When the handle 24 is pressed downwards, the connecting rod 23 is driven to push the water inlet block 22 to move downwards in the sliding grooves 212 of the left and right side plates, the water inlet 421 of the coffee brewing device 4 in the drawer 25 is connected and pressed, and at the moment, the water inlet V-shaped sealing ring 222 is in sliding connection with the water inlet 421 of the coffee brewing device and is reliably sealed. The advantage of using the V-shaped seal ring 222 for the water inlet is that the seal can be reliably ensured during brewing, and the seal can be easily separated from the water inlet after brewing.
The boiler water supply device 3 comprises a boiler 31 and a direct-flow water pump 32, the boiler 31 heats brewing water, and after the boiler 31 is heated, the direct-flow water pump 32 conveys hot water pumped out of the boiler 31 to the coffee brewing device 4 through a water inlet pipeline for coffee brewing.
The front surface of the casing 1 is provided with a heating button 16 for controlling the heating of the boiler. The back of the casing 1 is provided with a battery seat 11, a battery 12 is arranged on the battery seat 11, a metal power supply connecting sheet is fixed on the battery seat 11, and a terminal of the battery 12 is electrically connected with the metal power supply connecting sheet. The battery 12 supplies power to a boiler 31 and a dc pump 32.
The boiler 31 is provided with a boiler cover 311, the shell 1 is provided with a water adding cover 13 above the boiler cover 311, the water adding cover 13 is opened, water is added into the boiler, and the water adding cover 13 is covered again after the water is added. The boiler 31 is provided with a temperature controller for controlling the heating temperature, the boiler 31 is powered by the battery 12 to heat the water in the boiler to the required temperature, and then the heating is automatically stopped. The boiler 31 is provided with an exhaust hole 313 for exhausting air during heating and a water supply hole 312 for pumping water by a water pump.
A pressure relief valve 35 is connected to the water inlet line between the direct water pump 32 and the coffee brewing apparatus 4 for venting high pressure gas present in the line. The pressure release valve 35 is controlled by the brewing knob 15 to control the brewing knob 15 to be opened and closed, the brewing knob 15 is in a closed position, the direct-current water pump 32 is communicated with the coffee brewing device 4, the machine starts to brew coffee, the brewing knob 15 is in a closed position, the machine stops brewing coffee, and the pressure release valve 35 is opened to release pressure. After the brewing is finished, the handle 24 is opened safely to remove the coffee residues.
The boiler water supply device 3 further includes a T-joint 33 and a three-way joint 34. In addition, a water receiving box 14 is arranged on the base of the machine shell below the brewing head 2 and is used for receiving residual coffee dripped during brewing coffee. Three interfaces of the T-shaped joint 33 are respectively connected with the direct-current water pump 32, the pressure release valve 35 and the coffee brewing device 4. The three ports of the three-way joint 34 are respectively connected to the exhaust port 313 of the boiler, the pressure release valve 35 and the drain pipe, and the gas generated by heating the boiler 31 and the waste water decompressed by the pressure release valve 35 are collected and discharged into the water receiving box 14 through the drain pipe.
The coffee brewed by the coffee brewing apparatus 4 falls through the drip opening 251 provided at the bottom of the drawer 25.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that other structures of the coffee maker and the working principle thereof not described may be referred to in the prior art and will not be described herein.
Example one
Referring to fig. 11 to 13, a coffee powder brewing apparatus includes a bowl base assembly and a bowl cover assembly, wherein:
the bowl seat assembly comprises a bowl seat 41, a water outlet is formed in the bottom of the bowl seat 41, a one-way valve 43 is installed at the water outlet, and an outer sealing cylindrical surface 411 is arranged at the upper part of the bowl seat 41;
the bowl cover assembly comprises a bowl cover 42, a water inlet 421 is formed in the top of the bowl cover 42, a sealing groove is formed in the inner peripheral wall of the bowl cover 42, a bowl cover V-shaped sealing ring 423 in sealing fit with the outer sealing cylindrical surface 411 is installed in the sealing groove, and the opening of the bowl cover V-shaped sealing ring 423 faces upwards.
Because the manual operation is adopted for closing and the bowl cover 42, although the conventional sealing ring can also be used for sealing, in order to ensure the reliable sealing during brewing, the conventional sealing ring needs to adopt a tighter fit, but is not easy to separate from the bowl seat after brewing and pressure relief. Here, the function of the bowl cover V-shaped sealing ring 423 is to interact with the outer sealing cylindrical surface 411 on the powder bowl seat to form sealing, and after brewing is completed, pressure is released, and the bowl cover V-shaped sealing ring 423 can be easily separated from the powder bowl seat. Therefore, the design of the V-shaped sealing ring 423 of the bowl cover can reliably ensure sealing, and is convenient for the bowl cover and the bowl seat to be separated and combined.
In order to facilitate processing and assembly, the mouth part of the inner peripheral wall of the bowl cover 42 is in threaded connection with a V-shaped sealing ring pressing ring 424, the upper part of the inner peripheral wall of the bowl cover 42 is provided with an upper step surface, and the upper step surface and the lower side wall of the sealing groove are formed on the upper end surface of the upper step surface and the upper end surface of the V-shaped sealing ring pressing ring 424. The detachable design of the V-shaped sealing ring compression ring simplifies and facilitates the complex processing technology of the sealing groove, and a die or a lathing technology for processing the sealing groove is omitted.
In addition, the interior roof of bowl lid 42 is equipped with coffee powder filter assembly 45, coffee powder filter assembly 45 includes bowl lid filter screen 451, and hot water gets into the back from water inlet 421 and evenly drenches on the coffee powder through bowl lid filter screen 451 to prevent the coffee powder backward flow through bowl lid filter screen 451. The bowl cover filter screen 451 is fixed on the inner top wall of the bowl cover through the filter screen press plate 453, and a leakage-proof seal ring 452 for preventing hot water from leaking out along the edge of the bowl cover filter screen 451 is arranged between the filter screen press plate 453 and the edge of the bowl cover filter screen 451. The bowl cover filter screen 451 is provided with a flange at the periphery, the leakage-proof sealing ring 452 is an O-ring and is located at the inner side of the flange, and the flange and the leakage-proof sealing ring 452 are located on the step surface at the periphery of the inner top wall of the bowl cover. The filter screen pressure plate 453 is ring-shaped and fixed to the inner top wall of the bowl cover by screws, and compresses and fixes the bowl cover filter screen 451 and the leakage-proof seal ring 452.
Further, a bowl strainer assembly 44 is mounted to the inner bottom wall of the bowl 41. The bowl seat filter screen assembly 44 comprises a bowl seat filter screen 441, the bowl seat filter screen 441 is mounted on a filter screen support 443, the filter screen support 443 is mounted on a filter screen sealing ring 442, the bowl seat filter screen 441 prevents coffee powder from being filtered out, and the filter screen sealing ring 442 is sealed with the inner bottom wall edge of the bowl seat and the edge of the bowl seat filter screen 441 to prevent coffee leakage.
Referring to the structure of the existing check valve, the check valve 43 includes a valve body formed between the filter screen support 443 and the bottom of the bowl seat 41, a valve cover 433 installed at the bottom of the bowl seat 41, a block 431 disposed in a valve cavity inside the valve body, and a check valve spring 432, the filter screen support 443 is provided with a valve port, the block 431 is engaged with the valve port, and the check valve spring 432 is installed between the block 431 and the valve cover 433.
Wherein, the block 431 is made of silica gel. In order to integrate the valve body on the filter screen support 443 and the bowl seat 41, a groove is arranged in the center of the bottom 414 of the bowl seat, a convex part is arranged at the bottom of the filter screen support 443 and is embedded into the groove, the convex part is provided with an upper valve cavity with an opening at the bottom, the valve port is positioned above the upper valve cavity and communicated with the upper valve cavity, a cylindrical part protruding downwards is arranged in the center of the bottom 414 of the bowl seat, a lower valve cavity with an opening at the upper side is formed at the inner side of the cylindrical part, the lower valve cavity and the upper valve cavity form a valve cavity, and a valve body sealing ring is arranged between the edges of the opening parts of the lower valve cavity and the upper valve cavity. The convex part is equipped with the screw hole, the diapire of section of thick bamboo portion is equipped with the through-hole, and the screw passes the through-hole and is connected with the screw hole, and the convex part encircles the upper valve chamber and is equipped with sealed step, the valve body sealing washer is located sealed step.
The bowl base 41 is of a cylindrical structure as a whole, an outer flange 412 is arranged in the middle of the outer cylinder of the cylinder body, and after the drawer is placed in the bowl base, the bowl base can be matched with the inner flange in the drawer to position the coffee brewing device 4. The outer cylinder of the cylinder is the outer sealing cylindrical surface 411 above the outer flange 412, and the outer cylinder concave-convex surface 413 is below the outer cylinder, so that the cylinder is convenient to grab. Meanwhile, the periphery of the upper part of the bowl cover is also provided with an outer protruding edge 422 which is matched with the step surface of the opening part at the periphery of the opening part of the drawer and is convenient to grab and take out.
In the second embodiment, the first embodiment of the method,
referring to fig. 14 to 16, the difference from the first embodiment is that the coffee brewing apparatus is a coffee bag brewing apparatus, and the coffee bag brewing apparatus has a similar structure to the coffee powder brewing apparatus, and the same structure is not described again. The difference is that the inner top wall of the bowl cover does not need to be provided with a coffee powder filtering assembly, but a sealing rubber pad 425 is arranged on the inner top wall of the bowl cover, and the sealing rubber pad 425 is fixed on the inner top wall of the bowl cover 42 through a sealing pressing plate 426. The center of the sealing rubber pad 425 is provided with a water outlet hole 4251 communicated with the water inlet, and hot water is soaked into coffee in the coffee bag through the water outlet hole 4251 of the sealing rubber pad.
EXAMPLE III
Referring to fig. 17 to 22, the same structure as that of the coffee powder/pad brewing apparatus will not be described again. The difference from the first and second embodiments is that the coffee brewing apparatus is a coffee hard shell capsule brewing apparatus. Wherein, the bowl seat 41 is provided with a containing groove for placing the coffee hard shell capsule 410.
In order to facilitate the unpacking, i.e. the removal of the coffee hard shell capsule 410 after brewing is completed, the mouth of the bowl base 41 is provided with a pull ring mechanism 46.
The pull ring mechanism 46 comprises a pull ring 461 hinged to the mouth of the bowl, said pull ring 461 being provided with a pry bar 4611 which, when rotated upwards, acts with the mouth brim of the coffee hard-shell capsule 410 to pull the coffee hard-shell capsule 410 from the receptacle well.
In order to form a seal between the coffee hard shell capsule 410 and the inner bottom wall periphery of the bowl 41, a bowl seal 415 is mounted on the inner bottom wall periphery of the bowl 41, and the bowl seal 415 is compressed by a bowl seal compression ring 416 so as to form the containing groove together with the inner bottom wall of the bowl. The periphery of the inner bottom wall of the bowl seat 41 is lifted upwards to form a sealing step surface, and the bowl seat sealing ring 416 is installed on the sealing step surface.
Further, an ascending step portion which ascends from the bottom upwards step by step is arranged above the sealing step surface on the inner peripheral wall of the bowl seat 41, and a descending step cylindrical surface which forms a fit with the ascending step portion is arranged on the outer peripheral wall of the bowl seat sealing ring pressing ring 416.
Specifically, the pull ring 461 is hinged to the top of the bowl seal ring pressing ring 416, and the bowl seal ring pressing ring 416 is provided with a receiving groove 4161 for receiving the pull ring 461 in a receiving state. The pull ring 461 has an opening, and the ends of the two ends of the opening of the pull ring are bent to form a crow bar 4611. The side wall of the opening part of the bowl seat sealing ring pressing ring 416 is provided with a notch 4163, a pull ring pressing plate 462 is installed at the notch 4163, the connecting part of the two ends of the pull ring opening and the end head is provided with an inclined section, and two sides of the pull ring pressing plate 462 are provided with a through groove 4621 for the inclined section to pass through. The pull ring press plate 462 is provided with a divider block 4622 that separates two prys 4611. The inner side wall of the receiving groove 4161 is provided with a notch 4162 for facilitating the finger action on the tab 461 to pull the tab out of the receiving groove 4161.
Example four
Referring to fig. 23 to 32, the difference from the first to third embodiments is that the coffee brewing apparatus is a soft shell coffee brewing apparatus.
Wherein, bowl seat 41 is equipped with capsule storehouse mounting groove 417, installs capsule storehouse 47 in capsule storehouse mounting groove 417, and capsule storehouse 47 upper portion opening, capsule storehouse 47 is used for putting into coffee soft shell capsule 470, and coffee soft shell capsule oral area brim of a hat 4701 protrudes in capsule storehouse oral area outer edge.
The bowl cover 42 is hinged to the bowl base 41, and in the brewing state, the bowl cover 42 and the bowl base 41 need to be locked. A lock catch group which locks the bowl cover 42 and the bowl base 41 into a whole in a brewing state is arranged between the two, and the lock catch group comprises a lock hole 4202 arranged on the bowl cover and a lock catch 49 arranged on the bowl base.
The outer side surface of the opening of the bowl seat 41 is provided with a lock catch groove 418, the left side and the right side of the notch of the lock catch groove 418 are provided with concave lock catch cover installation surfaces 4182, a lock catch cover 4183 is fixed on the lock catch cover installation surfaces 4182, a lock catch sliding groove is formed between the lock catch cover 4183 and the lock catch groove 418, the lock catch 49 comprises a lock catch seat and a lock catch angle 491 protruding from the lock catch seat, the lock catch angle 491 is provided with an inclined surface and used for being buckled into the lock hole 4202, the left side and the right side of the lock catch seat are matched with the lock catch sliding groove, the front side of the lock catch groove 418 is provided with a limit wall 4181 which is in limit matching with the bottom of the lock catch seat, the lock catch seat is provided with a touch surface 492 which can extend out from the front side wall of the lock catch groove 418, and a reset spring 493 is arranged between the rear part of the lock catch seat and the rear side wall of the lock catch groove 418. Opening the bowl cover 42: when an external force acts on the contact surface 492 to push the lock catch 49 inward, the lock catch 49 slides in the pushing direction, so that the locking angle 491 of the lock catch is disengaged from the lock hole 4202, and the bowl cover 42 can be rotated to be opened; closing the bowl cover 42: when the bowl cover 42 is rotated, the lock hole 4202 presses the inclined surface on the locking angle 491, the locking buckle 49 is pushed to contract inwards, and the locking angle 491 of the locking buckle is locked into the lock hole 4202.
In order to facilitate the unpacking, i.e. taking out the soft coffee capsule 470 after the brewing is finished, the bowl cover 42 is connected with a piece pulling mechanism which acts with the brim 4701 of the mouth of the soft coffee capsule when the bowl cover 42 is opened to pull the soft coffee capsule 470 out of the capsule bin.
The poking piece mechanism comprises a poking piece 48, the poking piece 48 is hinged to a poking piece rotating shaft 480 through a poking piece rotating shaft hole 481, a poking part 482 is arranged at the front end of the poking piece, the poking piece rotating shaft 480 is installed on a bowl cover 42, the bowl cover 42 is hinged to a bowl cover rotating shaft 4172, the bowl cover rotating shaft 4172 is installed on the bowl seat 41, and the bowl cover rotating shaft 4172 is connected with a torsion spring 4173 which drives the poking piece 48 to rotate when the bowl cover is closed and finally enables the poking part 482 to be located below the brim of the mouth of the coffee soft shell capsule.
The poking piece 48 is provided with a baffle portion 483 at the rear side of the poking piece rotating shaft hole 481, and the bowl cover 42 is provided with a supporting column 4204 which is blocked by the baffle portion 483 when the bowl cover is opened, so that the poking portion 483 acts on the coffee soft shell capsule mouth brim 4701.
The mouth part of the capsule bin mounting groove 417 protrudes out of the surface of the mouth part of the bowl seat, two rotating shaft connecting columns 4171 are arranged on the outer side of the mouth part of the capsule bin mounting groove 417 side by side, a bowl cover rotating shaft mounting hole is correspondingly arranged on each rotating shaft connecting column 4171, a gap is arranged on the side wall of the bowl cover 42, two rotating shaft columns 4203 are arranged in the gap side by side, each rotating shaft column 4203 is connected with a bowl cover rotating shaft 4172, and each bowl cover rotating shaft 4172 is connected with the bowl cover rotating shaft mounting hole. The support column 4204 is disposed between the two rotation shaft posts 4203, a through hole for the baffle portion 483 to enter is formed between the support column 4204 and the root and the gap of the two rotation shaft posts 4203, one end of the torsion spring 4173 is engaged with the pick 48, and the other end is engaged with the support column 4204. The rotating shaft column 4203 is provided with a shifting piece rotating shaft mounting hole 4205 and a bowl cover rotating shaft hole 4206, the shifting piece rotating shaft mounting hole 4205 is connected with the shifting piece rotating shaft 480, and the bowl cover rotating shaft hole 4206 is connected with the bowl cover rotating shaft 4172.
Closing the bowl cover 42: after the soft coffee shell capsule 470 is put in the capsule chamber 47, the bowl cover 42 is rotated to make the lock catch 49 buckled with the lock hole 4202; under the reaction force of the torsion spring 4173, the pulling plate 48 on the bowl cover slides downwards along the outer edge of the capsule and goes over the brim 4701 of the mouth of the soft coffee shell capsule and finally is positioned below the brim 4701 of the mouth of the soft coffee shell capsule.
Opening the bowl cover 42: after the coffee brewing is finished, the touch surface 492 of the lock catch 49 is pushed, the lock catch 49 retracts inwards to be separated from the lock hole 4202, and then the bowl cover 42 is opened; the blocking part 483 of the slice pulling mechanism on the bowl cover is propped against the supporting column 4204, at this time, the pulling slice 48 is positioned below the brim 4701 of the mouth of the soft coffee shell capsule and is clamped by the brim 4701 of the mouth of the soft coffee shell capsule and can only rotate outwards along with the bowl cover 42, the soft coffee shell capsule 470 is lifted upwards by the pulling slice 48, and the soft coffee shell capsule can be taken out and poured out smoothly.
It should be noted that, different from the above embodiments, in the present embodiment, the bowl base 41 is located above the bowl cover 42, a water inlet is arranged at the top of the bowl base 41, a rear pricking pin platform is installed on the inner wall of the top of the bowl base, a water inlet hole communicated with the water inlet is arranged on the rear pricking pin platform, and a rear pricking pin 4174 is installed on the rear pricking pin platform.
The bottom of the bowl cover 42 is provided with a coffee leakage hole 4201, the periphery of the inner wall of the bottom of the bowl cover is provided with a front puncture mounting boss 4207 which is provided with a front puncture 427, and the periphery of the front puncture 427 is provided with a front puncture sealing ring 428 which can form a seal with the mouth of the coffee soft shell capsule. The front piercing seal ring 428 is mounted on the periphery of the front piercing mounting boss 4207 and has a V-shaped sealing lip, the flat surface of the bottom peripheral edge of the front piercing 427 is sealed with one side of the sealing lip to prevent the coffee liquid from leaking, and the other side of the sealing lip is in contact with the flat surface of the rim of the mouth of the soft coffee capsule to prevent the coffee liquid from leaking. In addition, the front puncture 427 is provided with a puncture boss and a coffee hole, the puncture boss is used for puncturing the capsule to achieve the function of brewing coffee, and the coffee hole is used for extruding coffee liquid and finally leaking through a coffee leakage hole 4201.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the present invention provides a coffee maker that may include any of the above-described embodiments and combinations thereof.

the coffee brewing device comprises a bowl seat assembly and a bowl cover assembly, the bowl seat assembly comprises a bowl seat, the bottom of the bowl seat is provided with a water outlet, the water outlet is provided with a one-way valve, the bowl cover assembly comprises a bowl cover, and the top wall of the bowl cover is provided with a water inlet;
the battery supplies power to the boiler and the direct-current water pump, the boiler heats brewing water, the direct-current water pump conveys hot water pumped out of the boiler to the coffee brewing device through the water inlet pipeline, and the coffee brewing device is used for coffee brewing;

A multifunctional coffee machine for brewing coffee powder according to claim 1, characterized in that: the handle control mechanism comprises a handle and a connecting rod, the handle comprises a horizontal part and a vertical lower part connected with the rear end of the horizontal part, the horizontal part is in a horizontal state when the handle is pressed down, the upper part of the vertical lower part is connected with a rotating shaft, the lower part is hinged with one end of the connecting rod, the other end of the connecting rod is connected with a water inlet block, side plates are arranged on the left side and the right side of the water inlet head of the head frame, sliding grooves are formed in the side plates, and the water inlet block is provided with a sliding part which is in sliding connection with the sliding grooves.
