when the rolling pinch roller 11 rolls, the rotating disc 15 is driven to synchronously rotate, the rotating disc 15 rotates to drive the extrusion salient points 16 to reciprocate to contact with the arc-shaped pressing block 24 on the linkage rod 23 and extrude the arc-shaped pressing block, and the extruded arc-shaped pressing block 24, in cooperation with the linkage rod 23 and the connecting track 21, drives the swing baffle 2 to reciprocate;
