characteristic; in addition, the first bearing member 24 and the second bearing member 44 can be arranged side by side, so that the totem-pole switching mechanism 14 can have a thinner thickness characteristic, and the arrangement mode thereof depends on the design requirement.
The second actuator 46 is slidably disposed on the base 22 and the second pulling member 48 is rotatably disposed on the base 22. One end of the second pulling member 48 detachably abuts against the second carrier 44, and the other end of the second pulling member 48 is movably connected to the second actuator 46. A second resilient return member 50 may be disposed between the second actuator 46 and the base 22. When the second actuating member 46 is translated by an external force, the second actuating member 46 compresses the second elastic restoring member 50 and drives the second pulling member 48 to rotate, so that the second pulling member 48 pushes the second bearing member 44 out of the base 22; if the external force applied to the second actuator 46 is removed, the elastic restoring force of the second elastic restoring member 50 drives the second actuator 46 and the second pulling member 48 to be restored, and the magnetic attraction force between the first magnetic attraction assembly 40 and the second magnetic attraction assembly 42 can move the second bearing member 44 into the base 22.
The second supporting member 44 is used for supporting a filter (not shown). If the first carrier 24 and the second carrier 44 are stacked up and down, the illumination light emitted by the light emitting unit 18 can penetrate through the totem switching unit 32 of the first carrier 24 and the filter of the second carrier 44 to present corresponding totem patterns and colors. To change the totem color, the second actuator 46 is operated to move the second carrier 44 out of the base 22 to facilitate placement, removal, or replacement of the filters. Particularly, the optical filters carried by the second carrier 44 may be monochromatic filters or multi-color spliced filters, and the number, shape and size of the color filters may be arbitrarily adjusted according to actual requirements.
Referring to fig. 6, 7 and 8, fig. 6 is an exploded view of a totem-pole switching mechanism 14 'according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 7 and 8 are schematic views of the totem-pole switching mechanism 14' according to the second embodiment of the present invention at different operating stages. In the second embodiment, the components having the same numbers as those in the first embodiment have the same structures and functions, and the description thereof will not be repeated. The first actuating member 28 ' (or the second actuating member 46 ') of the totem-pole switching mechanism 14 ' can be pressed by an external force, so as to rotate the first pulling member 26 (or the second pulling member 48) and push the first carrying member 24 (or the second carrying member 44) to move out of the base 22, as shown in fig. 7, the state is switched to the state shown in fig. 8. If the external force pressing the first actuating member 28 '(or the second actuating member 46') is removed, the elastic restoring force of the first elastic restoring member 30 (or the second elastic restoring member 50) can drive the first pulling member 26 (or the second pulling member 48) and the first actuating member 28 '(or the second actuating member 46') to restore, and the magnetic attraction force of the first magnetic attraction assembly 40 and the second magnetic attraction assembly 42 moves the first carrier member 24 (or the second carrier member 44) into the base 22, as shown in fig. 8, the state is switched to the state shown in fig. 7.
In summary, the totem switching mechanism and the display device thereof of the present invention include a support frame and the totem switching mechanism, wherein the support frame is used for supporting the display panel, the support frame has a light-emitting unit, and the totem switching mechanism is disposed on the support frame. The totem switching mechanism comprises a base, a first bearing piece, a first traction piece and a first actuating piece, wherein the first bearing piece is arranged in the base in a sliding mode and used for bearing the totem switching unit, the first traction piece is arranged on the base in a rotating mode and provided with a first end and a second end which are opposite, the first end is abutted against the first bearing piece, the first actuating piece is connected with the second end of the first traction piece and movably arranged on the base, the first actuating piece moves relative to the base to enable the first traction piece to rotate so as to push the first bearing piece to move out of the base, and the first bearing piece moves out of the base to place or replace the totem switching unit. Therefore, by utilizing the mutual matching of the light-emitting unit, the light-transmitting piece and the totem switching mechanism, the illuminating light of the light-emitting unit can be projected to the light-transmitting piece through the totem switching mechanism to form totem, and the appearance visual effect of the display device is improved.
