The service life of the reversing roller is not less than 50000 hours, the surface of the reversing roller is coated with polyurethane, the thickness of the polyurethane surface of the reversing roller is 15mm, and the hardness is not less than Shore A type hardness 70 degrees.
The bearing carrier roller adopts a three-section roller type groove-shaped forward-inclined carrier roller, the roller diameter is phi 159mm, the carrier roller has no eccentricity and has higher precision, and the quality of the carrier roller reaches the GB10595-2017 standard. The drag coefficient of the roller bearing is not more than 0.022. The carrier roller bracket adopts a punch forming process and ensures enough strength and rigidity. The thickness of the side supporting column plate is not less than 6mm, the thickness of the cross beam plate is not less than 8mm, and the specific size of the carrier roller group is selected according to the design of the DT II (A) belt conveyor.

The walking mechanism adopts a walking wheel set, and the wheels adopt double-rim wheels. The wheel material ZG35CrMnSi, the wheel tread and the double wheel rim are both subjected to heat treatment more than or equal to HB280, and the depth of a quenching layer is not less than 15 mm. The wheel shaft and the wheel adopt a close fit mode, and the bearing seat adopts an integral bearing seat with an end cover.
The walking mechanism is provided with a hydraulic rail clamping device which is electrically interlocked with the speed reducing motor.
The running driving device is equipped with enough output force, the driving device is arranged outside the running track, the wheels are directly driven by the three-in-one reduction gearbox in a suspension mode, the reduction gearbox is connected with the wheel shaft through a spline, and the three-in-one reduction gearbox is internally braked.
The walking device adopts variable frequency speed regulation, and the walking speed is adjustable within 0-30 m/min.
