the planing tool 327 is used for grinding burrs or bulges on the lower bottom surface of the metal plate, the planing tool 327 is rotatably connected into the working groove 2121 and is rotatably connected with the second motor 326, and the position of the planing tool 327 corresponds to that of the shaver 324;
a transmission shaft is connected between the second motor 326 and the lower grinding wheel 316 and is used for rotating the lower grinding wheel 316;
the cleaning assembly 330 is used for cleaning burrs or residues of a metal plate falling on the worktable 212 and keeping the upper surface of the worktable 212 neat and flat, and the cleaning assembly 330 comprises a second supporting frame 331, a fan 332, a connecting pipe 333 and an air outlet;
the second supporting frame 331 is positioned at one side of the workbench 212 and serves as a positioning base, so that the fan 332 can be conveniently placed;
the fan 332 is configured to blow air into the working tank 2121 and the collecting tank 2122, and blow the metal debris stored in the working tank 2121 and the collecting tank 2122 to one side, so that the metal debris falls;
the connecting pipe 333 is used for conveying airflow, one end of the connecting pipe 333 is connected with the fan 332, and one end far away from the fan 332 is provided with three branch ports which respectively correspond to the pair of working tanks 2121 and the collecting tank 2122;
the air outlet is used for discharging air flow, and one air outlet is arranged on each of the pair of working grooves 2121 and the collecting groove 2122 so as to facilitate the falling of metal residues;
when the grinding device of the embodiment of the application is actually used, as shown in figures 2-8,
1. the metal plate is placed on the workbench 212, and the small motor 315, the second motor 326 and the fan 332 are turned on in advance before the metal plate is placed because the movement of the rear process of the metal plate is carried out by rolling the working roller or the front roller 215 and the fixed roller 217;
2. adjusting the heights of the shaver 324 and the upper grinding wheel 314 through the adjusting bolt 318 and the adjusting screw 325 to adapt to the height of the metal plate, firstly feeding the inlet end of the metal plate into the first grinding assembly 310, and grinding the surface of the metal plate through the rotation of the upper grinding wheel 314 and the lower grinding wheel 316;
3. when the metal plate is conveyed to the second grinding assembly 320, the razor 324 removes the side edge of the metal plate and the upper surface of the metal plate, and meanwhile, the second motor 326 drives the planer tool 327 to rotate, so as to remove the residue on the lower surface of the metal plate;
4. the metal plate processed by the first polishing assembly 310 and the second polishing assembly 320 is conveyed to the front roller 215, is pre-bent and coiled by the front roller 215 and the fixed roller 217 and is conveyed into the bending machine, a part of the dropped metal residues falls into the working groove 2121 or the collecting groove 2122, a small part of the dropped metal residues falls off along with the inclined plane of the worktable 212, and air is blown into the working groove 2121 and the collecting groove 2122 by the fan 332 to discharge the metal residues out of the working groove 2121 and the collecting groove 2122, so that accumulation is reduced.
EXAMPLE III
In the actual use process, the metal plate sides of different specifications may also have some bumps in uneven or wavy shapes, in the second grinding component processing process, the shaver 324 may shake due to the influence of the bumps, and in the case of large bumps, the shaver 324 and the bumps collide with each other to generate huge vibration, which easily causes the metal plate to shift and damages the shaver 324 and other components, so that the metal plate shakes, and the shape of the rolled metal plate is influenced to a certain extent.
In view of the above problems, the embodiment of the present application adds the linkage assembly 400 on the basis of the above embodiment 2, so that when the metal plate passes through the second polishing assembly 320, the razor 324 can slide along with the metal plate with wavy side edges, thereby avoiding the small vibration of the metal plate, and simultaneously reducing the vibration generated by the impact between the razor 324 and a large bump, so as to reduce the shake of the metal plate.
In actual use of the linkage assembly 400 of the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 2-9, the linkage assembly 400 is positioned on the second positioning member 323, and the linkage assembly 400 includes a connecting member 410, a restraining spring 420, a bladder 430, a non-newtonian fluid 440, a pressing plate 450, a movable rod 460, a spring 470, and a second bladder 480;
the connecting piece 410 is used for connection, and the connecting piece 410 is connected between the second positioning piece 323 and the shaver to provide a movable space for the movement of the shaver 324;
the limiting springs 420 are provided with a plurality of groups, wherein one pair of limiting springs 420 are connected between the adjusting screw 325 and the connecting piece 410 and used for limiting the shaver 324, so that the shaver 324 can slide along with the wavy side edge of the metal plate to remove burrs, and meanwhile, the acting force generated in the impact process can be reduced, and the shaking of the metal plate is further reduced;
the bag 430 is arranged in the second positioning member 323, and the bag stores non-Newtonian fluid 440 for relieving the reaction force of the shaver 324 to the metal plate when being impacted greatly, so as to reduce the shaking of the metal plate;
specifically, when a metal plate without raised or wavy side plates is machined or a metal plate with dense corrugations is machined, due to the characteristics of the non-Newtonian fluid 440, there is no influence on the normal operation of the razor 324;
the extrusion plate 450 is arranged at one side of the pocket 430, a pair of movable rods 460 is connected between the extrusion plate and the shaver 324, springs 470 are sleeved on the movable rods 460, and the springs 470 are connected between the shaver 324 and the extrusion plate 450 and used for further buffering the impact force applied to the shaver 324 and enabling the shaver 324 to be in close contact with the metal plate in the moving process of the metal plate;
one side of the extrusion plate 450, which is close to the bladder 430, is made of soft rubber, so that the service life is prolonged, and the damage to the surface of the bladder 430 when the bladder 430 collides with the extrusion plate 450 is reduced;
the second bag 480 is arranged on one surface of the shaver 324, which is in contact with the metal plate, and is used for preventing a larger bump from colliding with the shaver 324, the second bag 480 is filled with a mixture of non-Newtonian fluid and magnetic powder, the mixing ratio of the non-Newtonian fluid to the magnetic powder is 1:1, so that some fine metal residues after the metal plate is ground can be adsorbed on the surface of the second bag 480, and subsequent cleaning is facilitated;
the second bag 480 is arranged at a position close to the shaver head of the shaver 324, so that the second bag 480 drives the shaver 324 to move left and right when sliding at the side edge of the metal plate, thereby reducing the collision between the second bag and a larger bulge.

Claims (9)

the auxiliary device (200) comprises a front assembly (210) and a rear assembly (220), wherein the front assembly (210) is used for adjusting the angle of the metal plate placed into the bending machine and stably transporting the metal plate, and the rear assembly (220) is used for supporting the processed metal plate and reducing the shaking caused by the self gravity of the metal plate;
the front-mounted assembly (210) comprises a workpiece (211), a workbench (212) and a hydraulic rod (213);
a pair of I-shaped parts (211) and a pair of hydraulic rods (213) are connected between the workbench (212) and the underframe (100), and the hydraulic rods (213) are connected to the bottom of the workbench (212) close to one side of the underframe (100); the device has the function of controlling the inclination angle of the workbench (212), so that the metal plate is conveyed into the bending machine in an inclined mode, and the phenomenon that the extrusion of the working roll of the bending machine during rotation causes the shaking of the end, which is not fed into, of the metal plate is reduced;
the rear component (220) comprises a support frame (222), the support frame (222) is positioned on one side, away from the front component (210), of the bottom frame (100), a pair of second hydraulic rods (223) is fixed on the side face, close to the bottom frame (100), of the support frame (222), the pair of second hydraulic rods (223) are respectively arranged on two sides of the support frame (222), a rear roller (224) is rotatably connected between the pair of second hydraulic rods (223), a supporting effect is achieved on a processed metal plate, and shaking caused by the gravity of the metal plate is reduced;
the metal plate polishing device comprises a polishing device (300), wherein the polishing device (300) cleans some unprocessed and clean burrs or bulges on the metal plate, so that the metal plate stably passes through a working roller to reduce the shaking of the metal plate;
the grinding device (300) comprises a first grinding assembly (310), wherein the first grinding assembly (310) is installed in a working groove (2121) and comprises a positioning piece (313), an upper grinding wheel (314), a small motor (315), a lower grinding wheel (316) and a clamping block (317);
the positioning part (313) is connected to the workbench (212) in a sliding manner, and the positioning part (313) is used as a positioning basis;
the upper grinding wheel (314) is connected in the positioning part (313) in a sliding way and is used for grinding the positions of two sides of the upper plane of the metal plate;
the small motor (315) is connected to one end of the upper grinding wheel (314);
a connecting block is connected between the upper grinding wheel (314) and the small motor (315) and serves as a positioning base to play a role in connection and fixation;
the lower grinding wheel (316) is rotatably connected in a working groove (2121) of the workbench (212) and is used for grinding the two ends of the lower plane of the metal plate;
the clamping block (317) is connected to one side of the positioning part (313) in a sliding mode, a bolt (318) is connected to the clamping block (317) in a threaded mode, and the bolt (318) penetrates through the clamping block (317) to be in contact with the connecting block and is used for fixing the upper grinding wheel (314) and the small motor (315).

the front roller (215) is arranged on the workbench (212) and plays roles in preprocessing and improving stable transportation of the metal plate, so that the metal plate forms a radian suitable for the working roller before entering the bending machine, and the shaking of the metal plate when entering the working roller is reduced;
the motor (216) is connected to one side of the adjusting assembly (214) and is matched with the front roller (215) for use to provide power;
one surface of the workbench (212) close to the front roller (215) is provided with a fixed groove, a fixed roller (217) is rotationally connected in the fixed groove, and the fixed roller (217) corresponds to the front roller (215);
the workbench is provided with a pair of working grooves (2121) and a collecting groove (2122).

the triangular bracket (225) is connected between the second hydraulic rod (223) and the support frame (222) and provides a certain support for the second hydraulic rod (223).
4. A device for bending a metal sheet as claimed in claim 1, wherein said grinding means (300) further comprises a second grinding unit (320);
the second grinding assembly is used for further processing the metal plate, and simultaneously plays a certain role in fixing the metal plate when being used together with the first grinding assembly (310), and comprises a second positioning piece (323), a shaver (324), an adjusting screw (325), a second motor (326) and a planer tool (327);
the second positioning piece (323) is connected to the workbench (212) in a sliding manner;
the shaver (324) is used for removing burrs or bulges on two sides of the horizontal plane on the metal plate, and the shaver (324) is arranged at the bottom of the second positioning piece (323);
the adjusting screw (325) is used for adjusting the height of the shaver (324) to meet the requirements of metal plates with different thicknesses, the adjusting screw (325) is fixedly connected with the upper part of the shaver (324), and the adjusting screw (325) is in threaded connection with the second positioning piece (323);
the second motor (326) is used for providing power for the rotation of the planing tool (327), and the second motor (326) is arranged on one side of the workbench (212);
the planing tool (327) is used for grinding burrs or bulges on the lower bottom surface of the metal plate, the planing tool (327) is rotatably connected into the working groove (2121) and is rotatably connected with the second motor (326), and the position of the planing tool (327) corresponds to the position of the shaver (324);
a transmission shaft is connected between the second motor (326) and the lower grinding wheel (316) and is used for rotating the lower grinding wheel (316).

the cleaning assembly (330) is used for cleaning burrs or residues of a metal plate falling on the workbench (212) and keeping the upper surface of the workbench (212) neat and flat, and the cleaning assembly (330) comprises a second support frame (331), a fan (332), a connecting pipe (333) and an air outlet;
the second supporting frame (331) is positioned on one side of the workbench (212) and serves as a positioning base, so that the fan (332) can be conveniently placed;
the fan (332) is used for blowing air into the working groove (2121) and the collecting groove (2122) and blowing metal chips stored in the working groove (2121) and the collecting groove (2122) to one side so as to enable the metal chips to fall;
the connecting pipe (333) is used for conveying airflow, one end of the connecting pipe (333) is connected with the fan (332), and the end far away from the fan (332) is provided with three shunting ports which respectively correspond to the pair of working grooves (2121) and the collecting groove (2122);

the movable plate (311) is connected to the workbench (212) in a sliding manner, so that the positioning piece (313) can slide on the workbench (212) and can be used as a positioning base of the positioning piece (313) to simultaneously polish and fix two sides of the metal plate;
the positioning bolts (312) are connected to two sides of the movable plate (311) in a threaded mode, and the positioning bolts (312) are used for positioning the movable plate (311), so that corresponding adjustment can be conveniently carried out according to specifications or positions of different metal plates.
