It can be understood that the filter element is impacted by water input at the inlet of the filter device, and the filter screen of the filter element is easy to damage. And the filter screen 3 is difficult to fix if the filter screen is separately fixed on the filter element. It is understood that, as shown in fig. 6, the plate spring 43 has a band shape, both ends of the plate spring 43 are fixed to the upper cover plate 42, and the middle portion is protruded upward to be connected to the colander outer tub 6. The end of the plate spring 43 is designed to be saw-toothed, and the teeth of the saw-toothed are fixed to the upper cover plate 42 by pins. The filter insert is thereby fixed both circumferentially and axially to the filter outer cylinder 6.
