The seed potato conveying and arranging device of the potato planter as claimed in claim 3, wherein a transmission mechanism is provided between the transmission mechanism and the harvesting wheel, the transmission mechanism comprises a worm wheel coaxially provided with the roller, a worm engaged with the worm wheel, a driven pulley coaxially provided with the worm, a driving pulley coaxially provided with one of the harvesting wheels, and a belt provided between the driving pulley and the driven pulley, the rollers of the plurality of transmission mechanisms are fixed on the same synchronizing shaft.
5. The seed potato conveying and aligning apparatus of a potato planter as claimed in claim 1, wherein a baffle is provided in the constrictor, the baffle being spaced from the base of the constrictor by a distance sufficient to accommodate passage of only a single seed potato.
