The material distributing structure 9 comprises a material distributing plate 23, a limiting hole 24, a transmission bar 25, springs 26, stand columns 27 and intrusion holes 28, wherein the two material distributing plates 23 are arranged inside a material distributing box 16, the limiting holes 24 are formed in the left side and the right side of the middle of the material distributing plate 23, the transmission bar 25 is arranged in the middle of the front end of the material distributing plate 23, the inner ends of the two springs 26 are fixed on the transmission bar 25, the rear parts of the two transmission bars 25 are connected with the inner ends of the limiting openings 22 through the elastic force of the springs 26 in a propping mode, the stand columns 27 are fixed on the top ends of the front parts of the transmission bars 25, the two intrusion holes 28 are respectively formed in the inner ends of the upper parts of the stand columns 27, and the two intrusion holes 28 correspond to the intrusion blocks 15.
The discharging structure 7 compresses the spring 26 through the penetration hole 28 to push the distributing plate 23 to distribute materials.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: after the installation equipment is paved, feed is put into the feed box 1, a servo motor 6 is started to control a transmission belt 4 through a winding drum 3, a feed inlet 5 is moved back and forth along a feed chute 2, a feed cylinder 10 and a supporting plate 11 are driven by the feed inlet 5 to be separated from an unsealing blocking plate 21, a slide rail 12 is made to reciprocate back and forth along a feed dividing box 16, the feed in the feed box 1 is evenly paved in the feed dividing box 16 through a feed inlet 17 of the feed inlet 5, after the feed cylinder 10 moves back and forth for one cycle, the feed is moved forward through the supporting plate 11 to the blocking plate 21, the blanking cylinder 10 is blocked by the blocking plate 21, an invasive block 15 enters an invasive hole 28 along with the feed cylinder 10, then a conical inclined surface 14 pushes a stand column 27 to drive two transmission bars 25 to separate along the left side and the right side of a limit opening 22 respectively, a spring 26 is compressed, the feed dividing plate 23 is separated along the left side and right side of the limit column 18 along with the transmission bars 25, and the feed in the feed dividing box 16 is pushed to the feed trough 20 through a push opening 19.
