The method for controlling communication behavior of a mobile phone application according to claim 7, wherein after the mobile phone application registers and successfully applies to the cloud network convergence capability service platform, the cloud network convergence capability service platform allocates an APP _ ID to the mobile phone application and provides an API interface for controlling functions.

The method for controlling communication behavior of a mobile phone application according to claim 8, wherein the mobile phone application binds a mobile phone number of a user who needs to control communication behavior with the mobile phone application, and registers the mobile phone number with the cloud network convergence capability service platform through an API interface.
10. The method for controlling communication behavior by a mobile phone application according to claim 9, wherein the cloud convergence capability service platform submits the mobile phone number to the core network speech path control application server for subscription registration,
the signing process is realized by following the standard network service opening process of the operator.

The method for controlling communication behavior of mobile phone application according to claim 10, wherein the API has a status code setting therein, the status code is used to set the communication session status when the mobile phone application is running and processing the incoming call of the mobile phone,
wherein, the user of the mobile phone application presets the state value of the state code through the mobile phone application,
the mobile phone application submits the APP _ ID, the mobile phone number and the state code to the cloud network convergence capability service platform through the API, and communication session state control of a user in a called state is achieved in real time.
12. The method for controlling communication behavior by a handset application of claim 11, wherein the status code comprises:
the call is free of disturbance, when a user sets that the user enters the mobile phone application, whether the function of the call free of disturbance of the mobile phone application is opened or not is set, and if the function of the call free of disturbance is opened, incoming calls except for a white list are shielded;
the robot takes the place of the phone and plays the sound to inform the calling user that the phone is inconvenient to answer;
prompting a mobile phone application user, sending a short message to the user using the mobile phone application to prompt the user to take a call for the user;
and translating the characters and the record corresponding to the voice, and extracting the contents of the robot for taking the call instead of the telephone for the user to look up.
