The working principle is as follows:

and step two, inquiry, namely generating a first diagnosis report of the patient through the professional inquiry prompt of the inquiry module 62, inputting and uploading a report of related examination before the patient, taking the report as a basis for later diagnosis, starting to determine the items to be examined according to the needs of the patient, and finishing the inquiry work.
Step three, inspection, the part is composed of three audiological detections and a professional questionnaire survey, and is a data source basis for the whole hearing aid debugging, wherein:
ear endoscopy: after the system enters the function check, the system automatically activates a connection signal, an inspector opens the wireless connection type otoscope 41 to automatically connect and send back a video picture in real time, and the inspector can take pictures at will according to needs and input observation and diagnosis prompts to obtain a conclusion report;
pure tone audiometry: the system prompts an inspector to configure setting options to be detected firstly, the system prompts to connect a corresponding testing earphone 42 according to the setting requirements after the setting is finished, such as a high-frequency multi-unit in-ear professional detection earphone, the system formally enters an audiometry process after the connection, a patient can click a reaction button according to heard signal information (signals of pure tones with different frequencies sent by equipment, the patient can finally obtain accurate data by using a 'minus ten plus five' method according to standard pure tone audiometry, specifically, after the patient reacts, the sound intensity is reduced by taking 10dB as a level until the patient does not react any more, then the testing sound is gradually increased by taking 5dB as a level until the patient just tries to hear, the operation is repeated until three reactions are obtained on the same intensity (minimum intensity), relevant thresholds are obtained, audiometry is generated, and the left ear and the right ear are separated and the ears are displayed together, and respectively calculating the PTA (average hearing aid threshold) of the left ear and the right ear, supporting the visualization of natural sound, conversation spectrum and language spectrum in the audiogram and the playing of reference sound, comparing the audiogram with common loss, quickly judging the type of the hearing loss of the patient, supporting the comparison of a plurality of audiometric results, and more intuitively knowing the symptom condition of the hearing loss of the patient.
Speech audiometry: the speech audiometry supports the detection functions of different requirements of speech recognition threshold, speech recognition rate and PI curve, can perform single-ear and double-ear tests, supports the tests of different types of masking sound environments, integrates special test word lists in the database 11, calibrates the audio frequency in each word list, further enhances the accuracy of the result and the detection specialty, finally can generate a detection report according to the detection result, supports historical result comparison, and improves quantitative observation of the hearing loss of a patient.
Consulting with questionnaires: the database 11 integrates some questionnaires which are mainly at home and abroad, and surveys and calculates in the questionnaire report, so that the hearing loss condition of the patient can be further understood.
And step four, prescription, according to the detection result, the system automatically generates a detection report, the checking and matching technician communicates with the patient again according to the detection report, the use scene and various requirements desired to be realized, the checking and matching technician agrees with the patient, the satisfaction degree of customer requirements is increased, the hearing aid program is edited by combining the inspection data after the requirements are clear, and the preliminary debugging work is completed.
And step five, matching, namely, wearing the debugged hearing aid by the patient to perform program verification, wherein the step is the same as the step three, the obtained result is the worn effect, different application programs are determined according to different use scenes and requirements in the process, and the program is fixed after the tested and matched audiometric result is consistent with the value of a normal person.
And step six, auxiliary tools, namely, automatically matching the hearing aid meeting the requirements of the system according to the function requirements and scene requirements to complete the model selection service.
And seventhly, a re-diagnosis, wherein in order to better improve the satisfaction degree of the client, the system finally requires the examination and allocation technician to give out medical advice, communicates with the client to find out follow-up time of five stages of three-tone two-evaluation, submits the follow-up time to qualified experts for examination, and pushes the examination to the patient after no problem exists, and when the date is reached, the system automatically reminds the patient and the examination and allocation technician to follow up, so that the service is better improved, and the satisfaction degree is improved.
The comprehensive management system for hearing examination and hearing aid fitting effect evaluation provided by the invention realizes a more complete crm client management system and technical services of portability, accuracy, integration and sharing, wherein all electronic medical records detected by the system at different periods are stored through the database 11, the statistical analysis of operational data, quality control of the submitting process during each diagnosis and the like are stored, the satisfaction of clients is improved from three dimensions of profession, service and products, and a reminding module is arranged to remind information of appointment, return visit, prescription audit, birthday, warranty period, consultation and the like in time.
In addition, by the comprehensive management system for hearing examination and hearing aid fitting effect evaluation, provided by the invention, experts can remotely consult, one-to-one and one-to-many online inquiry service can be realized, and patient examination reports and medical record information can be shared online by the chat module 93, so that the trouble that common fitters cannot solve difficult problems is solved.
While there have been shown and described what are at present considered the fundamental principles and essential features of the invention and its advantages, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that the invention is not limited to the details of the foregoing exemplary embodiments, but is capable of other specific forms without departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof. Claims (10)

1. A comprehensive management system for hearing examination and hearing aid fitting effect evaluation is characterized by comprising a server (1), a user terminal (2), an ID identification module (3), a detection device (4), a resource unit (5), a fitting unit (6), a medical record unit (7), an expert inquiry unit (8), a consulting room unit (9), a data storage module (10) and a database (11);
the server (1) is connected with the data storage module (10) and the database (11) and is used for acquiring and processing the requirements of the user side (2) and the retrieval and access of resources in the database;
the user side (2) comprises a fitting end device (21), a patient end device (22) and an expert end device (23), the user side (2) is a portable mobile device, and the fitting end device (21), the patient end device (22) and the expert end device (23) are respectively used for a patient, a fitting engineer and an expert login system;
the ID recognition module (3) is used for verifying the login identity of the user side (2) and checking the login identities of a dispenser, a patient and an expert;
the detection equipment (4) is connected with the fitting end equipment (21) and is used for outputting audio signals and inputting video signals processed by the fitting end equipment (21) and carrying out hearing examination and in-ear damage condition observation on the ears of a patient;
the resource unit (5) is used for a checking and allocating engineer to obtain industry related knowledge;
the fitting unit (6) is used for a fitting physician to create a case file and check the hearing loss condition of a patient, establish a first-aid case file of the patient and update a medical record of a patient in a follow-up visit, make a prescription and generate a visit report, and meanwhile, the patient selects and fits hearing-aid equipment according to the prescription and performs a fitting test to meet the hearing requirement of the patient;
the medical record unit (7) is used for a dispenser to manage the prescribed medical report and the case file of the patient, the medical record unit (7) comprises a case module (71) and a quality control module (74), the case module (71) is used for the dispenser and an expert to manage the case file, and the quality control module (74) is used for the expert to perform three-time quality control on the prescription prescribed by the dispenser;
the expert inquiry unit (8) is used for on-line remote consultation of a dispenser and an expert, the expert inquiry unit (8) comprises a consultation management module (81), the consultation management module (81) is used for on-line remote consultation of the dispenser and the expert, the dispenser makes an appointment with the expert on line to perform inquiry, and the expert can provide medical rehabilitation guidance for a patient on line and provide service support for the dispenser;
the consulting room unit (9) is used for the checking and matching teacher to acquire the reservation of the patient and the expert to acquire the reservation of the checking and matching teacher, supports the online chatting of the patient and the checking and matching teacher as well as the checking and matching teacher and the expert, provides technical guidance for the checking and matching teacher and the checking and matching teacher to the patient, and sets intelligent reminding and common question answering.

The comprehensive management system for hearing examination and hearing aid fitting effect evaluation according to claim 1, wherein: the detecting device (4) comprises an otoscope (41), a testing earphone (42) and a sound device (43), the otoscope (41) is in wired connection with the matching end device (21) and used for image acquisition and transmission of ear canal image detection, the testing earphone (42) is in wired connection with the matching end device (21) and used for inputting audio signals processed by the matching end device (21) into ears of a patient, the sound device (43) is in Bluetooth connection with the matching end device (21) and used for playing around a sound field and providing support for sound field testing in hearing examination.

The comprehensive management system for hearing examination and hearing aid fitting effect evaluation according to claim 1, wherein: the resource unit (5) comprises an industry dynamic module (51), a media link module (52), a related knowledge module (53) and a personal resource module (54), wherein the industry dynamic module (51) is used for the user terminal (2) to acquire the latest industry science and technology information, the related technology information and the related enterprise dynamic information in the database (11), the media link module (52) is used for the user terminal (2) to acquire the text, audio and video resources which are dynamically updated in the database (11) in real time, the related knowledge module (53) is used for the user terminal (2) to acquire the use description, professional medical knowledge and health care knowledge of various types of hearing aids, and the personal resource module (54) is used for the user terminal (2) to manage and read records, cache resources and ask for consultation information.

The comprehensive management system for hearing examination and hearing aid fitting effect evaluation according to claim 5, wherein: the fitting unit (6) further comprises an optional module (65) and an auxiliary module (66), wherein the optional module (65) is used for acquiring the hearing condition of the patient prescribed by the prescription module (64), supporting the patient to select the hearing-aid device on line and checking the parameters of the hearing-aid device so as to meet the hearing condition of the patient, and the auxiliary module (66) is used for providing the optimal scheme in the optional module (65) and providing a one-stop solution and a private customization scheme.

The comprehensive management system for hearing examination and hearing aid fitting effect evaluation according to claim 4, wherein: the fitting unit (6) further comprises a review module (67), wherein the review module (67) is used for determining the review and adjustment period of the patient, uploading the review and adjustment period to the database (11), and feeding back the patient and the fitting operator.
