Claims (10)

1. The preparation method of the soft and comfortable leather material is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step S10, performing deoiling, degreasing and unhairing treatment on the leather to obtain a pretreated leather;

step S30, placing the soft leather into 110-125 parts of warm water at 40-50 ℃, adding 1.5 parts of acrylic resin tanning agent, rotating for 30-50 minutes, then adding 1.5-2.2 parts of modified protein and 0.5-1.8 parts of quebracho tannin extract, rotating for 20-40 minutes, adding formic acid to adjust the pH value between 4.2-4.5, rotating for 30 minutes, draining liquid and washing with water;
step S40, squeezing and stretching the leather obtained in the step S30, and then placing the leather into a vacuum drying oven for vacuum drying to obtain dry leather;
step S50, uniformly spraying composite antibacterial liquid on two sides of the dried leather, naturally airing for 15-24 hours at the temperature of 20-25 ℃, spraying the composite antibacterial liquid again, and drying at the temperature of 35-42 ℃ to obtain the antibacterial leather;
and step S60, dyeing, greasing and post-finishing the antibacterial leather material to obtain the soft and comfortable leather material.
2. The method for preparing a soft and comfortable dermal material of claim 1, wherein in step S10, the skin material is selected from any one of sheepskin, cowhide, pigskin, and horse skin.
3. The method for preparing a soft and comfortable dermal material according to claim 1, wherein in step S20, the softening agent I is an acidic protease, bentonite, sodium oxalate, fatty acid polyoxyethylene ester in a weight ratio of 10: 2-8: 0.5-1.2: 0.2 to 0.8, respectively.

The method for preparing a soft and comfortable dermal material according to claim 1, wherein in step S50, the method for preparing the composite antibacterial liquid comprises: preparing 20ml of silver nitrate solution with the concentration of 0.12-0.15 mol/L, adding 50ml of sodium borohydride with the concentration of 0.07-0.10 mol/L, dropwise adding 0.3-0.6 g of sodium citrate, and stirring and mixing for 2.5-3.5 hours to obtain the silver ion antibacterial agent; adding 1g of chitosan into 100ml of deionized water, stirring and mixing, and then adding 40ml to 60ml of 10% acetic acid solution to obtain acetic acid solution of chitosan; mixing the silver ion antibacterial agent with acetic acid solution of chitosan, adding 1.5-5 ml of epoxy chloropropane, uniformly stirring, and carrying out ultrasonic oscillation for 5 minutes to obtain the composite antibacterial liquid.
