Or the kitchen remainder processing device 100 will send out warning sound to remind the user to press the closing button 164, so as to form an open circuit between the control circuit board 70 and other components.
It should be noted that in the present embodiment, the water content of the kitchen waste is calculated by continuously obtaining the weight value of the kitchen waste by the weight sensor 36 during the operation of the heater 40, and transmitting the weight value to the control circuit board 70 as a weight signal. When the control circuit board 70 determines that the ratio of the weight value of the kitchen waste at the moment to the original weight value of the kitchen waste is less than or equal to 0.15, the control circuit board 70 determines that the water content of the kitchen waste is less than or equal to 15%. However, in practice, the water content of the kitchen waste can be calculated by other methods, but not limited to this.
The present invention further provides a kitchen waste processing device in a preferred embodiment, wherein the circuit of the kitchen waste processing device comprises: the control circuit board is electrically connected with the weight sensor and the heater in a signal connection manner, and is electrically connected with the power switch; the medicine feeding driving machine of the medicine adding device, the driving motor of the stirrer and the exhaust fan of the air filter are not electrically connected with the control circuit board, but are directly electrically connected with the power switch. Therefore, when the user presses the opening key to enable the power supply to be opened, the medicine supply driving machine of the medicine adding device, the driving motor of the stirrer and the air suction machine of the air filter can be operated continuously until the user presses the closing key to stop the operation; the weight sensor and the medicine supplying driver of the medicine adding device are controlled by the control circuit board to act or not under the condition that the power supply is turned on, but not controlled by the power switch.
Next, the medicine feeder in the above embodiment is a piston structure, and the medicine feeder includes a box, a piston rod and a medicine supplying driving machine. The medicine supply driving machine can drive the piston rod to move along the axial direction of the piston rod, the piston head of the piston rod pushes the decomposition enzyme to move from the medicine inlet of the box body to the medicine release opening of the box body, and the length of the piston rod which is pushed and extended is controlled by the control circuit board, so that the purpose of controlling the supply amount of the decomposition enzyme is achieved. However, in other practical applications, as long as the medicine supply driving machine can drive at least one portion of the pushing rod to move from the medicine inlet to the medicine releasing port, and the at least one portion of the pushing rod pushes the decomposing enzyme in the box body, the above contents are not limited.
In summary, the kitchen waste processing device of the present invention can crush and decompose the kitchen waste by physical and biochemical methods, evaporate water by heating to reduce the weight, and then filter the internal air through the air filter and discharge the air out of the device, thereby achieving the effects of reducing the volume of the kitchen waste, reducing the weight of the kitchen waste by at least 85% by using a water removal method, and deodorizing.
