During specific work, the rotating motor 263 drives the rotating shaft 262 to rotate, so that the rotating shaft 262 drives the elastic expansion plates 264 thereon to synchronously rotate, further the wrinkle smoothing strips 265 on the elastic expansion plates 264 are in intermittent contact with the cloth 100 on the left arc-shaped surface of the upper end of the leveling seat 27, the wrinkle smoothing strips 265 are in contact with the cloth 100 through the arc-shaped convex surfaces, the deformation of the cloth 100 caused by overlarge acting force between the wrinkle smoothing strips 265 and the cloth 100 is prevented, meanwhile, the circular convex surfaces arranged on the arc-shaped convex surfaces of the wrinkle smoothing strips 265 are provided with the circular convex 266 for increasing the friction force when in contact with the cloth 100, so that the wrinkle smoothing strips 265 can drive the cloth 100 to move towards the left side, thereby tensioning and straightening the cloth 100 between the wrinkle smoothing strips 265 and the heating roller 251, so that the heating roller 251 can better flatten the cloth 100, and meanwhile, the wrinkle smoothing strips 265 are uniformly arranged in the circumferential direction to intermittently contact with the cloth 100, and prevent the wrinkle smoothing strips 265 from continuously contacting the cloth 100 to cause the deformation of the cloth 100, the invention ensures that the wrinkle smoothing strip 265 can contact with the cloth 100 through the elastic expansion plate 264, and it should be noted that the rotating direction of the rotating shaft 262 is opposite to the conveying direction of the cloth 100.
The invention comprises the following working steps: the first step is as follows: the cloth 100 to be leveled is laid on the correcting mechanism 3, the wetting mechanism 4, the leveling mechanism 2, the correcting mechanism 3 and the winding roller 5 in sequence from left to right along the workbench 1, and then the winding roller 5 is driven to rotate through the existing drive, so that the cloth 100 is ceaselessly moved from left to right and conveyed.
The second step is that: the two straightening mechanisms 3 ensure that the cloth 100 is in a tight state, and meanwhile, the straightening branched chains 33 ensure that the cloth 100 is positioned in the middle of the straightening rollers 32, so that the folding phenomenon of the front end and the rear end of the cloth 100 is prevented.
The third step: before the cloth 100 is leveled, the cloth 100 is sprayed with water through the wetting mechanism 4, so that the cloth 100 is prevented from being damaged by burning when the heating roller 251 rolls and scalds the cloth 100; before the fabric 100 is leveled, the fabric 100 is straightened through the wrinkle smoothing branched chain 26, so that the fabric 100 is in a flat state when being ironed.
