Claims (5)

1. A high-precision longitudinal shearing production method for a transformer iron core silicon steel sheet is characterized by comprising the following steps of: the method comprises the following steps:
step 1: loading the silicon steel sheet coiled material onto a rotating shaft of an unreeling machine, and gradually releasing the plate material belt through the unreeling machine;
step 2: the released plate material belt is buffered by a buffer device, so that part of the plate material sags in the buffer device, and the buffer length of the plate material belt is detected by a detection device in a buffer cavity;
and step 3: cutting the material belts through a rolling shearing device after passing through the buffer device to form a plurality of strip-shaped material belts, wherein the strip-shaped material belts are sequentially arranged at intervals in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction;
and 4, step 4: guiding a plurality of strip-shaped material belts in the conveying direction, polishing the cutting edges of each strip-shaped material belt, and removing burrs of the edges;
and step 5: rolling the polished strip material belt by a rolling machine;
before the plate is rolled and cut, at least the upper surface or the lower surface of the plate is coated with lubricating oil through an oiling mechanism, the plate is coated in a strip shape, and a plurality of strip-shaped lubricating oil lines are formed and correspond to each rolling and cutting cutter head respectively;
and (3) production line: the device comprises a feeding device (1), an unreeling device (2), a rolling shearing device (4), a polishing device (5) and a reeling device which are sequentially arranged along the conveying direction of a material belt;
the feeding end of the slitting machine body (4.1) is provided with an elastic pressing mechanism (4.2), a material belt (10) is pressed on a supporting platform (4.4) of the slitting machine body (4.1) through the elastic pressing mechanism (4.2), the supporting platform (4.4) is concavely provided with an installation groove (4.5) corresponding to the material belt (10), an oiling mechanism (4.3) is arranged in the installation groove (4.5), the oiling mechanism (4.3) is elastically contacted with the bottom surface of the material belt, and the oiling mechanism (4.3) continuously oils towards the bottom surface of the material belt (10);
the oiling mechanisms (4.3) are arranged at intervals in the width direction of the material belt (10), the oiling mechanisms (4.3) are respectively and oppositely arranged with the rolling shearing cutterheads (4.6) in the conveying direction of the material belt, and the oiling mechanisms (4.3) are positioned in front of the rolling shearing cutterheads (4.6) in the conveying direction; the bottom surface of the material belt (10) is coated with a plurality of strip-shaped lubricating oil lines through a plurality of oiling mechanisms (4.3);
at least a buffer device (3) is arranged between the unreeling device (2) and the rolling shearing device (4), or between the rolling shearing device (4) and the polishing device (5), or between the polishing device (5) and the reeling device;
the buffer device (3) comprises a supporting vertical frame (3.1), a front blocking cross rod (3.2), a rear blocking cross rod (3.3), a relaxation detection assembly (3.4) and a stretching detection assembly (3.5), wherein the front blocking cross rod (3.2) and the rear blocking cross rod (3.3) are arranged on the supporting vertical frame (3.1) at intervals in the conveying direction of a material belt (10), the front blocking cross rod (3.2) and the rear blocking cross rod (3.3) are both used for supporting the material belt (10), a buffer cavity is formed between the front blocking cross rod (3.2) and the rear blocking cross rod (3.3), the buffer cavity is used for accommodating the material belt in a U-shaped relaxation state, the relaxation detection assembly (3.4) used for detecting the lowest position of the material belt (10) in the relaxation state is arranged below the trough of the buffer cavity, and the detection assembly (3.5) used for detecting the highest position of the material belt (10) in the tension state is arranged above the trough of the buffer cavity corresponding to the trough of the material belt (10);
