Further, a plurality of ventilation holes 211 are formed in a portion of the tape substrate 21 where the tape 22 is disposed, and a vacuum suction groove is formed in the suction member 33, and the vacuum suction groove is disposed opposite to the tape 22, so that the suction member 33 does not generate a suction effect on the tape 22, thereby facilitating the suction of the tape 22 to the first suction pad 4. It is worth noting that since the plurality of ventilation holes 211 are formed at the portion of the tape substrate 21 where the tape 22 is disposed, the adhesive strength of the tape 22 adhered to the tape substrate 21 can be reduced, so that the first suction pad 4 can more easily suck the tape 22 from the tape substrate 21.

In the second embodiment, a splicing device is proposed, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, for cutting and joining the tape to be spliced on the working roll 17 and the tape to be spliced on the standby roll 14; specifically, the tape splicing device comprises a tape preparation device, a sucker assembly and a cutting assembly as in the first embodiment; the sucker component is used for adsorbing a to-be-connected tape; the cutting assembly is used for cutting the to-be-spliced piece adsorbed on the suction cup assembly to form a first section 15 positioned on the standby roll 14 and a second section 16 positioned on the guide roller 12 used for guiding the to-be-spliced piece on the working roll 17, and the first suction cup 4 in the adhesive preparing device is used for providing an adhesive tape 22 to adhere a joint between the first section 15 and the second section 16, so that the joint of the to-be-spliced piece on the working roll 17 and the to-be-spliced piece on the standby roll 14 is realized.
The splicing equipment comprises the glue preparation device in the first embodiment, and can automatically and previously adsorb the adhesive tape 22 on the first suction disc 4, so that the adhesive tape 22 on the first suction disc 4 can be used for subsequent tape sticking work, the smooth splicing process of the whole piece to be spliced is ensured, the time is saved, the splicing efficiency is higher, and the splicing equipment in the first embodiment can realize automatic splicing under the condition of automatic glue preparation. The tape splicing device in this embodiment is specifically a single-sided tape splicing device.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 6, the suction cup assembly includes a second suction cup 6 and a third suction cup 7 which are oppositely disposed, the second suction cup 6 and the third suction cup 7 are both slidably disposed on the substrate 1, and the second suction cup 6 and the third suction cup 7 can slide along the X-axis direction relative to the substrate 1, and can also slide along the Y-axis direction relative to the substrate 1; the second sucker 6 and the third sucker 7 slide along the X-axis direction and are mutually abutted so as to be used for adsorbing a to-be-connected belt member which is arranged between the second sucker 6 and the third sucker 7 in a penetrating manner.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 7, the cutting assembly includes a cutting blade 11 and a cutting tool seat 8 vertically disposed, the cutting tool seat 8 and the third suction cup 7 are elastically connected and disposed in parallel, and the cutting tool seat 8 is located on one side of the third suction cup 7 away from the second suction cup 6; the end part of the cutting blade 11 is fixedly connected with the cutter seat 8, the cutting part of the cutting blade 11 penetrates through the inner side of the third sucker 7, and the cutting part of the cutting blade 11 can horizontally penetrate through the third sucker 7; the third suction cup 7 can be moved closer to the cutter seat 8 to reduce the distance between the third suction cup 7 and the cutter seat 8 to expose the blade portion of the cutter blade 11, so that the cutter blade 11 cuts off the tape to be attached sucked between the second suction cup 6 and the third suction cup 7 to form a first section 15 on the backup roll 14 and a second section 16 on the guide roll 12 for guiding the tape to be attached on the work roll 17.
As shown in fig. 1 and 7, the first suction cup 4 is located below the third suction cup 7, and the third suction cup 7 can slide on the substrate 1 along the Y-axis direction to drive the first suction cup 4 to slide on the substrate 1 along the Y-axis direction, so that the first suction cup 4 can be aligned with the joint between the first segment 15 and the second segment 16; the first suction pad 4 is movable relative to the third suction pad 7 in a direction toward the second suction pad 6, and the first suction pad 4 is brought into contact with a side surface of the joint opening, so that the adhesive tape 22 adsorbed on the first suction pad 4 can adhere to the joint opening.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and 7, the third suction cup 7 is elastically connected to the cutter seat 8 through a plurality of elastic members 9, and a plurality of guide rods (not shown) are further disposed between the third suction cup 7 and the cutter seat 8, one end of each guide rod is fixedly connected to the third suction cup 7, and the other end of each guide rod is slidably connected to the cutter seat 8 through a bearing; when the second suction cup 6 and the third suction cup 7 are abutted against each other and further squeezed by the elastic piece 9, the elastic piece 9 is elastically deformed under the squeezing action of the third suction cup 7 and the cutter seat 8, so that the third suction cup 7 moves towards the cutter seat 8 to reduce the distance between the third suction cup 7 and the cutter seat 8, and a cutter part of the cutter blade 11 penetrating through the inner side of the third suction cup 7 can be exposed; while the guide bar can provide a guiding effect for the movement of the third suction cup 7. A fracture 71 for the cutting blade 11 to pass through is arranged on the third suction cup 7, so that the cutting blade 11 can pass through the third suction cup 7 through the fracture 71; and an avoiding groove 61 for avoiding the cutting blade 11 is arranged on one side of the second suction cup 6 close to the third suction cup 7, so that the cutting process can be smoothly carried out. In this embodiment, the elastic member 9 is a compression spring.
The specific working process of the splicing device in this embodiment is as follows:
firstly, one end of a piece to be connected on a working roll 17 is arranged on the working roll 17, and the other end of the piece to be connected on the working roll 17 passes through the space between the second suction cup 6 and the third suction cup 7 and extends to the working end by bypassing the guide roller 12 so as to prepare a battery cell; meanwhile, one end of the to-be-picked piece on the standby roll 14 is arranged on the standby roll 14, and the other end of the to-be-picked piece on the standby roll 14 passes through the space between the second suction cup 6 and the third suction cup 7 and is wound to the collecting roller 13 so as to be standby.
When the tape to be connected on the working roll 17 is not used up, the first driving member 35 is started, so that the first driving member 35 drives the second reel 32 to rotate, and the second reel 32 can roll away the tape substrate 21 with a proper length, so that the length of the tape 2 between the first reel 31 and the second reel 32 is proper; at the same time, the second driving member is driven to provide a torque to the first reel 31 to place the adhesive tape member 2 between the first reel 31 and the second reel 32 in a tensioned state.
Then, the third driving element 10 is started to drive the first suction disc 4 to slide in the sliding groove 51 along the direction of the Z-axis to approach the adhesive tape element 2, so that the first suction disc 4 slides to be arranged opposite to the adhesive tape element 2; the fourth driving part is started again to drive the sucker seat 5 to move along the X-axis direction, and the sucker seat 5 drives the first sucker 4 to move along the X-axis direction towards the direction close to the adhesive tape 22 until the adhesive tape part 2 is pressed onto the adsorption part 33 by the first sucker 4, so that the adsorption part 33 adsorbs the adhesive tape part 2; at the same time, the first suction pad 4 sucks the adhesive tape 22 on the adhesive tape member 2.
Then, the fourth driving component drives the suction cup seat 5 to move along the X-axis direction again, and the suction cup seat 5 drives the first suction cup 4 to move along the X-axis direction in a direction away from the tape substrate 21, so that the first suction cup 4 adsorbs a smooth surface on the tape 22 and separates from the tape substrate 21 adsorbed by the adsorbing component 33, thereby automatically adsorbing the tape 22 onto the first suction cup 4.
Then, the third driving member 10 drives the first suction pad 4 to slide in the chute 51 in the direction away from the tape substrate 21 along the Z-axis direction, so that the first suction pad 4 sucks the tape 22 and slides back to the initial position.
When the tape member to be spliced on the working roll 17 is about to be used up, the second suction cup 6 and the third suction cup 7 are slid on the base plate 1 in the X-axis direction to approach each other to press and suck the tape member to be spliced on the working roll 17 and the tape member to be spliced on the standby roll 14.
Then, the second suction cup 6 and the third suction cup 7 are further moved closer to each other to generate squeezing, and pushing force can be respectively exerted from the outer side of the second suction cup 6 and the outer side of the cutter seat 8 due to the squeezing action, the third suction cup 7 is not connected with the cutter seat 8 and is only connected with the cutter seat 8 through the elastic piece 9, namely, under the interaction of the second suction cup 6 and the cutter seat 8, the elastic piece 9 is compressed, the third suction cup 7 can be close to the cutter seat 8 by sliding along the guide rod, so that the distance between the third suction cup 7 and the cutter seat 8 is reduced, and therefore the cutter part of the cutter blade 11 can be exposed from the fracture 71 on the third suction cup 7, and a to-be-connected piece is cut off.
After the tape joining member is cut, the second suction cup 6 and the third suction cup 7 are separated from each other, and simultaneously, the vacuum suction degrees of the second suction cup 6 and the third suction cup 7 are adjusted, so that the second suction cup 6 sucks only the tape joining member of a portion away from the work roll 17 with the escape groove 61 as a separation point, and the third suction cup 7 sucks only the tape joining member of a portion close to the backup roll 14 with the break 71 as a separation point, thereby forming the second segment 16 on the guide roller 12 for guiding the tape joining member on the work roll 17 and the first segment 15 on the backup roll 14, as shown in fig. 3.
After that, the second suction cup 6 and the third suction cup 7 are again abutted against each other; meanwhile, the vacuum adsorption degree of the third sucker 7 is adjusted, so that the third sucker 7 can not adsorb the first section 15 any more, and the first section 15 is adsorbed by the part, which is close to the standby roll 14 and takes the avoidance groove 61 as a separation point, on the second sucker 6, so that the first section 15 and the second section 16 can be both positioned on the second sucker 6, and the subsequent gluing operation on the joint between the first section 15 and the second section 16 is facilitated; and then the second suction cup 6 and the third suction cup 7 are separated from each other.
Then, the third suction pad 7 and the first suction pad 4 are moved in the Y-axis direction while keeping the second suction pad 6 still until the center of the first suction pad 4 is aligned with the center of the escape groove 61, that is, the adhesive surface of the tape 22 on the first suction pad 4 is aligned with the side surface of the engagement opening.
Starting the fourth driving part again to drive the sucker seat 5 to move along the X-axis direction, wherein the sucker seat 5 drives the first sucker 4 to move along the X-axis direction towards the direction close to the joint opening until the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape 22 on the first sucker 4 is adhered to the joint opening, and simultaneously, the vacuum adsorption degree of the second sucker 6 is adjusted to ensure that the second sucker 6 does not adsorb the first section 15 and the second section 16 any more, and the vacuum adsorption degree of the first sucker 4 is adjusted to ensure that the first sucker 4 does not adsorb the first section 15 and the second section 16 any more, and the second sucker 6 and the first sucker 4 are separated from each other; the first section 15 and the second section 16 are bonded to each other by applying adhesive on the side of the joint.
Finally, the first suction disc 4 re-adsorbs the adhesive tape 22 by adopting the adhesive preparation process, so that the next adhesive bonding process of the piece to be bonded is carried out, and the whole working process of cutting, gluing and bonding is completed.

the adhesive tape supply assembly (3) is arranged along the extending direction of the first suction cup (4), the adhesive tape supply assembly (3) comprises a first reel (31), an adsorption piece (33) and a second reel (32) which are sequentially arranged along the Y-axis direction, an adhesive tape piece (2) is wound on the first reel (31), the adhesive tape piece (2) comprises an adhesive tape substrate (21) and an adhesive tape (22) bonded on the adhesive tape substrate (21), the adhesive tape (22) is arranged opposite to the first suction cup (4), and two ends of the adhesive tape substrate (21) are respectively wound on the first reel (31) and the second reel (32);
the first sucking disc (4) is used for moving in the direction close to the adhesive tape supply assembly (3) along the Z-axis direction so that the first sucking disc (4) and the adhesive tape (22) are arranged just opposite to each other, and the first sucking disc (4) is also used for moving in the direction close to the adhesive tape piece (2) along the X-axis direction so as to press the adhesive tape substrate (21) against the adsorption piece (33) and adsorb the adhesive tape (22), and the first sucking disc (4) moves in the direction far away from the adhesive tape substrate (21) along the X-axis direction so that the adhesive tape (22) is separated from the adhesive tape substrate (21).
2. The adhesive tape preparing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the adhesive tape supplying unit (3) further comprises:
the first reel (31), the adsorbing piece (33) and the second reel (32) are sequentially arranged on the connecting seat (34) along the Y-axis direction, and the first reel (31) and the second reel (32) can rotate relative to the connecting seat (34);
the fixed end of the first driving piece (35) is arranged on the connecting seat (34), the driving end of the first driving piece (35) is in driving connection with the second reel (32), and the first driving piece (35) is used for driving the second reel (32) to rotate so as to roll in the adhesive tape substrate (21) separated from the adhesive tape (22).

The adhesive preparing device according to claim 1, wherein the suction member (33) and the adhesive tape (22) are respectively located at two sides of the adhesive tape substrate (21), the suction member (33) is provided with a plurality of vacuum suction holes, the vacuum suction holes are located at one side of the suction member (33) close to the adhesive tape substrate (21), the vacuum suction holes are arranged in a staggered manner with respect to the adhesive tape (22), and the vacuum suction holes are used for sucking the adhesive tape substrate (21) to the suction member (33).

The adhesive preparing apparatus according to claim 6, wherein a plurality of vent holes (211) are formed in a portion of the adhesive tape (22) on the adhesive tape substrate (21), and a vacuum suction groove is formed in the suction member (33), and the vacuum suction groove is disposed opposite to the adhesive tape (22) so as to suck the adhesive tape (22) to the first suction cup (4).
8. A glue preparation device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7, further comprising:
