The audio and video control system 9 is in communication connection with a large screen display system 8, a video conference system 12, a sound amplification system 10 and a communication facility 11, and the sound amplification system 10 is set as a loudspeaker.
The GIS management server 24 is internally provided with a GPS positioning module, the alarm linkage server 26 is in communication connection with an alarm landline telephone and matched alarm receiving personnel, and the fault diagnosis server 25 is provided with a fault code display and a corresponding fault lamp.
