The existing spray device of the absorption tower cannot uniformly spray desulfurization water liquid when in use, and excessive water resource loss is caused by excessive water consumption, the sulfur concentration content of different depths in the existing absorption tower is inconsistent, and the water source of the spray device easily causes splashing between fillers, so that the problem of unstable ultralow emission requirement can be solved.
