Referring to fig. 1-2, in an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a filling needle, including: a needle body 1 and a PEEK needle stand 2.
In a preferred embodiment, the needle body 1 comprises a seamless tube 11 and a connecting joint 12, both the seamless tube 11 and the connecting joint 12 are hollow inside, and the connecting joint 12 has a diameter larger than that of the seamless tube 11. One end of the seamless pipe 11 is inserted into the connecting joint 12, and the seamless pipe 11 and the connecting joint 12 are fixedly connected by laser welding. The connector 12 may be connected to an external filling device, and the liquid medicine may flow through the needle body 1 and to the corresponding container.
More preferably, the seamless tube 11 and the connection joint 12 are both made of stainless steel.

The existing filling needles are made of stainless steel, and because the stainless steel has larger mass relative to PEEK materials and the thickness of the made needle seat is larger, the stainless steel filling needles are only suitable for dry-heat and wet-heat sterilization modes, and the sterilization effect is poor if the irradiation sterilization mode is adopted. The filling needle provided by the invention comprises a needle seat made of PEEK material, and the PEEK needle seat 2 can avoid the defects of stainless steel material, so that the whole filling needle is simple and light in structure, can adopt an irradiation sterilization mode, a dry-heat sterilization mode and a wet-heat sterilization mode, can meet different sterilization requirements, and has a better sterilization effect.
