The recent release of the world hearing report by the world health organization suggests that ear and hearing health services should be provided to all persons, pure tone audiometry being an important technique for knowing the auditory sensitivity of a subject. In order to ensure the detection quality of pure-tone audiometry, a high-quality reference basis is provided for the establishment of clinical diagnosis and treatment schemes, and a plurality of national standards including stimulation signals, detection equipment, detection methods and the like are issued by the country. However, the stimulus signal and the national standard of the detection device can only ensure that the device operates in a good state, while the national standard of the detection method only provides a standardized operation flow, and cannot ensure that each operator can strictly perform the inspection according to the operation flow. Therefore, the simple national standard is not enough to ensure the detection quality of pure tone audiometry.
Inter-laboratory quality assessment is an activity that utilizes comparisons between different laboratories to determine laboratory capacity, a verification activity that evaluates, oversees, and validates the laboratory's capacity to ensure that it maintains a high level of detection. Therefore, the inter-room quality evaluation of pure-tone audiometry can be carried out to effectively ensure the detection quality of the pure-tone audiometry. Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and completely, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, the pure tone audiometric quality evaluation system based on the cloud platform mainly comprises four parts, namely a test platform, a management end, a test end and an analysis module.
The management end is a personal computer based on Windows operating system and is connected with the test platform through a wired network or a mobile communication network. The management end can comprehensively master the quality level of pure tone audiometry in different places nationwide and the annual improvement condition, thereby pertinently developing corresponding skill training, and the authority comprises: preparing a quality control hearing value and carrying out inter-room quality evaluation; accessing all evaluation data in the test platform, including inter-room quality evaluation and indoor quality evaluation; and carrying out statistical analysis on all evaluation data in the test platform.
The test platform is the following part 1 of the acoustic audiometric method according to GB/T16296.1-2018: the pure sound guide and bone guide audiometry are used for testing the quality of pure sound audiometry. The testing platform develops a simulated pure tone audiometric program based on the cloud server and is divided into an inter-room quality evaluation module and an indoor quality evaluation module. The cloud server provides the necessary computing, networking, and storage functions. The test platform, the management end and the test end realize bidirectional data communication by utilizing remote data programming interfaces such as WEB service, http, socket, kettle and the like through a wired network or a mobile communication network.
The content displayed by the simulated pure tone audiometric program interface of the test platform includes, but is not limited to, test ears, test earphone type, test/masking signal frequency, test/masking loudness, and the test result can be presented in real time. The test ear, test earphone type, test/masking signal frequency, test/masking loudness may be selected and simulated in the program. The invention does not need to calibrate the sound input/output, and is more convenient to use.

The inter-room quality evaluation flow is as follows: (1) the main test logs in a background management program of the test platform through a management end, and corresponding requirement information such as hearing loss degree, property, patient matching degree and the like is set; (2) the test platform automatically and randomly generates a quality control hearing value of each test frequency according to the requirements of the management end; (3) a tester logs in a test platform through a test end by using respective account numbers and passwords, and enters an inter-room quality evaluation module; (4) the tester performs pure-tone audiometric operation to obtain the hearing value (test hearing value) of each test frequency, the operation process of the tester is recorded in real time, and the operation process is synchronously uploaded to a test platform after the test is finished; (5) the test platform automatically compares the difference between the quality control hearing value and the test hearing value and judges whether the operation process meets the requirements of GB/T16296.1-2018 pure tone gas guide and bone conduction audiometry; (6) and the main test refers to the analysis result of the test platform, analyzes the suspicious result and finally obtains the evaluation result of each tester.
2. The analysis module is a cloud application platform developed and deployed based on the test platform, and is used for displaying, analyzing and utilizing data: (1) mass data reading, data processing and data computing services based on a big data architecture are provided, and data mining and analysis services are supported through visual data exploration tools, data mining models and simple model training; (2) providing second-level response service on the basis of mass data by using an elastic search technology, and supporting full text retrieval, semantic retrieval and deep logic retrieval; (3) an intelligent statistical analysis module is established, is in butt joint with R statistical software, supports online analysis and processing of internal data by a plurality of machine learning methods including regression models, multivariate application analysis, cluster analysis, random forest classifiers and the like, and can deeply explore target data; (4) if the preset statistical analysis model does not have the content required by the researchers, the data can be self-defined and exported to third-party professional statistical analysis software (such as an SPSS virtual cloud platform).
The test end is a personal computer based on Windows operating system and is connected with the test platform through a wired network or a mobile communication network. It can help each hearing room to know the quality of self pure tone audiometry and the gap (in industry level) of the same country, thereby improving the operation level and reporting quality of each hearing room, and its authority includes: participate in the inter-room quality evaluation; hosting indoor quality evaluation; accessing evaluation data of the room in the test platform, wherein the evaluation data comprise inter-room quality evaluation and indoor quality evaluation; and carrying out statistical analysis on the data of the test platform.
