Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an external traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation for tonifying qi, relaxing tendons and activating collaterals.
Background
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) is a group of multi-symptom clusters mainly manifested by chronic fatigue, which cannot be explained by other diseases and cannot be relieved by rest, accompanied by physical and psychological discomforts such as pharyngalgia, muscular pain, headache, memory deterioration, sleep quality deterioration, anxiety, depression, and the like. In recent years, the incidence of chronic fatigue syndrome is gradually increased, and the chronic fatigue syndrome is difficult to self-heal, and the chronic fatigue syndrome is one of five major problems affecting human health.
The pathogenesis of this disease is not exact, but it is thought to be caused by immune abnormality and abnormal stress and hormone levels caused by viral infection. At present, no exact effective treatment method exists, the medicine treatment is lacked, and symptomatic support treatment, such as vitamin supplement, immunity improvement, depression resistance and the like, is usually adopted. The antidepressant has certain effect on the complications of chronic fatigue syndrome, such as insomnia, muscle ache, depression and the like, but the western medicine treatment can cause a series of adverse reactions.
There is no record about chronic fatigue syndrome in traditional Chinese medicine, but there is an earlier understanding of fatigue. Similar notes about chronic fatigue syndrome in Huangdi's classic on the book "laziness", "body weight" and "difficulty in lifting the limbs" are recorded. There are records of "lily disease" and "hysteria" in jin Kui Yao L ü e, which are also very similar to CFS in their manifestations. From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, the etiology and pathogenesis of CFS can be divided into the following aspects.
1. Abnormal daily life. The theory of plain questions and menstruation regulation says: the Chinese character ' Yi-Yang is even and flat to fill the shape, and if one in nine seasons, the Chinese character ' Ji ' is a peaceful person. "human and nature are integrated, and human must keep yin and yang, qi and blood of body and keep relative balance of ascending, descending, exiting and entering by regulating themselves within a certain limit according to yin and yang change rule of nature. In modern life, the desire of people is constantly expanded due to the transverse flow of things, the work and rest time is irregular, the body is excessively penetrated, the overall view of the integration of the heaven and the human body and the yin-yang change rule of the nature are violated, and the imbalance of yin and yang and qi and blood is caused for a long time, so the disease is caused.
2. Emotional distress. The Huangdi's classic on medicine states that: "anger hurts the liver, likes hurting the heart, thinks hurting the spleen, sadness the lung, fear hurting the kidney". With the accelerated pace of life and the increase of the difference between poverty and wealth, people are in anxiety, tension, anger and fear for a long time, and the psychological changes exceed the normal regulation capacity of the liver, so that the liver fails to dredge and the liver depression and the spleen and kidney deficiency are caused and caused, and the occurrence of fatigue is caused.
3. Improper diet. The theory of the spleen and stomach, Yun: ' improper diet, short breath, mental retardation of stomach diseases … … qi of spleen and stomach hurts … …, which causes diseases. The modern life of the substances is rich, and some people overeat too much food, drink too much wine and overeat too cold and cool food; some people are easy to cause malnutrition due to busy work, irregular diet and serious food preference. These all damage the spleen and stomach, and thus they cannot generate food essence, resulting in insufficient qi and blood source, malnutrition of the viscera and meridians, and fatigue and dizziness caused by long-term use.
4. Fatigue is excessive. Proper exertion, such as mental or physical labor, maintains health and regularity of the body and life, but excessive exertion can be detrimental to health. Just as the cloud of Su Wen Xuan Ming Wuqi chapter: "blood and qi are injured by long-term vision, flesh and bone are injured by long-term lying, and tendon and muscle are injured by long-term walking". The modern living habits and life rhythms lead to overlarge living pressure and burden, so that the spleen and kidney deficiency, the adaptability reduction, the fatigue and the weakness, the mental irritability, the energy reduction and the like are caused.
5. Constitutional factors. Constitutions are formed on the basis of innate and acquired constitutions, are expressed in physiological, psychological, functional aspects, and the like, are comprehensive and relatively stable, and are inherent characteristics of constitutions, which are important factors throughout the life process of human bodies, and are closely related to the health of constitutions and the symptoms and signs of diseases. The unbalanced constitution may be one of the basic factors that cause the body to be in a sub-healthy state.
The above causes can cause the imbalance of yin and yang, disharmony of qi and blood of viscera, and other deficiency of the body resistance, as well as excess of pathogenic factors such as exogenous pathogenic factors, blood stasis, qi stagnation, phlegm and fluid retention, and the disease location mainly involves liver, heart, spleen, kidney and brain. The clinical manifestations of chronic fatigue syndrome are different and should be treated separately.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a preparation for tonifying qi, relaxing tendons and activating collaterals, which is suitable for qi deficiency meridian obstruction syndrome, mainly fatigue, myalgia, arthralgia, poor sleep and anxiety, takes tui paste as a medium, is applied to massage and treats chronic fatigue syndrome, and obtains better curative effect.
The fourteen-meridian push paste is characterized by being prepared from 10-100 parts by weight of astragalus, 10-100 parts by weight of ramulus mori, 10-100 parts by weight of safflower, 10-100 parts by weight of radix angelicae pubescentis, 10-100 parts by weight of elecampane, 10-100 parts by weight of lithospermum, 10-100 parts by weight of salvia miltiorrhiza, 10-100 parts by weight of loranthus parasiticus, 10-100 parts by weight of radix sileris and 10-100 parts by weight of borneol by frying into paste to be used as a medium for tuina of fourteen-meridians.
The fourteen channels include lung channel of hand taiyin, large intestine channel of hand yangming, stomach channel of foot yangming, spleen channel of foot taiyin, heart channel of hand shaoyin, small intestine channel of hand taiyang, bladder channel of foot taiyang, kidney channel of foot shaoyin, pericardium channel of hand jueyin, triple energizer channel of hand shaoyin, gallbladder channel of foot shaoyin, liver channel of foot jueyin, conception vessel and governor vessel.
The relationship between qi and blood in TCM is very close, and "the owner of the person, blood and qi and ear" (plain questions & menstruation regulating theory) shows that qi and blood are the most important parts in the life activities of the human body. Wherein qi pertains to yang, and is warm in nature; blood pertains to yin, it is clear and static in appearance and nourishes by moistening. This is the difference in the properties and physiological functions of qi and blood. However, both of them mainly originate from food essence generated by the spleen and stomach, supplement each other in physiology, depend on each other, and supplement each other, and jointly maintain and promote life activities. The relationship between qi and blood is based on qi as motive force and blood as basic force, and the two are opposite and unified. Therefore, the relationship between qi and blood can be summarized as "qi is the commander of blood and blood is the mother of qi". Qi and blood are related, breeding and affecting each other both physiologically and pathologically.
Doctor lin correction book zhong wang shi considers: "original qi is deficient and must not reach blood vessel, and blood vessel is not air-free and must stay and get stasis". Qi deficiency can not circulate blood, so that the meridians are obstructed and muscles of tendons and vessels are not nourished, so that the muscles and joints of limbs are painful, weak and qi deficiency. Wang thinks that: the key points of the recipe for treating diseases are to understand qi and blood, and know what the patient suffered from the initial disease, no matter what the exogenous pathogenic factors are involved in the internal injury? It can not injure viscera, tendons and bones, skin and flesh, and the injured person has no non-qi and blood. "say again: "so long as it can promote the circulation of qi without stagnation, promote blood circulation without stasis, promote blood circulation without removing blood stasis, and cure diseases. "Qi and blood play an important role in the life activities of human body, Qi can participate in and promote the generation of blood, the generation of blood takes nutritive qi, body fluid and kidney essence as the material basis, and in the process of generating and transforming the substances into blood, each link can not leave the promotion and excitation of the corresponding visceral qi, which is the power of blood generation, so that the function of generating blood is enhanced due to the abundance of Qi, the life activities of human body can be normally operated, Qi is abundant, Qi is regulated smoothly, and blood is regulated smoothly, and the normal operation of blood can be ensured. Or a large amount of chemical components are added to temporarily play roles in diminishing inflammation, relieving pain, promoting blood circulation, reducing swelling and the like, and the long-term use can cause certain damage to human bodies and cannot achieve the effect of integral regulation. The massage cream is used as a medium, and can play good roles of relieving fatigue, increasing blood circulation, relaxing tendons and activating collaterals, and relieving the mind and the body by matching with correct physical manipulation.
The prescription of the invention is prepared by matching qi tonifying medicines with the medicines for relaxing tendons and activating collaterals, and is used for treating chronic fatigue syndrome with symptoms of fatigue, muscle and joint pain, anxiety and the like. Because the pathogenesis of the traditional Chinese medicine is based on qi deficiency and blood stasis, the astragalus is the monarch drug in the formula, so that the astragalus is used as the monarch drug, the qi of the spleen and the stomach is greatly supplemented to enrich the resources, the genuine qi of the meridians is controlled to be throttled and released, the qi is vigorous, the blood is circulated, and the stasis is removed without damaging the healthy energy. Because qi deficiency and qi failing to circulate blood and blood stasis blocking channels and collaterals and muscle and joint pain, the safflower, the salvia miltiorrhiza and the mulberry twig are used as ministerial drugs for promoting blood circulation by removing blood stasis and relaxing tendons and activating collaterals. The effects of the pubescent angelica root, the parasitic loranthus and the divaricate saposhnikovia root on strengthening the ministerial drugs, relaxing tendons, activating collaterals and relieving pain; according to the physiological functions of "qi can produce blood" and "qi can move blood", qi-tonifying herbs are often added to blood-activating herbs. The astragalus root is used for supplementing qi and raising yang, promoting the production of body fluid and nourishing blood, and activating stagnancy and relieving arthralgia, so that the theory in the medical record: blood and qi are essential, and qi is supplemented before blood is supplemented; yin and yang are combined, while nourishing yang is above nourishing yin. "Qing Dynasty Tang-Yang Chuan" blood syndrome Lun "says: the term "blood-moving means qi". The costustoot is used as an adjuvant drug for promoting the circulation of qi, dredging collaterals and relieving pain; because stasis is removed and heat is dissipated for a long time, the lithospermum and the borneol are used as guiding drugs for clearing away heat and toxic materials, cooling blood and relieving pain; the whole formula has the effects of benefiting qi, relaxing tendons and activating collaterals, and recovering essence, qi and spirit of patients. Has obvious curative effect and high safety degree, and has application value in clinic.
The massage cream is used as a medium, and through the physical treatment of massage, the medicine can better permeate, enhance blood circulation and relax muscles, thereby playing the roles of tonifying qi, relaxing tendons and activating collaterals, and helping to relieve symptoms such as fatigue, myalgia, poor sleep, anxiety and the like. Especially, it is effective to conduct tuina on the fourteen meridians. The main reason is that the meridians and collaterals are the main channels for the circulation of qi and blood of the human body and the basic ways to connect the various parts of the human body, and the viscera, organs, skin and hair, orifices, muscles, tendons, bones, etc. of the human body are all organic whole by means of the communication and connection of the meridians and collaterals. Ling Shu & Hai Lun indicated that the twelve main meridians are located in the fu organs and externally connected to the limbs and joints. The internal organs of the human body, such as internal organs, limbs, bones, five sense organs, nine orifices, skin, flesh, bones and muscles, can keep relative coordination and unification, complete normal physiological activities, and are realized by the communication of the meridian system. Meridians and collaterals also have the function of transmission, so pathogenic factors and various stimuli felt on the body surface can be transmitted to the zang-fu organs, and the physiological dysfunction of the zang-fu organs can also be reflected on the body surface. These are all the concrete manifestations of the communication action of the meridians and collaterals. Ling Shu & Ben cang (Ling Shu & Ben cang) states that the meridians, so circulating blood and qi to nourish yin and yang, moistening tendons and bones, benefiting joints, also qi and blood are the material basis for the life activities of the human body, and each tissue and organ of the whole body can only achieve the normal physiological functions by getting warm nourishment and moistening of qi and blood.
In addition, meridians and collaterals can defend the body against pathogenic factors. Nutritive qi circulates in vessels, defensive qi circulates outside vessels, and meridians "circulate blood and qi" to make the air-tight distribution of nutritive and defensive qi around the body, internally harmonize with the five internal organs, and diffuse over six fu organs, resisting external pathogenic factors and preventing internal invasion. Therefore, by matching with the physical therapy of the massage cream, the utilization rate of the skin after massage to the medicine is higher than that of the skin without any medicine, so the invention plays an important role in the process of preventing and treating diseases of the human body, and has certain advantages on diagnosis and treatment of the diseases by utilizing the close relationship among the channels and the acupoints.
103 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome were selected, the minimum age being 20 years old, the maximum age being 80 years old, 5 men, 98 women. The therapeutic effect of the massage cream of the present invention is shown in the following table 1.
TABLE 1
