Description

Epoxy resin-based permeable filling material and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of water-filled karst caves in water-rich strata and permeable filling treatment of goafs, and particularly relates to an epoxy resin-based permeable filling material as well as a preparation method and application thereof, in particular to application in permeable filling of the karst caves or the goafs in a karst development stratum of a spring area.
Background
The statements herein merely provide background information related to the present disclosure and may not necessarily constitute prior art.
With the increase of traffic engineering and urban subway construction, more and more situations are encountered in construction of water-filled karst caves and water-rich goafs, the filling treatment of the water-filled karst caves and the water-rich goafs is more and more urgent, and the following common filling materials are adopted at present: 1. gel filling material, 2 paste filling material, 3 sandstone-cement base filling material. The inventor finds that the filling materials only consider the strength of the filling body and do not consider the water permeability of the filling body when the filling materials are used for filling and treating the karst cave or the goaf, so that the strength of the filling materials is surplus, the water permeability is insufficient, and the materials are not suitable for the stratum with strong karst development in the spring region due to the requirement of protecting the mobility of underground water.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide an epoxy resin-based permeable filling material and a preparation method and application thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
in a first aspect, the invention provides an epoxy resin-based water-permeable filling material, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1 part of ceramsite, 0-0.3 part of quartz sand, 0-0.3 part of cement, 0.05-0.1 part of epoxy resin, 0.025-0.05 part of curing agent and 0-0.3 part of water.
Ceramsite, quartz sand, epoxy resin, a curing agent, cement and water are selected as components, wherein the ceramsite is used as a coarse aggregate, and is mainly used for providing a supporting framework of the material and assisting in adjusting the water permeability and the pressure resistance of the material; the epoxy resin and the curing agent are used as main cementing agents to mainly adjust the permeability of the material and assist in adjusting the compressive strength of the material, and the cement slurry is used as an auxiliary cementing agent to mainly adjust the compressive strength of the material under the condition of high requirement on the compressive strength of the permeable filling material. The quartz sand is fine aggregate, assists in adjusting the compressive strength and the permeability of the material, and is used as a heat absorbent for epoxy resin curing reaction to absorb heat emitted in the epoxy curing process, so that the temperature of a reaction system is reduced, the reaction speed is slowed down, the thermal stress is reduced, and the curing shrinkage is reduced.
In some embodiments, the epoxy resin-based water permeable filling material is composed of the following components in parts by weight: 1 part of ceramsite, 0-0.3 part of quartz sand, 0.05-0.1 part of epoxy resin, 0.025-0.05 part of curing agent and 0-0.3 part of water.
Further, the epoxy resin-based permeable filling material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1 part of ceramsite, 0-0.3 part of quartz sand, 0.05-0.1 part of epoxy resin and 0.025-0.05 part of curing agent.
Further, the epoxy resin is epoxy resin E51. The curing agent is an epoxy resin E51 matched curing agent.
Furthermore, the mass ratio of the epoxy resin E51 to the curing agent is 2: 1. The mass ratio is the highest in the bond strength.
Furthermore, the ceramsite is light solid ceramsite.
Furthermore, the grain diameter of the ceramsite is 2-6 mm.
Further, the cement is ordinary portland cement with grade p.o42.5.
Furthermore, the particle size of the quartz sand is less than 0.5 mm.
In a second aspect, the invention provides a preparation method of the epoxy resin-based permeable filling material, which comprises the following steps:
mixing the ceramsite with epoxy resin, quartz sand and a curing agent in sequence to obtain a mixed material;
mixing cement and water to form cement paste;
and adding the cement paste into the mixed material, and uniformly mixing to obtain the cement paste.
The ceramsite has larger grain diameter and more usage amount, and when the components are directly mixed, the ceramsite is difficult to be fully fused with the epoxy resin under the blocking action of quartz sand, so that part of the ceramsite is difficult to have enough bonding strength, and the quality of the permeable filling material is further seriously influenced.
When the epoxy resin-based permeable filling material is mixed according to the method, the ceramsite is firstly mixed with the epoxy resin, so that the epoxy resin can be uniformly coated on the ceramsite, then the ceramsite is uniformly mixed with the quartz sand, so that solid phases in the filling material can be fully contacted with the epoxy resin, and finally the ceramsite is mixed with the curing agent, so that the surfaces of the ceramsite and the quartz sand are more easily and uniformly coated with the curing agent, further, the full contact between the solid phases and the cementing agent is ensured, the prepared epoxy resin-based permeable filling material is uniform in texture, the cementing agent is fully fused with the ceramsite, and the bonding strength is high.
In a third aspect, the invention provides application of the epoxy resin-based permeable filling material in permeable filling of a karst cave or a goaf in a karst development stratum of a spring area.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows:
1. the material introduces light solid ceramsite as aggregate, and still has high permeability under the condition of realizing that the material has high uniaxial compressive strength.
2. Epoxy resin is introduced into the material as a cementing agent, the uniaxial compressive strength and permeability of the material are adjusted by adjusting the content of the epoxy resin in the material, and the material still has high permeability under the condition of realizing high strength.
3. The main parameters of the material, namely the uniaxial compressive strength and the permeability coefficient, have large adjustable ranges, the variation range of the uniaxial compressive strength is 0.5-12MPa, and the variation range of the permeability coefficient is 0.1-8cm/s, so that the material can meet the filling treatment requirements of different strength and water passing performance requirements.
