It can be seen that the belt 11 of the present invention, once slack has occurred and to some extent, is automatically tensioned without human intervention.
As shown in fig. 5, a bearing seat 27 is embedded in the channel 2, and the inner end of the screw 9 is fitted in the bearing seat 27, and the bearing seat 27 corresponds to a mounting structure of the inner end of the screw 9 to ensure smooth rotation thereof.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, when the conveyor belt 11 is loosened downward and contacts the sensor wheel 15, friction is generated with the sensor wheel 15 to rotate the sensor wheel 15 at a high speed, and when the sensor wheel 15 rotates, friction is generated with the copper sleeve 14 to generate heat due to the friction, and the heat is transferred to the temperature sensor 16 through the copper sleeve 14, so that the temperature sensor 16 sends a heat transfer signal to the controller 17, and the controller 17 instructs the motor 8 to rotate electrically.
As shown in fig. 2, an elongated plate 18 is disposed on the top surface of the fixing plate 1, the elongated plate 18 extends above the conveyor belt 11 with a gap between the elongated plate 18 and the conveyor belt 11, and the elongated plate 18 is also provided with a sensing switch 19 corresponding to the upper part of the conveyor belt 11, the sensing switch 19 is electrically connected with the controller 17, the top of the conveyor belt 11 is bent upwards after being tensioned and is close to the sensing switch 19, according to the existing induction principle, the induction switch 19 sends an instruction to the instruction module on the controller 17, so that the instruction sends an instruction to the motor 8, the motor 8 is forced to stop rotating, and therefore, the screw 9 installed on the motor 8 stops rotating, the tension rod 6 engaged on the screw 9 stops moving, the driven pulley 10 connected to the outer end of the tension rod 6 stops moving, and the belt 11 connected between the driven pulley 10 and the driving pulley 3 stops the tension operation.
