The coffee capsule brewing apparatus of claim 1, wherein: a connecting plate extends upwards from the mounting plate, a jacking spring is arranged at one end, close to the connecting plate, of the machine base, a transmission plate extends from one side of the connecting plate, the transmission plate is connected with one end of the jacking spring, and the other end of the jacking spring is abutted to the machine base; one end of the handle is connected with a cam, the cam is abutted to the connecting plate, the handle is rotated, the cam rotates relatively, and the mounting plate moves upwards.

The coffee capsule brewing apparatus of claim 6, wherein: the engine base extends upwards to form a limiting plate, the limiting plate is positioned between the handle and the cam, a limiting hole is formed in the limiting plate, and the handle penetrates through the limiting hole to be connected with the cam; the limiting plate is further provided with a limiting groove, and the transmission plate penetrates through the limiting groove to be connected with the jacking spring.

10. A coffee machine according to claim 9, characterized in that: the base is further provided with a water storage cavity, and the water storage cavity is located right below the coffee capsule brewing device.
