Example one
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a method for testing charging pile performance, where the method includes:
step S100: acquiring first position distribution information of a first charging pile;
specifically, first electric pile that fills is arbitrary electric pile that fills, and first position distribution information is the first positional information who fills electric pile setting, like ground parking stall, market parking stall, underground parking stall, which city, environmental information etc..
Step S200: reading historical use data of the first charging pile to obtain the historical use data and basic information of the first charging pile;
specifically, historical use data and basic information of the corresponding charging pile are read according to the first charging pile information, the historical use data comprise a summary of all data such as historical use time, use duration and charging amount, and the basic information is basic equipment information of the first charging pile such as a model, power, elements, performance and a manufacturer.
Step S300: obtaining a first expected performance of the first charging pile according to the historical use data and basic information;
further, as shown in fig. 2, the method further includes:
step S310: acquiring environment variable information of the first charging pile according to the first position distribution information;
Step S320: acquiring a first environment information standardization parameter, and carrying out parameter standardization on the environment variable information according to the first environment information standardization parameter to acquire a first environment characteristic data set;
step S330: performing first processing on the first environment characteristic data set to obtain a second environment characteristic data set;
step S340: obtaining a first covariance matrix of the second environment feature data set, and performing matrix operation according to the first covariance matrix to obtain a first feature value set and a first feature vector set, wherein each feature value in the first feature value set corresponds to a unique feature vector in the first feature vector set;
step S350: selecting n characteristic values according to the first characteristic value set, projecting the first environment characteristic data set to characteristic vectors in a first characteristic vector set corresponding to the n characteristic values to obtain a first dimension reduction environment characteristic data set, and obtaining the first expected performance according to the first dimension reduction environment characteristic data set.
Specifically, the environment variable information of the setting position is obtained according to the first position distribution information of the charging pile, such as ambient humidity, temperature, voltage stability, etc., as environmental variable information of the first charging pile, the city information, the specific position information and the environment information of the first charging pile are obtained through the first position distribution information, the temperature and humidity information of the position is obtained through the specific position information of the city information, and the temperature and humidity are corrected by combining the environmental information, for example, the charging pile is arranged in the city, the temperature and humidity information of the position can be obtained according to the weather information of the weather, and then the environmental information corresponding to the specific position distribution is combined, such as an open parking lot under the mountain, and correcting and adjusting the obtained meteorological information by combining the underground humidity and temperature information, so as to obtain the temperature and humidity information of the charging pile as environment variable information. Meanwhile, the stability of the voltage also influences the performance of the charging pile, how the environment of the voltage can be used as environment variable information, the population distribution, the production distribution and the electricity consumption condition of the position in the current time are obtained through the regional information in the first position distribution information, and therefore the voltage environment of the position is obtained, if the electricity consumption of industrial electricity, electric vehicles, air conditioners and the like is high, the stability of an electric power system is influenced, the charging pile mainly depends on the energy supplied by the electric power, and is influenced by the stability of the local electric power system. Because the environment variable information comprises variable information of various different units, in order to perform unified analysis on the various environment variable information, the embodiment of the application adopts a unified standard to perform standardized conversion processing on all variable information, sets the environment according to the influence condition of the environment on the performance of the charging pile, unifies the environment variable information into a standardized information target, for example, 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 are adopted, corresponding unit conversion is performed on different influence relation degrees, unification is performed on one unit to perform target marking, a first environment characteristic data set is obtained after parameter standardization processing is performed on all the obtained environment variable information, each environment characteristic in the first environment characteristic data set adopts a unified data expression form, and equivalent conversion and analysis can be realized. Performing decentralized processing on the first environment characteristic data set, namely solving the average value of each characteristic data, subtracting the average value of the characteristic data from all the data, obtaining a second environment characteristic data set after decentralized processing, constructing a data matrix by using the obtained second environment characteristic data set, operating the second characteristic data set by using a covariance formula to obtain a covariance matrix, solving characteristic values and characteristic vectors of the covariance matrix, selecting the characteristic vectors corresponding to the first n characteristic values with larger characteristic values according to the size of the characteristic values, wherein n is a positive integer, setting the corresponding number according to the requirement of dimension reduction, projecting the first environment characteristic data set into the selected n characteristic vectors to obtain a first dimension reduction environment characteristic data set subjected to dimension reduction processing, reducing the dimension of the characteristic data on the premise of ensuring the characteristic values, and removing redundant data, the data volume in the characteristic data set is reduced, the data operation processing efficiency is improved, the first expected performance of the charging pile is predicted and analyzed according to the first dimension-reducing environment characteristic data set after dimension reduction, and the first expected performance is expressed as performance parameters such as voltage stability, output power and temperature change range which the charging pile should keep under the environment variable where the charging pile is located.
Step S400: generating a first performance detection scheme according to the first position distribution information and the basic information;
specifically, the charging pile performance detection scheme is customized according to first position distribution information, namely environment variable information around the charging pile, basic information, namely the performance, model, element, parameter and other characteristics of the charging pile, because different models of charging piles have element and performance difference and correspond to different performance detection requirements, the environment variable information in the first position distribution information also has influence on the charging pile, if the heat resistance and temperature rise performance of an expression element in the charging pile basic information are not good in high temperature environment, performance detection should be performed once when the temperature reaches high and at intervals, an element with poor temperature rise performance is detected, or performance detection with short interval time is performed on an element with large temperature rise reaction, performance detection with good high temperature resistance effect and small temperature rise reaction can be performed on an element with long interval time, the performance detection scheme comprises detection time, detection items, item parameters and other related contents. The performance of filling electric pile has certain influence under moist environment similarly, if fill electric pile's basic information including waterproof, shouldering moist performance its to the bearing range of humidity fill electric pile stronger than other models just, corresponding detection item, the content that detecting element corresponds are also different, the interval check-out time requirement also has the difference. Carry out the integrated analysis to the hardware, the environmental characteristic of filling electric pile, carry out the customization of the performance detection scheme that corresponds, help maintaining the user state who fills electric pile, increase of service life.
Step S500: performing performance detection on the first charging pile based on the first performance detection scheme to obtain a first performance detection result;
further, the method further comprises:
step S510: carrying out a load temperature rise test on the first charging pile according to the second preset load voltage to obtain a first load temperature rise detection result;
step S520: obtaining a first preset temperature rise control condition, and obtaining a first temperature rise performance deviation value according to the first load temperature rise detection result and the first preset temperature rise control condition;
step S530: and obtaining the first performance detection result according to the first temperature-rise performance deviation value.
Specifically, the first charging pile is subjected to periodic performance detection according to detection items and detection time in the first performance detection scheme, and a corresponding detection result is obtained and is a first performance detection result. Detecting the detection items in the first performance detection scheme and the elements and parameters corresponding to the first charging pile to obtain corresponding detection parameters, and producing a corresponding performance detection result of the first charging pile according to the detection parameters. The performance detection method comprises the steps of carrying out performance detection on the first charging pile according to preset load voltage, wherein the temperature rise test is carried out on the electronic element in the charging process and is higher than the temperature of the surrounding environment, the temperature rise test has influence on the service life and the operation stability of the element, the working state of the element can be effectively known through testing the load temperature rise of the element, and the service life and the working stability of the charging pile can be effectively improved through maintaining the element in advance. The first preset temperature rise control condition is a normal temperature rise range requirement determined according to the performance characteristics of the element in charging and the environmental characteristics, a temperature rise performance deviation value is obtained by comparing an actually measured temperature rise detection result with the preset temperature rise control condition, the performance detection result of the element is determined according to the deviation value, if the temperature rise of 1 ℃ before and after 2 hours under the stable condition is the preset temperature rise control condition, if the actually measured temperature rise of 1 ℃ is consistent with the preset temperature rise control condition, the temperature rise is normal, if the temperature rise of more than 2 ℃ is higher, if the temperature rise of more than 5 ℃ exceeds the standard, and the like, the corresponding performance detection result is determined according to the deviation value.
Step S600: and performing performance evaluation on the first charging pile according to the first performance detection result and the first expected performance to obtain a first performance test result.
Specifically, the performance test result of the first charging pile is obtained by evaluating according to the first performance test result and the first expected performance, the first charging pile performance test result is qualified when the first performance test result is in line with the first expected performance, the test result is unqualified when the first performance test result is not in line with the first expected performance, or the difference between the first performance test result and the first expected performance test result is compared with a preset difference threshold value, and different differences correspond to different test results. The performance of charging piles is regularly tested and analyzed, the running state of the charging piles can be timely mastered, and performance problems can be found in advance, so that the running stability of the charging piles is effectively guaranteed, the technical effect of prolonging the service life is achieved, and the technical problems that in the prior art, fault detection and performance maintenance are carried out manually, the efficiency is low, and the performance state of the charging piles cannot be timely mastered and effectively maintained are solved.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, the method further includes:
step S710: obtaining a first preset load voltage of the first charging pile according to the basic information;

step S730: carrying out data load deviation degree analysis according to the load data to obtain a first load deviation degree analysis result;
step S740: adjusting the first preset load voltage according to the first load deviation degree analysis result to obtain a second preset load voltage;
step S750: the first performance detection scheme is obtained in accordance with the second predetermined load voltage.
Specifically, when a first performance detection scheme is determined, comprehensive comparison analysis can be performed on the load voltage of the charging pile and the voltage load condition of actual application, and the corresponding performance detection scheme is determined according to the actual application state, specifically, a first preset load voltage of the charging pile is obtained according to basic information, actual load data is obtained by using historical use data, deviation degree analysis is performed on the actual load data and the first preset load voltage, so that a load deviation degree result between the load data of actual application and the preset load voltage is obtained, the load deviation degree result comprises the statistics of the magnitude of load deviation, the deviation time and the deviation times, analysis is performed according to the magnitude of deviation, the deviation time and the deviation times, the first preset load voltage is adjusted by using the actual load condition, namely, the load voltage corresponding to a preset index is adjusted according to the actual application condition, the method comprises the steps that the requirement that preset load voltage can not be achieved in practical application exists under the influence of application environment and application objects, the second preset load voltage is the preset load voltage adjusted according to the actual voltage load condition, and scheme parameters, detection time intervals and detection elements in the corresponding first performance detection scheme are determined according to the corrected second preset load voltage.
Further, the method further comprises:
step S810: obtaining a first preset temperature setting threshold;
step S820: judging whether the first load temperature rise detection result meets the first preset temperature setting threshold value or not;
step S830: when the first load temperature rise detection result meets the first preset temperature setting threshold, performing state evaluation on the heating component to obtain a first state evaluation result;
step 840: and setting and adjusting the early warning parameters of the first charging pile according to the first state evaluation result.
Specifically, the temperature setting threshold of the element is determined according to the element characteristics and the environment of the charging pile, that is, in which temperature range is required to ensure the stability of the operating state of the element and the hardware requirements of the element, different preset temperature rise thresholds are set for different elements, that is, a first preset temperature setting threshold is set, the first preset temperature setting threshold and the preset temperature setting threshold of the element corresponding to the first charging pile are set, the first preset temperature setting threshold is the maximum temperature value born by the element and can be failed if the first preset temperature setting threshold is exceeded, in order to find the performance failure of the element in advance and avoid the element damage, the first preset temperature setting threshold can be set to be slightly smaller than the maximum temperature bearing range, and if the maximum temperature bearing is 150 ℃, the first preset temperature setting threshold is set to be 140 ℃. Meanwhile, the temperature rise range of the element in different environments can be considered, for example, different temperature requirements are met under different environments with different humidity, temperature and voltage conditions, the preset temperature setting threshold value is lower than the preset temperature setting threshold value under the environment with higher temperature than the environment with lower temperature, namely, under the condition of higher temperature environment, if the temperature rise of the element is higher, the damage to the element is larger, different temperature setting threshold values are determined by combining the influence conditions of different environment variable information, and the performance and the service life of the element are ensured. And judging whether the set temperature threshold value is exceeded or not according to the load temperature rise checking result, and alarming if the set temperature threshold value is exceeded so as to avoid the element from being damaged and having a fault. Further solved among the prior art through artifical fault detection and performance maintenance, inefficiency, can't in time master and effectively maintain the technical problem who fills electric pile's performance status.
Further, the method further comprises:
step S910: obtaining a position humidity change parameter of the first charging pile according to the first position distribution information;
step S920: performing stability evaluation on the first charging pile according to the first performance detection result and the position humidity change parameter to obtain a first stability evaluation result;
step S930: and early warning of the first charging pile is carried out according to the first stability evaluation result.
Specifically, in addition to considering the influence of temperature on the performance of the charging pile and considering that humidity also has a certain influence on the performance of the charging pile, the humidity influence relationship of the surrounding environment of the charging pile is analyzed, so that the performance of the charging pile is evaluated and tested, the stability of the charging pile is evaluated through the humidity change parameter of the surrounding environment of the first charging pile and the first performance detection result, namely whether the charging pile can stably work under the condition of the change of the environmental humidity or not is judged, so that how much influence is generated on the index parameter in the first performance detection result is obtained, if the influence is generated on the stability of the index parameter in the first performance detection result, the influence degree is judged, if the normal performance requirement of the element is exceeded, corresponding alarm reminding is carried out, and if the influence is not exceeded, the detection result is sent to a management platform or an intelligent terminal, the current testing result and the stability parameter of filling electric pile are known, if the stability assessment result does not reach the condition of reporting to the police, but when great floating change has appeared, can fix a position the position of filling electric pile according to the testing result of feedback, maintain according to the maintenance measure that stability assessment result and position humidity change parameter selection correspond, thereby fill electric pile operating condition's adjustment in advance, in order to avoid continuing to produce serious consequence to it under this environment, and influence the normal operating of filling electric pile or cause the trouble to influence life. Further solved among the prior art through artifical fault detection and performance maintenance, inefficiency, can't in time master and effectively maintain the technical problem who fills electric pile's performance status.
Further, the method comprises:
step S1010: obtaining the actual output power of the first charging pile;
step S1020: performing output stability evaluation on the first charging pile according to the actual output power to obtain a first output stability evaluation result;
step S1030: and obtaining the first performance detection result according to the first output stability evaluation result.
Specifically, the output power and the voltage stability have a relationship, the voltage stability is used as one of the environmental variable information and also has an influence on the performance of the charging pile, the output stability of the charging pile is evaluated by using the actual output power of the first charging pile, the actual output power comprises the sum of the output powers within a preset time, the output stability is obtained according to the change curve of the actual output power, a performance detection result is carried out according to the stability evaluation result of the output power, similarly, if the output power has poor stability, the output power can be stabilized by adjusting the output power, when the first output stability exceeds a stability threshold value, early warning information is sent, the output power stability of the charging pile can be evaluated, the condition that the service life of an element is influenced under the condition that the output power is unstable for a long time, the element fails to cause element faults and influence the normal use of the charging pile is avoided, through regularly carrying out output's detection and test to filling electric pile, can in time remind and adjust the unusual that fills electric pile to the stability of filling electric pile has been maintained, its life has been guaranteed.
