Description

Sludge soil additive and preparation method and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of river regulation, relates to a silt soil additive, a preparation method and application thereof, and particularly relates to a silt soil additive prepared from modified soil.
Background
The sludge is an important component of the water body, most pollutants in the polluted water body are enriched in the sludge, and the most effective method for repairing the polluted river channel at present is to remove endogenous pollutants, namely to dredge the bottom sludge. A large amount of sludge is generated after dredging, so that the rapid digestion and resource utilization of the sludge become a research hotspot for river regulation.
The premise of recycling the sludge is to reduce the water content of the sludge, and a chemical flocculant needs to be added before the sludge is mechanically dewatered at present, so that the residue of the flocculant can be caused, and secondary environmental pollution is brought. The soil mainly comprises SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3 and the like, wherein Si can be used as an effective coagulation-aiding component, Al and Fe are main flocculation components, and in addition, minerals in the soil can also play a flocculation role. The porosity of sand grains in the soil is high, and the effect of a sludge dewatering stage can be enhanced. The existing method for modifying natural minerals such as soil and the like as a flocculating agent generally utilizes acids such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and the like for modification, and the acid modification has the defects of low pH value and inconvenience for subsequent sludge resource utilization.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose is as follows: aiming at the situation and overcoming the defects of the prior art, the invention provides the sludge soil additive and the preparation method and the application thereof.
The technical scheme is as follows: in order to solve the technical problems, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:

(2) mixing a certain amount of modifier and biomass in fine soil uniformly, and standing for 4-10 h to obtain mixed soil a; wherein the addition amount of the modifying agent is 0.1-5wt% of the fine grained soil, and the addition amount of the biomass is 1-10wt% of the fine grained soil;
(3) adding a certain amount of loosening agent into the medium-grained soil, and uniformly mixing to obtain mixed soil b; wherein the addition amount of the loosening agent is 1-5wt% of the medium-grained soil;
(4) adding a certain amount of conditioner into the coarse-grained soil, and uniformly mixing to obtain mixed soil c; wherein the addition amount of the conditioner is 0.5-5wt% of the coarse-grained soil;
the mixed soil a is used as a medicament in a sludge flocculation stage and is directly added into sludge, so that sludge-water separation is promoted; adding the mixed soil b in batches in the sludge extrusion dehydration stage for improving the extrusion dehydration efficiency and the porosity; and adding the mixed soil c after the mud cake obtained after the mud is extruded and dewatered is crushed for improving the soil and recycling the mud.
Wherein the soil can be dug at the side of the dredging river channel, and the additive can be prepared on site.
In some embodiments, the pretreating the soil comprises:
the dug soil is aired and air-dried, plastic garbage, animal and plant residues and stones with the particle size larger than 5mm are removed, and then the soil is divided into coarse-grained soil, medium-grained soil and fine-grained soil through a vibrating screen machine.
In some embodiments, the modifying agent is a natural polymeric flocculant selected from one or more of chitosan and lignin.
In some embodiments, the biomass is a crop powder, including straw powders of various types.
In some embodiments, the loosening agent is selected from one or more of plant ash, fly ash and activated carbon powder.
In some embodiments, the conditioner is a natural mineral substance selected from one or more of vermiculite and perlite.
In a second aspect, a sludge soil additive is provided, which is prepared by the method.
In a third aspect, there is provided a method of using the sludge-based soil improvement additive, comprising:
directly adding mixed soil a as a sludge flocculation stage medicament into sludge to be subjected to soil formation to promote sludge-water separation;
adding the mixed soil b in batches in the sludge extrusion dehydration stage for improving the extrusion dehydration efficiency and the porosity;
and adding the mixed soil c after the mud cake obtained after the mud is extruded and dewatered is crushed for improving the soil and recycling the mud.
Has the advantages that: the invention provides a sludge soil additive and a preparation method and application thereof, and the sludge soil additive prepared by modified soil is prepared by the following steps: (1) soil beside a dredging river channel is taken as a main raw material, and the soil is divided into coarse-grained soil, medium-grained soil and fine-grained soil. (2) Adding biomass such as natural polymeric flocculant, straw powder and the like into the fine soil part to improve the flocculation property and keep the fertility. The biomass can be hydrolyzed and acidified to generate organic acid in the early stage, and the organic acid can dissolve out partial aluminum ions and iron ions in the soil, so that the flocculation performance is improved. This fraction acts as an additive in the sludge flocculation stage. (3) The loosening agent such as fly ash is added to the medium-grained soil part, so that the porous structure of the soil is improved, the porosity of the soil is further improved, and the soil can be used as an additive in a sludge dewatering stage to strengthen the extrusion dewatering effect. (4) The natural minerals with strong air permeability and water and fertilizer retention are added into the coarse-grained soil part to be used as the additive of the dewatered sludge, so that the soil conversion and resource utilization of the sludge can be further improved.
After the additive is added, the water content of the discharged sludge can reach 30% -50%, the porosity of the dewatered sludge is increased, and the sludge is favorable for further soil conversion and resource utilization, such as soil for agriculture and forestry, slope protection greening and the like. Meanwhile, the sludge soil additive prepared from the modified soil is a natural additive without biotoxicity, is simple and convenient to prepare, is low in cost, fully utilizes the soil, can be directly prepared on a dredging site, and has practical significance.
