Description

Liquid feed antioxidant and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of feed processing, and particularly relates to a liquid feed antioxidant for feed and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Many easily oxidizable components are present in feed, such as vitamins, various fats, plant processing by-products, animal derived feed, etc. Meanwhile, the palatability and the use effect of the feed can be influenced by oxidation in the processes of production, transportation and storage of the feed. Feed antioxidants are a class of substances that are effective in preventing or retarding the autoxidation of lipid compounds: can be used for feed containing high fat to prevent fat oxidation, rancidity and deterioration; it is also commonly used in vitamin-containing premixes to prevent oxidative failure of the vitamin; it can be used in feed material with high content of carotene and carotenoid to prevent oxidation damage of provitamin A and pigment, and increase coloring effect and utilization rate of skin, cuticle, egg yolk, shrimp and crab. Antioxidants are therefore widely used in feed.
The antioxidants currently available in the feed additives list are mainly: dibutyl hydroxy toluene (BHT), Butyl Hydroxy Anisole (BHA), Ethoxy Quinoline (EQ), tert-butyl hydroquinone (TBHQ) and Propyl Gallate (PG), etc., but single antioxidants such as TBHQ, PG, etc. are expensive and difficult to be directly dissolved in Ethoxy Quinoline (EQ), and simultaneously, considering that different antioxidants have advantages on different substrates, the effect of the compound antioxidant is far better than that of a single antioxidant raw material, and the cost performance is higher.
The compound antioxidant product in the current market is mainly prepared by taking solid powder as a main material and adsorbing the solid powder through an ore carrier, iron ions in the ore are contacted with most of phenolic antioxidants to be oxidized to generate red quinone substances, and the content and the sense of the antioxidants are influenced during the storage period of the product, so that the protective effect of the antioxidants on feed is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention discloses a liquid feed antioxidant which has high cost performance, and in addition, the liquid antioxidant product can also reduce the contact with air and reduce the loss of the content per se.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
one object of the present invention is to provide a liquid feed antioxidant, which consists of the following components: 10-60% of ethoxyquinoline, 1-6% of tert-butylhydroquinone, 1-5% of propyl gallate, 3-15% of benzyl alcohol and the balance of soybean oil.
As a further preferred aspect of the present invention, the liquid feed antioxidant comprises, by weight, 20% of ethoxyquinoline, 5.5% of tert-butylhydroquinone, 4.5% of propyl gallate, 14% of benzyl alcohol, and 56% of soybean oil.
As a further preferred aspect of the present invention, the liquid feed antioxidant comprises, by weight, 10% of ethoxyquinoline, 1% of tert-butylhydroquinone, 1% of propyl gallate, 3% of benzyl alcohol, and 85% of soybean oil.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for preparing an antioxidant for liquid feed, comprising the steps of:
(1) adding propyl gallate into benzyl alcohol, and stirring for dissolving;
(2) adding tert-butyl hydroquinone, ethoxyquinoline and soybean oil into the solution obtained in the step (1);
(3) and (3) stirring the solution obtained in the step (2) until the solution is uniformly mixed to obtain the liquid feed antioxidant.
Further, the mass ratio of the benzyl alcohol to the propyl gallate in the step (1) is more than or equal to 3.
Further, the stirring temperature in the step (3) is 50-70 ℃.
Further, the stirring time in the step (3) is 0.25-1 h; preferably, the stirring time in the step (3) is 0.5 h.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
aiming at the situation that less liquid compound antioxidant is a breakthrough point, the Propyl Gallate (PG) which is difficult to dissolve is dissolved in benzyl alcohol in advance, the tert-butyl hydroquinone (TBHQ) which can be dissolved by heating is added, and then the Ethoxyquinoline (EQ) and the carrier soybean oil are added and stirred to be dissolved uniformly. The feed enterprise passes through liquid grease and adds the device, on the direct spraying of the antioxidant of liquid to the fodder, disposable addition grease and antioxidant on the one hand can pass through the abundant grease that diffuses of liquid grease with the antioxidant to the fodder on the other hand adds through scientific compatibility, and the different single antioxidant of full play is to the advantage of different fodder substrates, more has the price/performance ratio, and the contact with the air also can be reduced to the liquid antioxidant product in addition, reduces the loss of self content.

As can be seen from the results in Table 1, the test group using the liquid as the carrier had a higher level of antioxidant and less deterioration after 60 days.
Product performance experiment 2: the influence of antioxidants with different forms on the peroxide value of the puffed soybean is verified.
Selecting 6kg of fresh feed raw materials (puffed soybeans or rice bran meal) and randomly dividing the fresh feed raw materials into 3 groups, wherein each group is 2kg, the control group is not added with antioxidant, the experimental group 1 is prepared by adding 3 per thousand of liquid antioxidant (the liquid antioxidant of the example 2), and the experimental group 2 is prepared by using 3 per thousand of powder antioxidant (the powder antioxidant of the antioxidant component of the same example 2), and the specific formula is shown in a table 2. The test period is 60 days, and the fresh feed raw materials (the puffed soybean or rice bran meal) of the experimental group 1 and the experimental group 2 are stored in a mode of indoor opening at night and outdoor illumination at daytime.
The peroxide number content was recorded for each test group at the beginning and end of the test, and the results are shown in table 3.
