Description

Biodegradable lubricating grease spray for rails and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of lubricating grease, in particular to a biodegradable lubricating grease spray for rails and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the development of national economy, the traction power of railway transportation is changed obviously. Mainly adopts internal combustion and electric locomotives to take on traction, and takes a big step towards the aspects of heavy load, expanding and editing and high speed. But the damage caused by the abrasion of the wheel rim and the steel rail (especially the curved steel rail) is increasingly prominent, and the service life of the wheel and the rail and the transportation production safety are directly influenced.
In order to solve the problem of abrasion of the wheels and the rails, scientific research work in various aspects, such as reasonable matching of high-strength steel rails and wheel rails, adjustment of geometrical parameters of lines and the like, is already carried out or is being developed in the past 90 s, and some of the scientific research work have already achieved results. In order to effectively improve the severe wear condition of the wheel rail, save traction power and obtain greater economic benefit, the wheel rail lubrication technology must be researched and developed from the tribology perspective.
At present, the abrasion of a rail is basically solved by a lubricating oil spray, but the lubricating oil spray is easy to drip in the open air, the field and the open type lubricating working condition, so that a friction pair is abraded and rusted, and the service life is shortened. And the propane and butane used in the lubricating oil spray has the effects of anesthesia and asphyxia to a human body, and the human body can have symptoms of dizziness, headache, poor sleep, tiredness and the like after being contacted for a long time.
Therefore, it is very necessary to design a biodegradable lubricating grease spray for rails and a preparation method thereof.
Disclosure of Invention
The biodegradable lubricating grease spray for the rails and the preparation method thereof are safe, environment-friendly, non-toxic and harmless, and eliminate the health, safety and environmental protection risks of users in the using process. When the lubricating grease spray is sprayed to a friction part, the propellant can volatilize rapidly, the lubricating grease keeps the thixotropy of non-Newtonian fluid and is not easy to run off, so that the lubricating grease spray can lubricate and protect the surface of a friction pair for a long time, and the service life of equipment is prolonged.
In order to achieve the purpose, the biodegradable lubricating grease spray for the rails is designed, and is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 32-45% of base oil, 3-5% of thickening agent, 2-3% of additive and 50-60% of propellant;
the preparation method comprises the following steps:
s1, adding 1/2 base oil into a reaction kettle at normal temperature, stirring, heating to 60-70 ℃, adding a thickening agent, heating to 210-215 ℃, and keeping for 30 min;
s2, pumping the residual base oil into the reaction kettle, reducing the temperature in the kettle to 180 ℃, and keeping the constant temperature for 5 min;
s3, transferring the materials in the reaction kettle to a blending kettle, and stirring and cooling to 70-80 ℃;
s4, adding the additive into the blending kettle, continuously stirring and homogenizing for 60 min;
and S5, filling the material tank in the blending kettle into a spraying tank, filling the propellant to finish canning.
The base oil is one or more of poly alpha olefin, alkyl naphthalene and unsaturated polyol ester.
The thickening agent is one or more of lithium soap and composite aluminum soap.
The propellant is one or more of HCR-22 and tetrafluoroethane.
The additive is one or more of an antioxidant and an antirust agent.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the raw materials selected by the invention are safe, environment-friendly, non-toxic and harmless, and the health, safety and environmental protection risks of users in the using process are eliminated.
2. The base oil has good compatibility with the propellant, and the sprayed oil film is uniform and does not agglomerate.
3. When the spray agent is sprayed on the surface of a friction pair, a propellant can volatilize rapidly, the lubricating grease keeps the paste form of non-Newtonian fluid, is not easy to run off, has excellent lubrication performance, and prolongs the service life of the friction pair.
