Abstract

The invention discloses a red mud-based rapid-setting grouting material suitable for grouting reinforcement and treatment of sandy soil stratum, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of red mud, 20-30 parts of an exciting agent and 5-10 parts of an additive; wherein the excitant consists of sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, water glass and sulphoaluminate cement clinker; the additive is composed of a carboxylic acid water reducing agent, talcum powder, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and desulfurized gypsum powder. The red mud is used as a mineral raw material, and is supplemented with components such as an excitant, an additive and the like to prepare a grouting material, so that the grouting material can be applied to the fields of grouting reinforcement of sandy soil strata and the like. The characteristics of high alkalinity and fine particle size of the red mud are utilized to prepare the cementing material, and the sulphoaluminate cement clinker and the alkali activator are utilized to improve the cementing activity of the red mud. The working performance of the red mud-based grouting material is adjusted by the additive. Thereby preparing the red mud-based grouting material with excellent engineering performance.

Technical Field

Background
The red mud is waste residue discharged in the process of extracting alumina in the aluminum industry, and generally 1.0-2.0 tons of red mud is additionally generated when 1 ton of alumina is produced on average. According to measurement and calculation, nearly 3000 million tons of red mud are generated every year in China. The piling up of the red mud occupies a large amount of land and causes serious pollution to underground water and soil. Therefore, the realization of multi-channel and large-scale resource utilization of the red mud is urgent.

Grouting materials are one of the key factors of grouting technology, and are getting more and more attention. In the sand stratum grouting reinforcement project, the cement-based grouting material has the defects of long setting time and poor grouting performance, and the chemical grout has the defects of environmental pollution, high cost and the like although the reinforcement effect is good. Therefore, the development of a grouting material suitable for reinforcing sandy soil stratum is urgently needed. The main components of the red mud are CaO and SiO2、Al2O3And the like, have potential gelling activity. The red mud is used for preparing the cementing material, so that the cementing material with high energy consumption can be replaced, the environmental pollution caused by the red mud can be reduced, and the resource utilization efficiency of the cementing material is promoted.

The red mud-based grouting material has certain mechanical strength, realizes large-scale application of the red mud to a certain extent, but generally has the characteristics of low red mud use amount, long coagulation time and poor grouting property. Is not suitable for grouting treatment of water-rich sand layers.
The prior sandy soil stratum grouting material mainly uses superfine cement, but the energy consumption of the cement industry is high, the price of the superfine cement is high, the engineering cost is high, and the requirement of green ecology is not met.

Aiming at the technical problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a red mud-based rapid-setting grouting material suitable for grouting reinforcement and treatment of sandy soil strata and a preparation method thereof. The red mud is used as a main raw material, and components such as an excitant and an additive are used as auxiliary materials to prepare a grouting material, so that the grouting material can be applied to the fields of grouting reinforcement of sandy soil strata and the like. The characteristics of high alkalinity and fine particle size of the red mud are utilized to prepare the cementing material, and the sulphoaluminate cement clinker and the alkali activator are utilized to improve the cementing activity of the red mud. The working performance of the red mud-based grouting material is adjusted by the additive. Thereby preparing the red mud-based grouting material with excellent engineering performance.

Preferably, the concentration of the aqueous sodium hydroxide solution is 6 to 9M, preferably 8M.
Preferably, the specific surface area of the sulphoaluminate cement clinker is 350-2/Kg。
Further preferably, the mass ratio of the sodium hydroxide aqueous solution to the water glass to the sulphoaluminate cement clinker is 20-30:5-15: 60-70.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the carboxylic acid water reducing agent to the talcum powder to the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose to the desulfurized gypsum powder is as follows: 20-30:20-30:15:35-45.
Preferably, the red mud is dried and ground red mud, and the specific surface area is 550-600m2/Kg。

Preferably, in step 4), the stirring time is 4-10min, preferably 5 min.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: grinding the powder to a specific surface area of 550-2Perkg red mud micro powder and specific surface area of 350-2Mixing the sulphoaluminate cement clinker/Kg with water according to the water-cement ratio of 1:1, uniformly stirring, then adding other components according to the corresponding proportion, and stirring for five minutes. The prepared grouting material has the relevant properties shown in table 1:

The additive is composed of 23 parts by mass of carboxylic acid water reducing agent, 20 parts by mass of talcum powder, 15 parts by mass of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and 42 parts by mass of desulfurized gypsum powder.
2. The preparation method comprises the following steps: grinding the powder to a specific surface area of 550-2Perkg red mud micro powder and specific surface area of 350-2Mixing the sulphoaluminate cement clinker/Kg with water according to the water-cement ratio of 1:1, uniformly stirring, then adding other components according to the corresponding proportion, and stirring for five minutes. The prepared grouting material has the relevant properties shown in table 2:

The additive is composed of 30 parts by mass of carboxylic acid water reducing agent, 25 parts by mass of talcum powder, 15 parts by mass of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and 45 parts by mass of desulfurized gypsum powder.
2. The preparation method comprises the following steps: grinding the powder to a specific surface area of 550-2Perkg red mud micro powder and specific surface area of 350-2Mixing the sulphoaluminate cement clinker/Kg with water according to the water-cement ratio of 1.2:1, uniformly stirring, then adding other components according to the corresponding proportion, and stirring for five minutes.
