Description

Auxiliary device for detecting physiological indexes of small animals and using method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of animal nerve function research, in particular to an auxiliary device for detecting physiological indexes of small animals and a using method thereof.
Background
In animal nerve function research, animal physiological index changes need to be detected frequently. However, in the process of detecting the physiological indexes of the animals, the grasping operation of researchers often causes stress reaction of the animals, so that the measurement result is inaccurate, and particularly, the stress reaction is easy to occur in small animals such as experimental mice. In addition, in neuroscience research, an external device is often required to be connected to a conscious animal for wired stimulation or detection, the animal moves around after being connected with the wired device, external wires are easy to be wound and even the connection is interrupted, and the animal generates stress reaction such as tension after the animal is wound by the wires.
In the field, there are also some devices for fixing small animals when detecting the change of the physiological index of the animals, such as a binder device and a light-controlled animal blood sugar real-time monitoring device, wherein the binder device is used for fixing the small animals for intravenous injection and blood collection, however, the device is used for experimental operation and detection by completely binding the small animals, and obviously, the device can cause the stress of the small animals. The real-time monitoring device for the blood sugar of the light-regulated animal is used for real-time detection of the blood sugar concentration of the tail vein of the light-genetic-stimulated animal. Specifically, the real-time light-control animal blood sugar monitoring device buckles an animal in a lower-opening opaque cylinder with the volume twice that of the animal, and a plurality of small holes are formed in the top and the periphery of the lower end of the cylinder so as to facilitate light stimulation and tail detection of blood sugar. Under this kind of environment, the toy is faced what is a confined hood of few light, can't satisfy the needs of observing the overall state in real time, and the toy can freely be swung in addition, makes the equipment line take place to twine or break very easily when being connected with lighter fragile equipment line on the toy.
Generally, the device for fixing the small animal to assist the change detection of the physiological indexes of the animal at present has the problems that the animal easily generates stress reaction, is inconvenient to observe and the like, and the problem that the animal can freely move and rotate to cause the equipment wire connected with the animal body to be wound or broken due to poor animal fixing effect, so that the accuracy of the change detection of the physiological indexes of the animal cannot be ensured.

It will be appreciated that, with the device body 20 movably supported on the L-shaped bracket 12, the condition of the device body 20 can be adjusted by lifting the support 21 when the tail tray of the small animal is inside the funnel, for example, the device body 20 can be lifted obliquely, so as to facilitate the small animal to be induced to actively climb up to project its tail from the bottom opening 221 of the funnel portion 22.
In other words, by arranging the device main body 20 to be movably supported on the supporting structure 10, the posture of the small animal inside the device main body 20 can be adjusted by adjusting the posture of the device main body 20, so as to meet the requirements of different experiments, and simultaneously avoid the stress reaction of the small animal caused by adopting an adjusting mode such as direct grabbing.
