Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of an intelligent home system according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the smart home system 10 may include a washing machine 100, a server 200, a terminal device 300, and an Access Point (AP) 400.
The access point 400 may be used to provide a signal source for a Wi-Fi network. For example, the access point 400 may be a router. Or the access point 400 may be a smart home device.
After the washing machine 100 and the terminal device 300 access the same access point 400, the Wi-Fi network created by the access point 400 is added. Further, the washing machine 100 and the terminal device 300 may communicate with the server 200 on the network side through the access point 400 using the Wi-Fi network. Meanwhile, communication between the washing machine 100 and the terminal device 300 located in the same Wi-Fi network may also be performed through the access point 400.
The terminal device 400 may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a notebook computer, etc. Taking the terminal device 400 as a mobile phone for example, the user may use the mobile phone to issue a control instruction to the washing machine 100.
For example, a user may download an intelligent home APP on a mobile phone, where the intelligent home APP may be used to manage an intelligent home device located under the same Wi-Fi network, and the embodiment of the present application uses the intelligent home device as the washing machine 100 for illustration. Further, the user may select an online device of the washing machine 100, and select a control function to be executed on the washing machine 100 among management options of the washing machine 100. For example, control functions such as start, shut down, switch modes (e.g., wash mode, dry mode), etc. If it is detected that the user clicks a start button of the smart home APP for the washing machine 100, the mobile phone may send a start instruction for the washing machine 100 to the access point 400 using the current Wi-Fi network. Further, the access point 400 may transmit the start-up instruction to the washing machine 100, so that the washing machine 100 starts up to operate in response to the start-up instruction.
The server 200 may be a single server or may be a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers. In some implementations, the server cluster may also be a distributed cluster. The present application is not limited to the specific form of the server 200.
In some embodiments of the present application, the server 200 creates a laundry treating agent information base in advance, in which product information corresponding to a plurality of laundry treating agents including type information, composition information, and usage information of the laundry treating agents is stored.
The user may scan a tag bar code (e.g., a two-dimensional code) on the laundry treatment agent outer package through the terminal device 300 to identify product information of the laundry treatment agent, and transmit the product information of the laundry treatment agent to the server 200 through the Wi-Fi network provided by the access point 400.
After receiving the product information of the laundry treating agent uploaded by the terminal device 300, the server 200 may classify and store the product information of the laundry treating agent in the laundry treating agent information base if the server 200 does not store the product information of the laundry treating agent, so as to expand the laundry treating agent information base. On the other hand, the server 200 may transmit the product information of the laundry treatment agent to the washing machine 100 through the Wi-Fi network provided by the access point 400, so that the washing machine 100 can accurately calculate the amount of the laundry treatment agent according to the product information of the laundry treatment agent, combine the product information and the water quality information of the laundry, and perform accurate delivery according to the calculated amount of the laundry treatment agent by the washing machine 100.
In some embodiments of the application, the laundry treatment agent outer package includes an NFC tag thereon. The user may sense the NFC tag on the laundry treatment agent outer package through the NFC function of the terminal device 300 to obtain product information of the laundry treatment agent, and transmit the product information of the laundry treatment agent to the server 200 through the Wi-Fi network provided by the access point 400. The server 200 may transmit product information of the laundry treating agent to the washing machine 100 through the Wi-Fi network provided by the access point 400.
In some embodiments of the application, the laundry treatment agent outer package includes an RFID tag thereon. The user can identify the RFID tag on the laundry treatment agent through the scanning device of the washing machine 100, so that the washing machine 100 obtains the product information of the laundry treatment agent, and the washing machine 100 can accurately throw in the laundry treatment agent.
Embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment of the application provides a control method of a washing machine, which is applied to the controller 105 in the washing machine 100. As shown in fig. 4, the method may include the steps of:
s101, the controller detects the operation of adding the clothes treating agent into the throwing box by a user.
As a possible implementation, the controller determines that the operation of adding the laundry treatment agent to the dosing cartridge by the user is detected in case a preset condition is met.
The preset condition comprises that the second weight value of the object treating agent in the throwing box detected by the controller at the second moment by the weight sensor is larger than the first weight value of the object treating agent in the throwing box detected by the weight sensor at the first moment, and the first moment is positioned before the second moment.
It will be appreciated that the weight value of the laundry treating agent in the dispensing box will change as the user adds the laundry treating agent to the dispensing box. When the weight sensor detects that the second weight value of the laundry treating agent in the putting box at the second moment is larger than the first weight value at the first moment, the weight sensor indicates that the weight of the laundry treating agent in the putting box is increased, and therefore the controller determines that the operation of adding the laundry treating agent into the putting box by a user is detected.
It should be noted that, the time interval between the first time and the second time needs to be less than or equal to the preset time interval. The preset time interval is configured to enable the washing machine to timely sense the operation of adding the laundry treatment agent to the putting box by the user, so that the washing machine can conveniently judge whether the product information of the laundry treatment agent is input by the user or not in the relevant time period of the operation of adding the laundry treatment agent to the putting box by the user.
The preset time interval can be preset when the washing machine leaves the factory, or can be set by a user through a display screen of the washing machine. For example, the preset time interval is 10s.
In some embodiments, the preset condition may further include that a difference between the second weight value and the first weight value is greater than a preset weight threshold. The preset weight threshold may be preset by a manufacturer of the washing machine, or may be set by a user through a display screen of the washing machine, for example, the preset weight threshold is 10 g.
It will be appreciated that in some cases, the weight value of the in-box laundry treating agent detected by the weight sensor of the washing machine may deviate. For example, the washing machine may shake for some reason, and the weight value of the laundry treating agent in the delivery box detected by the weight sensor of the washing machine may deviate. The weight threshold value may be preset, and the operation of adding the laundry treating agent by the user is determined to be detected when the second weight value detected by the weight sensor at the second time is greater than the first weight value detected by the weight sensor at the first time and the difference between the second weight value and the first weight value is greater than the preset weight threshold value. Thus, by comparing the preset weight threshold value, the detection result of the operation of adding the clothes treating agent to the user by the controller is more accurate.
S102, if the product information of the laundry treatment agent is not received in a time period related to the operation of adding the laundry treatment agent, the controller sends out prompt information.
For example, the period of time associated with the operation of adding the laundry treatment agent may include one or more of the following:
(1) The first period of time, i.e. the period of time when the user adds laundry treatment agent to the dosing cartridge. The starting time of the first period may be a third time and the ending time of the first period may be a fourth time. Wherein the third moment is a moment when the user is detected to start adding the laundry treatment agent into the dosing box. The fourth time is a time when it is detected that the user stops adding the laundry treatment agent into the dosing cartridge.
It will be appreciated that the controller may detect the weight value of the in-box laundry treating agent at each moment in time based on the weight sensor. When the user does not add the laundry treatment agent to the delivery box, the weight value of the laundry treatment agent in the delivery box tends to be a stable trend. When a user starts to add laundry treatment agent into the dispensing box at a certain moment, the weight value of the laundry treatment agent in the dispensing box tends to be in an increasing trend. The first moment when the weight value of the object treating agent in the delivery box detected by the weight sensor tends to be in an increasing trend can be called a third moment.
When the user stops adding the laundry treatment agent into the putting box at a certain moment, the weight value of the laundry treatment agent in the putting box stops increasing, and tends to be stable. The last moment in the increasing trend of the weight value of the object treating agent in the delivery box detected by the weight sensor can be called as the fourth moment.
(2) The second time period, i.e. the time period before the user adds the laundry treatment agent to the dosing cartridge. The start time of the second period may be a fifth time and the end time of the second period may be a third time. The fifth time is located before the third time, and the time interval between the fifth time and the third time may be the first time interval. The first time interval may be set when the washing machine leaves the factory or set by a user, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. Illustratively, the first time interval may be 5 minutes, 10 minutes, etc.
(3) The third period, i.e., the period after the user stops adding the laundry treating agent. The start time of the third period may be a fourth time and the end time of the third period may be a sixth time. The fourth time is located before the sixth time, and the time interval between the fourth time and the sixth time may be the second time interval. The second time interval may be set when the washing machine leaves the factory or set by a user, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. Illustratively, the second time interval may be 5 minutes, 10 minutes, etc.
For example, assuming that the user-added laundry treatment agent is a laundry detergent, the controller may send a prompt message in one or more of the following implementations:
Mode 1, a controller displays a prompt message through a display.
For example, the content of the prompt message displayed by the display may be "please input product information of the laundry detergent". Before receiving no product information of the laundry detergent input by the user, the controller can control the display to keep displaying the prompt information so as to prompt the user to timely input the product information of the laundry detergent.
Mode 2, the controller plays the prompt message through the voice prompt device.
The content played by the voice prompt device can be "please input product information of laundry detergent", wherein the voice of the voice prompt device playing prompt information can be preset by a washing machine manufacturer or various voice packets downloaded by a user for the washing machine through the internet.
Optionally, the controller may control the voice prompt device to stop playing the prompt message after receiving the product information of the laundry detergent input by the user.
And 3, the controller sends prompt information to the terminal equipment of the user through the communication interface.
The controller can also send prompt information to the terminal equipment (such as a mobile phone) of the user through the communication interface so as to prompt the user to timely input the product information of the clothes treating agent.
For example, as shown in fig. 5, the prompt message that the terminal device 300 receives from the washing machine 100 through Wi-Fi network or bluetooth may be "please input the product information of laundry detergent in time-! ".
In some embodiments, after a user obtains prompt information sent by the washing machine through the washing machine or the terminal device, the user can scan a tag bar code (such as a two-dimensional code) on the outer package of the laundry treatment agent through the terminal device, so as to obtain product information of the laundry treatment agent, upload the scanned product information of the laundry treatment agent to the server through a Wi-Fi network, and transmit the product information of the laundry treatment agent to the washing machine through the Wi-Fi network by the server.
Alternatively, the user may also correspond the RFID tag on the outer package of the laundry treatment agent to the scanning device (e.g., RFID device) of the washing machine, and scan the RFID tag on the outer package of the laundry treatment agent through the scanning device of the washing machine, so as to obtain product information of the laundry treatment agent, so that the washing machine can use the laundry treatment agent correctly.
Optionally, the user can also shoot the external package of the clothes treating agent through the terminal equipment, and the clothes treating agent is identified by combining the shooting identification function of the terminal equipment, so that the product information of the clothes treating agent is obtained. And uploading the obtained product information of the laundry treatment agent to a server through a Wi-Fi network, and transmitting the product information of the laundry treatment agent to the washing machine through the Wi-Fi network by the server.
The technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application at least has the following beneficial effects: after determining that the product information of the laundry treatment agent is not received in the relevant time period of the operation of adding the laundry treatment agent by the user, the controller can simultaneously display the prompt information through the display, play the prompt information through the voice prompt device and send the prompt information to the terminal equipment of the user through the communication interface so as to prompt the user to input the product information of the laundry treatment agent, thereby facilitating the correct use of the laundry treatment agent by the washing machine and avoiding the problem of unsatisfactory laundry washing effect caused by incorrect use of the laundry treatment agent by the washing machine due to the fact that the product information of the laundry treatment agent is not input by the user.
