firstly, preferentially pouring and forging the shape of the valve body (1), performing shot blasting treatment on the valve body (1), and turning the valve body (1) to a final state by a lathe;
secondly, producing all accessory parts on the valve body (1), installing a switching mechanism consisting of a driven rod (101), a control screw rod (102), a closing plate (103) and a pressing block (105) at a proper position, and then respectively arranging a side groove (104) and a bottom groove (106) at proper positions of the closing plate (103);
thirdly, producing an auxiliary sealing plate (2) and installing the auxiliary sealing plate at a proper position in the valve body (1);
fourthly, the fixing plate (3) and the accessory parts on the fixing plate are produced, then the fixing plate (3) and the accessory parts are assembled into a warning mechanism, and then the warning mechanism is arranged at a proper position on the valve body (1);
fifthly, producing the push rod (4) and the accessory parts thereon, then assembling the push rod (4) and the accessory parts thereof into a filtering mechanism, and then installing the filtering mechanism at a proper position in the valve body (1);
sixthly, sleeving the anti-cracking piece (5) on the outer wall of the valve body (1), and finally locking the anti-cracking piece (5) through a bolt.
