More preferably, the device further comprises a pulling mechanism, wherein the pulling mechanism comprises: the middle side wall of the upper part of the supporting rod is provided with a first supporting block; the reel is symmetrically and rotatably arranged on the first supporting block; the second supporting block is arranged at one side of the upper part of the first supporting frame and close to the clamping block, and a reel is also rotatably arranged on the second supporting block; the second support frame is symmetrically arranged on one side of the top of the first support frame; the rotating rods are rotatably arranged between the second supporting frames; and a pull rope for pulling the first sliding block is wound between the winding wheels, the head end of the pull rope is connected with the first sliding block, the tail end of the pull rope is connected with the rotating rod, and the pull rope penetrates through the first supporting frame.
