the big fluted disc (18) is fixed on a fluted disc rack through a plurality of fluted disc carrier rollers (19), the fluted disc rack is fixedly arranged at a bale outlet of the bundling machine, the big fluted disc (18) is meshed with a pinion (22), and the pinion (22) is a driving gear and is connected with a hydraulic motor (24); the hydraulic motor (24) is fixed through a motor seat plate (23); the automatic net breaking mechanism is arranged on the side surface of a bag outlet of the bundling machine, a knife rest (2) is fixedly connected with the bag outlet, and a mounting plate (10) is fixedly connected with a fluted disc frame;
a net shaft (20), a net supporting shaft (21) and a balancing weight (25) are arranged on the big fluted disc (18); the balancing weight (25) and the net shaft (20) are symmetrically arranged relative to the big fluted disc (18) and are used for maintaining the dynamic balance of the big fluted disc (18);
the net supporting shaft (21) is arranged in the advancing direction of the rotation of the big fluted disc (18), and the automatic net breaking mechanism is fixed on the fluted disc rack and arranged on the opposite side of the net supporting shaft (21); the pinion (22) can drive the big fluted disc (18) to rotate under the driving of the hydraulic motor (24);
the net shaft (20) is used for fixedly installing a net rope shaft, a net rope on the net rope shaft is wound on the net supporting shaft (21) and then fixed on the net breaking mechanism, and the net rope is pulled out from the middle of the lower clamping block (7) and the upper clamping block (6) from bottom to top.
