1. A video editing method applied to a mobile device includes:
acquiring a background video and at least one insert video, wherein the duration of the background video is more than 15 minutes;
marking a key frame of the background video, and setting a mark point at the position of the key frame;
splicing the insert video to the mark point position of the key frame of the background video, and editing the background video and the insert video, wherein,
the editing page of the mobile device comprises a video display area and an editing area which are arranged along the column direction, the video display area displays the frame picture of the background video and the frame picture of the insertion video, the editing area comprises m editing tool options, and the width of each editing tool option in the row direction is w 1;
acquiring the width K of a current editing page of the mobile equipment in the row direction;
and calculating the number n1 of the editing tool options arranged in the row direction, and dividing the editing tool options into a1 rows, wherein a is a natural number greater than 1.
2. The video editing method according to claim 1, further comprising obtaining a length of a current editing area of the mobile device in a column direction as D;
the length of each editing tool option in the column direction is p1, if the product of a1 and p1 is larger than D, the width of the editing tool options in the row direction is automatically reduced, the width of the editing tool options in the row direction is w2, and the number of the editing tool options arranged in the row direction is increased by n 2.
3. The video editing method according to claim 1, further comprising obtaining a length of a current editing area of the mobile device in a column direction as D;
the length of each editing tool option in the column direction is p1, if the product of a1 and p1 is larger than D, the length of the editing tool options in the column direction is automatically reduced, the length of the editing tool options in the column direction is p2, and the product of p2 and a1 is smaller than or equal to D.
4. The video editing method according to claim 1, wherein marking a key frame of the background video, and setting a marking point for a position of the key frame comprises:
and acquiring a plurality of adjacent frame pictures in the background video, and if the percentage of the same pixels in the plurality of adjacent frame pictures is greater than a preset threshold value, taking a first frame picture of the plurality of adjacent frame pictures as a key frame, and setting a mark point at the position of the first frame picture.
5. The video editing method of claim 4, wherein the mark point is a line segment or an inverted triangle.
6. A video editing device is characterized in that the device is arranged on a mobile device and comprises a video acquisition unit, a key frame marking unit and a video editing unit, wherein,
the video acquisition unit is coupled with the key frame marking unit and is used for acquiring a background video and at least one insert video, and the duration of the background video is more than 15 minutes;
the key frame marking unit is respectively coupled with the video acquiring unit and the video editing unit and is used for marking the key frames of the background video and setting marking points for the positions of the key frames;
the video editing unit is coupled with the key frame marking unit, splices the insertion video to the marking point position of the key frame of the background video and edits the background video and the insertion video, wherein,
the editing page of the mobile device comprises a video display area and an editing area which are arranged along the column direction, the video display area displays the frame picture of the background video and the frame picture of the insertion video, the editing area comprises m editing tool options, and the width of each editing tool option in the row direction is w 1; acquiring the width K of a current editing page of the mobile equipment in the row direction; and calculating the number n1 of the editing tool options arranged in the row direction, and dividing the editing tool options into a1 rows, wherein a is a natural number greater than 1.

The video editing apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the video editing unit is further configured to obtain that a length of a current editing area of the mobile device in a column direction is D; the length of each editing tool option in the column direction is p1, if the product of a1 and p1 is larger than D, the width of the editing tool options in the row direction is automatically reduced, the width of the editing tool options in the row direction is w2, and the number of the editing tool options arranged in the row direction is increased by n 2.
8. The video editing apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the video editing unit is further configured to obtain that a length of a current editing area of the mobile device in a column direction is D;
the length of each editing tool option in the column direction is p1, if the product of a1 and p1 is larger than D, the length of the editing tool options in the column direction is automatically reduced, the length of the editing tool options in the column direction is p2, and the product of p2 and a1 is smaller than or equal to D.

The video editing apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the key frame marking unit is further configured to obtain a plurality of adjacent frame pictures in the background video, and if the percentage of the same pixels in the plurality of adjacent frame pictures is greater than a preset threshold, take a first frame picture of the plurality of adjacent frame pictures as a key frame, and set a marking point at a position of the first frame picture.
10. An electronic device, comprising a memory storing computer-executable instructions and a processor configured to execute the instructions to implement the video editing method of any of claims 1-5.
