The strength substrate feeding device 44 horizontally places the strength substrate 2, and one of the lengthwise edges of the strength substrate 2 placed on the strength substrate feeding device 44 faces the L-shaped groove forming machine 30 for feeding.
The "L" slotter 30 includes a vertical side-slot slotter 301 and a horizontal side-slot slotter 302 arranged in sequence along the material conveying direction.
The gluing head A of the strength substrate gluing machine A31 and the gluing head D of the substrate gluing machine D39 horizontally reciprocate in the length direction parallel to the strength substrate 2 at the corresponding position respectively, glue is coated into an L-shaped groove B26 arranged on the strength substrate 2 by the gluing head A, and the glue is coated into the groove bottom in the strip-shaped groove A6 and the groove wall far away from the strip-shaped groove B8 by the gluing head D.

The decorative substrate slotter 38 includes a longitudinal slotter 381 and a transverse slotter 382 which are sequentially arranged along the material conveying direction, two groups of cutter heads are respectively and symmetrically arranged at two ends of the length direction of the strength substrate 2 close to the longitudinal grooving machine 381, each group of cutter heads sequentially comprises a grooving cutter head A of a wire groove A28, a grooving cutter head B of a communicating groove 29 and a grooving cutter head C of a strip-shaped groove C22 along the material conveying direction, the transverse grooving machine 382 includes a tool post a and a tool post B arranged in sequence in the material conveying direction, the tool post A and the tool post B both reciprocate horizontally along the length direction of the strength substrate 2 at the positions, the bottom of the tool rest A is respectively provided with a slotting tool bit D of a slot B27, a slotting tool bit E of a strip-shaped slot A6 and a slotting tool bit F of a strip-shaped slot B8, and the bottom of the tool rest B is provided with a milling tool bit for cutting the top surface of the convex strip 11.
The film cutting die of the film cutting machine 42 is a U-shaped structure connected with the strip-shaped groove B8 and the connecting groove 29 in a shape matching manner.
The handle feeding device 431 comprises a strip-shaped handle feeding device 432 conveyed along the handle feeding direction, a handle assembling device 433 and a handle glue spraying device 434 are sequentially arranged on the strip-shaped handle feeding device 432 along the handle feeding device 431 conveying direction, the handle assembling device 433 connects and fixes the positioning connecting piece 12 and the strip-shaped handle 7, and the handle glue spraying device 434 sprays glue on the two opposite end faces of the strip-shaped handle 7, which are provided with the sawtooth grooves 16, of a side rod B9 and the strip-shaped protrusions 22 of the positioning connecting piece 12, which are provided with the strip-shaped protrusions 22.
Positioning connecting piece feeding devices 435 are respectively arranged on two sides of the handle assembling device 433, when one end of a strip handle 7 on the strip handle feeding device 432 is fed to correspond to the handle assembling device 433, the positioning connecting piece 12 of one positioning connecting piece feeding device 435 and the corresponding end of the strip handle 7 are assembled and fixed by the handle assembling device 433, and when the other end of the strip handle 7 on the strip handle feeding device 432 is fed to correspond to the handle assembling device 433, the positioning connecting piece 12 of the other positioning connecting piece feeding device 435 and the corresponding end of the strip handle 7 are assembled and fixed by the handle assembling device 433.
As can be seen in fig. 1, the production method for producing the through-top cabinet door with the decorative handle comprises the following steps:
s1, cutting the strength substrate 2 with the corresponding size according to the size of the through-top cabinet door;
s2, processing an L-shaped groove B26 at the position, close to the edge of one side in the length direction, of the side end face of the strength substrate 2 for fixing the interior trim panel;
a horizontal side groove parallel to the end face of the strength substrate 2 in the L-shaped groove B26 is arranged in a notch of a vertical side groove vertical to the end face of the door panel body 1;
the vertical side groove of the L-shaped groove B26 is positioned at the position of the horizontal side groove facing the corresponding side edge of the strength substrate 2;

s5, coating glue solution on the end face, opposite to the interior board 3, of the strength substrate 2 fixed with the interior board 3, and then pressing and fixing the strength substrate with the decorative substrate 4;
s6, processing a strip-shaped groove A6 and a strip-shaped groove B8 on the decorative substrate 4 close to one of the edges of the length direction along the direction parallel to the length direction respectively, and enabling the strip-shaped groove A6 to be located on the outer side of the strip-shaped groove B8;
a line groove A28 which is perpendicular to the strip-shaped groove A6 is respectively machined at two ends of the strength substrate 2 close to the length direction and corresponds to the side end face of the decorative substrate 4, the strip-shaped groove A6 and the strip-shaped groove B8 are respectively extended to be communicated with the line groove A28, a line groove B27 which is parallel to the strip-shaped groove A6 is machined at the position of the door side wall in the length direction, which is far away from one side of the strip-shaped groove A6, and two ends of the line groove B27 are extended to be communicated with the line groove A28; a communicating groove 29 is processed at the position of the line groove A28 corresponding to the strip-shaped groove A6 and the strip-shaped groove B8, and the groove bottoms of the strip-shaped groove A6, the strip-shaped groove B8 and the communicating groove 29 are flush;
in the step S6, milling an end surface of the convex strip 11 formed between the strip-shaped groove a6 and the strip-shaped groove B8, the end surface being opposite to the side of the interior trim panel 3;
s7, processing a groove wall of the communication groove 29 far away from the side of the strip groove A6 and the strip groove B8 into a strip groove C23;
s8, gluing in the strip groove A6, and pressing and fixing the decorative strip 10 in the strip groove A6;
s9, pasting and fixing the strength substrate 2 fixed with the decoration strip 10 and the outer decoration film 5 corresponding to the end face of the decoration substrate 4, and pasting and fixing the side wall of the decoration substrate 4, the side wall of the strength substrate 2 and the side wall of the inner decoration plate 3 after turning over the edge of the outer decoration film 5;
s10, cutting off the outer decorating film 5 corresponding to the groove for mounting the strip-shaped handle 7 so as to leave a notch of the strip-shaped groove B8 for mounting the strip-shaped handle 7 and facilitate mounting and fixing of the strip-shaped handle 7;
s11, splicing and fixing the positioning connecting piece 12 and the strip-shaped handle 7, then integrally gluing, and finally installing and fixing corresponding to the strip-shaped groove B8 and the communicating groove 29; and finally, the strip-shaped handle 7 is glued and then fixedly connected with the strip-shaped groove B8, and one side edge of the strip-shaped handle 7 is correspondingly positioned in the range of the strip-shaped groove A6.
