The aluminum sheet processing and forming device is characterized by comprising a mounting platform (1), an aluminum sheet leveling mechanism (2), an aluminum sheet cutting mechanism (3), an aluminum sheet polishing mechanism (4) and a forming dust cleaning mechanism (5), wherein the mounting platform (1) is vertically arranged, a conveying platform (11) is arranged at the top of the mounting platform (1), the aluminum sheet leveling mechanism (2) is arranged on the conveying platform (11) and is positioned at the feeding end of the conveying platform (11), the aluminum sheet cutting mechanism (3) is positioned at the top of the conveying platform (11), the aluminum sheet cutting mechanism (3) is positioned at the side of the aluminum sheet leveling mechanism (2), the aluminum sheet polishing mechanism (4) is positioned on the conveying platform (11), the forming dust cleaning mechanism (5) is positioned at the discharging end of the conveying platform (11), a storage box (12) is arranged at the side of the mounting platform (1), the aluminum sheet intermittent moving mechanism (6) is arranged on the conveying platform (11), and the aluminum sheet intermittent moving mechanism (6) is located between the aluminum sheet cutting mechanism (3) and the aluminum sheet polishing mechanism (4).

The aluminum sheet processing and forming device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the aluminum sheet leveling mechanism (2) comprises a mounting seat (21), a sliding frame (22), a leveling cylinder (23), a leveling roller (24), a leveling motor (25) and two return springs (26), the mounting seat (21) is arranged on the conveying platform (11), a sliding groove (27) is arranged on the mounting seat (21), the two return springs (26) are symmetrically arranged on the mounting seat (21), the tops of the two return springs (26) are fixedly connected with the bottom of the sliding frame (22), the sliding frame (22) is in sliding fit with the sliding groove (27), the leveling roller (24) is rotationally connected to the sliding frame (22), the leveling motor (25) is arranged on the sliding frame (22), the main shaft of the leveling motor (25) is in transmission connection with the leveling roller (24), the leveling cylinder (23) is positioned at the top of the mounting seat (21), and the telescopic end of the leveling cylinder (23) is connected with the top of the sliding frame (22).

The aluminum sheet processing and forming device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the aluminum sheet cutting mechanism (3) comprises a cutting blade (31), a cutting seat (32), a connecting rod (33), a cutting motor (34), two driving plates (35) and two cutting bases (36), wherein the cutting bases (36) are symmetrically arranged at the top of the conveying platform (11), two ends of the cutting seat (32) are respectively in sliding fit with the two cutting bases (36), the cutting blade (31) is positioned at the bottom of the cutting seat (32), the two driving plates (35) are respectively and rotatably connected with the upper ends of the two cutting bases (36), the cutting motor (34) is arranged on the cutting base (36), a main shaft of the cutting motor (34) is in transmission connection with one of the driving plates (35), a driving rod (38) is arranged between the two driving plates (35), and the top of the cutting seat (32) is provided with a universal ball (37) rotatably connected with the cutting motor, and two ends of the connecting rod (33) are respectively and fixedly connected with the universal ball (37) and the driving rod (38).

The aluminum sheet processing and forming device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: aluminum sheet intermittent type moving mechanism (6) are including rotating motor (61), rolling disc (62) and a plurality of dwang (63), it is located mount table (1) to rotate motor (61), rolling disc (62) are located conveying platform (11) and rolling disc (62) are connected with the main shaft that rotates motor (61), and are a plurality of the equidistant setting of dwang (63) is on rolling disc (62).

The aluminum sheet processing and forming apparatus as claimed in claim 7, wherein: the conveying platform (11) is provided with a driving disc (43) which is horizontally arranged, the driving disc (43) is rotationally connected with the conveying platform (11), and the driving disc (43) is positioned below the rotating disc (425).

The aluminum sheet processing and forming device as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the forming dust cleaning mechanism (5) comprises a cleaning frame (51) and a cleaning fan (52), the cleaning frame (51) is erected on the conveying platform (11), and the cleaning fan (52) is arranged on the cleaning frame (51) and faces the conveying platform (11) towards the cleaning fan (52).
10. The aluminum sheet processing and forming device and the forming process thereof as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein: the molding process comprises the following steps:
firstly, placing an aluminum plate on a conveying platform (11), enabling the conveying platform (11) to move the aluminum plate forwards, enabling a leveling cylinder (23) to move to drive a sliding frame (22) to move in a sliding groove (27), moving a leveling roller (24) to the position above the aluminum plate, enabling a leveling motor (25) to work to drive the leveling roller (24) to rotate on a sliding seat, enabling the leveling roller (24) to rotate to level and flatten the aluminum plate on the conveying platform (11), and preventing the aluminum plate from being bent and affecting the quality of subsequent processing in the processing process of the aluminum plate;
secondly, after the aluminum plate is leveled, when the aluminum plate is cut off, the cutting motor (34) works to drive the driving rod (38) and the two driving plates (35) to rotate, the rotating rod (63) rotates to drive the universal ball (37) to rotate on the cutting seat (32), so that the cutting seat (32) moves up and down on the two cutting bases (36), the cutting seat (32) moves up and down to drive the cutting blade (31) to move to cut off the aluminum plate, and the aluminum plate is cut into aluminum plates one by one, so that the aluminum plates can be subsequently processed;
