The above structure can increase the sealability of the sealing member 64 to the second intake holes 63.
Specifically, the lower side of the valve body 61 may extend downward to form the second air inlet hole 63, and when the sealing member 64 is disposed on the second air inlet hole 63, the upper surface of the sealing member 64 is lower than the lower surface of the valve body 61, so that a concave cavity capable of collecting liquid may be formed in the valve body 61, and thus, the liquid in the steam valve assembly 6 can be collected at the second air inlet hole 63.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 13 to 15, the engaging bracket 33 is disposed below the heating plate 32, the engaging bracket 33 is annular, the plurality of locking pan members 34 are arranged along the circumferential direction of the engaging bracket 33, the engaging portions 45 are disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the locking pan members 34, and the engaging portions 45 are locked with the locking pan members 34 by rotating the kneading pan body 43. The dough kneading pot body 43 can be stably arranged in the machine case 1 in a rotary buckling mode, so that the assembly stability is ensured, and the pot body is convenient for users to replace.
When the kneading pan body 43 is installed in the casing 1, the engaging portion 45 of the kneading pan body 43 can pass over the heating plate 32 and engage with the engaging bracket 33 located below the heating plate 32, the layout structure is compact, and the engaging bracket 33 can be prevented from influencing the relative position relationship between the heating plate 32 and the kneading pan body 43, so that the heating surface of the heating plate 32 can directly face the bottom of the kneading pan body 43.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 16, the plurality of engaging portions 45 are respectively configured as first ribs 46 spirally arranged on the inner wall of the dough pan body 43, the plurality of locking pan members 34 are respectively configured as second ribs 36 spirally arranged on the outer wall of the engaging support 33, and the dough pan body 43 rotates relative to the engaging support 33 to lock the first ribs 46 against the second ribs 36. The above-mentioned first rib 46 and second rib 36 are locked in rotation, which facilitates the user to replace the pan body, and the dough kneading pan body 43 can be stably placed in the casing 1.
The first rib 46 and the second rib 36 can form a spiral clamping structure, the dough pan body 43 is sleeved on the outer side of the clamping support 33, and the first rib 46 and the second rib 36 are rotationally locked.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 13 and 15, a plurality of cushion pads 35 are arranged between the clamping bracket 33 and the heat-insulating cover 31, and the bottom of the dough pan body 43 is abutted against the cushion pads 35. Therefore, the noise generated by kneading the dough of the kneading pan body 43 in the locking state can be reduced, and the purpose of shock absorption can be achieved, so that the whole operation of the equipment is more stable.
