It will be appreciated that in the process of pushing the metering seals, the metering seals are pushed out one by one, so that the stop block can be arranged in the extending direction of the main body frame 221 of the storage box 22, but the stop block is not arranged at the bottom of the storage box, so that the pushed metering seals can be pushed out, and meanwhile, the storage of other metering seals is not affected.
To facilitate the management of metering seals stored in the magazine 22, further, the magazine 22 is provided with a first memory; the first memory is used to store seal numbers for metered seals stored in the magazine 22. As shown in fig. 5, the push module 32 includes: a die set frame 321, a guide rail 322, an XY linear die set 323, a push member 324, and a rebound member 325; the module frame 321 is disposed on the base 1, and a preset outlet 326 is disposed on the module frame 321; the guide rail 322 is disposed in the module frame 321 and located below the second through slot; a pushing member 324 for pushing the metering seal; a resilient member 325 for controlling the action of the push member 324; the XY linear module 323 is mounted on the module frame 321 and connected to the controller 31.
As shown in fig. 6, the pushing member 324 includes: the pushing block 8 and the transmission member (not shown in the figure) are connected, the transmission member is connected with the rebound member 325, and the pushing block 8 is rotatably arranged on the transmission member, so that when pushing is not performed, the pushing block 8 and the transmission member keep a plane level, when pushing is required, a motor is arranged in the rebound member 325 to rotate so as to enable the transmission member to rotate, and then the rebound member 8 is driven to rotate, and after the rebound member 8 stands up, the rebound member can contact with the metering seal stored in the storage box 22 to perform pushing.
It will be appreciated that for ease of pushing, the bottom side wall of the magazine 22 may be provided with apertures through which the cartridges pass.
The connection mode between the module frame 321 and the base 1 may be an integral molding mode, or may be a detachable connection mode such as clamping, riveting, etc., and those skilled in the art may select according to needs, which is not specifically described and limited herein.
Further, the pushing module 32 further includes: a second memory; and the second memory is used for storing the issuing record of the metering seal. The specific metered seal dispensed and the number of dispenses can thus be known from the information stored in the second memory.
In one embodiment, the controller 31 is further configured to read the latest dispensing record from the second memory, and determine the seal number of the metered seal to be dispensed based on the latest dispensing record.
