s1, inserting the outer sleeve 1 with the middle expansion riveting component 2 in the middle through the shaft hole of the first frame side plate 6 or the second frame side plate 7, and sequentially installing a middle roller bearing 9, a middle spacer bush 12 and a middle roller 8 at the inserting end of the outer sleeve 1, so that two ends of the middle roller 8 are supported on the middle roller bearings 9 at the left side and the right side, and the middle roller bearings 9 at the left side and the right side are separated by the middle spacer bush 12; then the penetrating end of the outer sleeve 1 penetrates out of the shaft hole of the other one of the first rack side plate 6 and the second rack side plate 7;
s2, performing bolt rivet operation on the middle expansion riveting component 2 from two ends of the outer sleeve 1 respectively, so that the expansion strips on the left side and the right side of the middle expansion riveting component 2 expand to extend out of the corresponding opening 1-1 of the outer sleeve 1, and axially fixing the middle roller bearings 9 on two sides of the middle roller 8; specifically, through the respective screwing operations of the right screw screwing part 2-2-1 and the left screw screwing part 2-4-1, as the expansion strip part on the middle expansion riveting component 2 is limited by the middle roller bearing 9 and the middle spacer sleeve 12, after the expansion strip is extruded, the expansion strip positioned on the outer side of the middle roller bearing 9 expands outwards to lock the middle roller bearings 9 on the two sides;
s3, respectively installing the outer side expansion riveting components 3 from the two ends of the outer sleeve 1, and carrying out rivet pulling operation on the corresponding outer side expansion riveting components 3 from the two ends of the outer sleeve 1 to enable the expansion strips of the outer side expansion riveting components 3 to expand and extend out of the corresponding openings 1-1 of the outer sleeve 1, and carrying out rivet fixing on the outer side expansion riveting components 3 on the two sides and the corresponding first rack side plate 6 and second rack side plate 7; specifically, the outer expansion strip 3-1-2 is expanded through the screwing operation of the outer screw screwing part 3-2-1, and the first rack side plate 6 or the second rack side plate 7 is clamped and fixed by the expanded outer expansion strip 3-1-2 and the outer screw screwing part 3-2-1 or the guide bump 3-1-1;
s4, sequentially sleeving an outer spacer 11 and an outer roller bearing 10 from two ends of an outer sleeve 1, screwing a nut 4 and a jackscrew 5 at two ends of the outer sleeve 1, fixing the outer roller bearing 10 at the corresponding end on the outer sleeve 1, and locking the outer roller bearing 10 on the outer sleeve 1 by using the nut 4 and the jackscrew 5.
After the outer roller bearing 10 is installed, the outer roller bearing 10 can be reused on two sides to install the outer roller according to requirements, and the bearing at the other end of the outer roller can be installed by adopting the patent number ZL202010115074.5 and the invention and creation name of 'a combined rivet applied to riveting the roller bearing and a riveting method thereof'.
According to the roller bearing composite riveting fastener and the installation method thereof, the outer sleeve, the middle expansion riveting component and the outer expansion riveting component are combined to form the composite riveting fastener, the middle expansion riveting component can directly complete installation of a group of rollers on the outer sleeve, meanwhile, the outer expansion riveting component is used for realizing riveting and fixing with a side plate of a rack, the outer roller bearings can be installed at two ends of the outer sleeve by nuts and jackscrews, roller expansion installation of a multi-row roller conveyor is realized, roller installation steps of the existing roller conveyor are simplified, and installation convenience and installation efficiency of rollers and bearings are further improved.

s1, inserting an outer sleeve (1) provided with a middle expansion riveting component (2) in the middle into a shaft hole of a first rack side plate (6) or a second rack side plate (7), and sequentially installing a middle roller bearing (9), a middle spacer bush (12) and a middle roller (8) at the inserting end of the outer sleeve (1) to support two ends of the middle roller (8) on the middle roller bearings (9) at the left side and the right side, wherein the middle roller bearings (9) at the left side and the right side are separated by the middle spacer bush (12); then the penetrating end of the outer sleeve (1) penetrates out of the shaft hole of the other one of the first rack side plate (6) and the second rack side plate (7);
s2, performing bolt rivet operation on the middle expansion riveting component (2) from two ends of the outer sleeve (1) respectively, so that expansion strips on the left side and the right side of the middle expansion riveting component (2) expand to extend out of corresponding openings (1-1) of the outer sleeve (1), and axially fixing middle roller bearings (9) on two sides of a middle roller (8);
s3, respectively installing the outer side expansion riveting components (3) from two ends of the outer sleeve (1), performing rivet pulling operation on the corresponding outer side expansion riveting components (3) from two ends of the outer sleeve (1), enabling expansion strips of the outer side expansion riveting components (3) to expand and extend out of corresponding openings (1-1) of the outer sleeve (1), and performing rivet fixing on the outer side expansion riveting components (3) on two sides and corresponding first rack side plates (6) and second rack side plates (7);
s4, sequentially sleeving an outer spacer bush (11) and an outer roller bearing (10) from two ends of an outer sleeve (1), screwing a nut (4) and a jackscrew (5) at two ends of the outer sleeve (1) respectively, and fixing the outer roller bearing (10) at the corresponding end on the outer sleeve (1).
