Example 1
Referring to fig. 1-9 in conjunction with fig. 10-12, a rail adaptor 100 according to a first preferred embodiment of the present invention is shown, the rail adaptor 100 being used for coupling an electrical device (not shown) to a rail 200 in a first direction. Track adapter 100 includes a housing 110, a sliding side cover 120, and a resilient assembly 130. Through the cooperation of the sliding side cover 120 and the elastic member 130, the rail adaptor 100 with the coupled electrical device is quickly mounted to the rail 200, and the connection stability of the rail adaptor 100 and the rail 200 can be improved. When track adapter 100 needs to be dismantled, track adapter 200 can also be dismantled from track 200 fast through the cooperation of slip side cap 120 and elastic component 130, and convenient and fast reduces the degree of difficulty of installation and dismantlement, improves installation and dismantlement efficiency.
The sliding side cover 120 is slidably connected to an end of the housing 110 along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, the elastic component 130 is fixedly connected in the housing 110, the elastic component 130 includes an elastic main body 131 and two elastic blocks 133 disposed on two sides of the elastic main body 131, and two elastic block chutes 1121 are disposed at positions of the side wall 112 of the housing 110 corresponding to the two elastic blocks 133, respectively. The elastic component 130 is engaged with the sliding side cover 120, and configured to be pushed by the sliding side cover 120 along a second direction to drive the two elastic blocks 133 to move toward each other along a third direction, so as to slide out of the elastic block sliding grooves 1121, and move back and forth along the third direction after the pushing force disappears so as to slide into the elastic block sliding grooves 1121, wherein the third direction is perpendicular to both the first direction and the second direction. In other words, when the sliding side cover 120 is driven by the pushing force, the sliding side cover 120 applies the pushing force to the elastic assembly 130 in the second direction, so that the elastic assembly 130 is deformed, and the two elastic blocks 133 move in the direction approaching to each other in the third direction, thereby sliding out of the elastic block sliding grooves 1121. At this point, the spring blocks 133 are in a retracted state, facilitating the quick coupling of the rail adapter 100 to the rail 200, or the decoupling from the rail 200. When the pushing force is removed or no pushing force exists, the two elastic blocks 133 move away from each other in the third direction under the action of the elastic force of the elastic assembly 130, so as to slide into the elastic block sliding grooves 1121. At this time, the elastic block 133 is in an extended state, and is conveniently abutted against the anti-falling boss 230 extending in the third direction on the rail 100, so that the connection stability of the rail 200 and the rail adapter 100 is improved.
Optionally, the first direction is a height direction of the rail 200 or the rail adapter 100, the second direction is a length direction of the rail 200 or the rail adapter 100, and the third direction is a width direction of the rail 200 or the rail adapter 100. The first direction, the second direction and the third direction are vertical to each other.
It is understood that the switch between the extended state and the retracted state of the elastic block 133 can be controlled manually or automatically by a control device, that is, the movement of the sliding side cover 120 in the second direction to the direction close to the elastic component 130 can be controlled manually or automatically, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited in particular.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the housing 110 includes a top wall 111 and a bottom wall 113 extending in a length direction, a pair of side walls 112 connecting the top wall 111 and the bottom wall 113 and extending in the length direction, and two opposite end portions connecting the top wall 111 and the bottom wall 113 and extending in a width direction. The bottom wall 113, the side wall 112 and the end portions are enclosed to form a lower trough body having a mounting space 114 for accommodating the electrical components, the elastic assembly 130 and the like.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4 in combination with fig. 7-8, in an alternative embodiment, the top wall 111 and the lower tank body are separately arranged, a supporting leg 1111 extends towards one side of the lower tank body and is close to the lower tank body, the supporting leg 1111 extends towards the side wall 112 of the lower tank body and forms a hook 1112, a bayonet 1122 is arranged at a position of the side wall 112 of the lower tank body corresponding to the hook 1112, and the hook 1112 is engaged with the bayonet 1122 to fixedly connect the top wall 111 and the lower tank body. In other embodiments, the hook 1112 may be disposed on the lower groove, and the bayonet 1122 may be disposed on the leg 1111 of the top wall 111, or the top wall 111 and the lower groove are fixedly connected by other methods, or the housing 110 may be integrally formed, which is not limited in this disclosure.
A fixing portion 1131 is disposed on the bottom wall 113 of the housing 110, that is, the fixing portion 1131 is disposed at the bottom of the housing 110 and is used for fixing and limiting the elastic component 130 in the housing 110. In an optional embodiment, the fixing portion 1131 is cylindrical and extends from the bottom wall 113 of the housing 110 to the top wall 111, and the elastic main body 131 of the elastic component 130 is sleeved on the fixing portion 1131 to limit and fix the elastic main body 131 in the housing 110, so as to prevent the elastic main body 131 from moving left and right or back and forth in the housing 110 under the driving of the sliding side cover 120, and further to influence the elastic blocks 133 located at two sides of the elastic main body 131 to slide into or out of the elastic block sliding grooves 1121. Further, be equipped with a plurality of pieces 1132 that increase on the fixed part 1131 is close to the perisporium of diapire 113, a plurality of pieces 1132 that increase evenly set up along the perisporium of fixed part 1131 to make elastic main body 131 have certain space apart from diapire 113, and then make the bullet piece 133 that is located elastic main body 131 both sides have certain space with diapire 113, thereby make things convenient for bullet piece 133 to slide in or roll-off bullet piece spout 1121.
Referring to fig. 5 in conjunction with fig. 7-8, the elastic component 130 is disposed on the fixing portion 1131, and includes an elastic body 131 and elastic blocks 133 disposed on two sides of the elastic body 131. Elastic body 131 includes installation department 134 with fixed part 1131 fixed connection, and the elastic arm 132 that extends two symmetries that form and set up that inclines out from the installation department, and elastic block 133 sets up and keeps away from elastic body 131 one end at elastic arm 132 to with elastic body 131 integrated into one piece, in order to save part quantity, reduce the assembly degree of difficulty.
In an alternative embodiment, the elastic body 131 is a torsion spring, the center of the torsion spring, i.e., the mounting portion 134, is annular, the fixing portion 1131 is cylindrical, the mounting portion 134 is sleeved on the fixing portion 1131, the two elastic arms 132 of the torsion spring are symmetrically arranged relative to the fixing portion 1131, and the elastic block 133 is formed at one end of the two elastic arms 132 away from the center of the torsion spring through a molding and encapsulating process, so as to reduce the number of parts of the elastic assembly 130 and reduce the material and assembly costs. Meanwhile, by using the performance of the torsion spring itself, the two elastic blocks 133 at the ends of the elastic arms 132 can be driven by the two elastic arms 132 to approach or separate from each other. Since the elastic body 131 is fixed to the fixing portion 1131, when the elastic arms 132 are pushed by the two support plates 1221 of the sliding side cover 110 along the second direction, the two elastic arms 132 approach each other, and then the two elastic blocks 133 at the ends of the two elastic arms 132 far away from the elastic body 131 are driven to approach each other, so that the elastic blocks 133 slide out of the elastic block sliding slots 1121. When the pushing force disappears, the two elastic arms 132 automatically recover to deform, the two supporting plates 1221 of the sliding side cover 110 are driven by the recovery elastic force of the two elastic arms 132 to move in the direction away from the pushing force, so that the sliding side cover 110 recovers to the initial state, meanwhile, the two elastic arms 132 drive the two elastic blocks 133 at the ends of the two elastic arms 132 far away from the elastic main body 131 to be far away from each other, and the elastic blocks 133 automatically slide into the elastic block chutes 1121. Due to the elastic force of the torsion spring, the connection between the elastic block 133 and the elastic block sliding groove 1121 is more stable. In other embodiments, the elastic element 130 may be another elastic element, or the elastic body 131 and the elastic block 133 may be separately disposed and assembled, which is not limited in the present invention.
Alternatively, the elastic block 133 is disposed away from the sliding side cover 120 relative to the elastic body 131, that is, the elastic block 133 is disposed away from the sliding side cover 120 relative to the fixing portion 1131, and when the sliding side cover 120 applies an urging force to the elastic arm 132 in the second direction, the elastic block 133 moves toward the fixing portion 1131. An inclined slope 1331 is provided at a side of the elastic block 133 close to the elastic block sliding groove 1121, and the inclined slope 1331 is inclined from an end close to the elastic block sliding groove 1121 to an end far from the sliding side cover 120. I.e., the inclined slope 1331 is disposed away from the sliding side cover 120. With this arrangement, when the sliding side cover 120 applies a pushing force to the elastic arms 132 along the second direction, the two elastic arms 132 move toward each other, and at this time, one side of the elastic block 133 away from the sliding side cover 120 contacts with the elastic block sliding slot 1121, and the inclined slope 1331 facilitates the elastic block 133 sliding out of the elastic block sliding slot 1121 to be retracted into the installation space 114 of the housing 110. When the pushing force disappears, the elastic arms 132 move away from each other under the elastic restoring force of the elastic component 130, and at this time, the inclined plane 1331 is disposed to facilitate the elastic block 133 to slide into the elastic block sliding slot 1121 and to be exposed outside the housing 110, so as to facilitate abutting against the anti-falling boss 230 on the rail 100, thereby improving the connection stability between the rail 200 and the rail adapter 100.
Optionally, in the length direction of the housing 110, the length of the elastic block sliding slot 1121 is slightly greater than the length of the elastic block 133, so as to provide a certain moving space for the elastic block 133 to slide into or out of the elastic block sliding slot 1121, and facilitate the sliding in or out of the elastic block 133.
In order to facilitate the driving of the elastic block 133 to slide out of or into the elastic block sliding groove 1121, the rail adapter 100 of the present invention further includes a sliding side cover 120, and the sliding side cover 120 is slidably connected to an end of the housing 110 and at least partially received in the mounting space 114. In other words, the sliding side cover 120 is partially exposed at the end of the casing 110, so as to apply a pushing force to the sliding side cover 120, and the sliding side cover 120 is slidably connected to the casing 110 along the second direction, so as to drive the elastic arm 132 of the elastic assembly 130 to deform, and further enable the elastic block 133 to slide into or out of the elastic block sliding slot 1121.
Referring to fig. 6 to 8, the sliding side cover 120 includes a pressing portion 121 exposed out of the housing 110, a sliding limiting portion 122 accommodated in the installation space 114, and a limiting wall 123 located between the sliding limiting portion 122 and the pressing portion 121 for limiting the sliding side cover 120. The pressing portion 121 is exposed from the housing 110 to apply a pushing force to the sliding side cover 120. The limit wall 123 extends from the top of the pressing portion 121 to a direction close to the top wall 111, is accommodated in the installation space 114, and is used for limiting the sliding side cover 120, so as to prevent the elastic component 130 from recovering deformation after the pushing force disappears, and the sliding side cover 120 moves in a direction away from the elastic component 130 under the driving of the recovery elastic force of the elastic component 130, and falls off from the end of the housing 110. The sliding limiting portion 122 is accommodated in the installation space 114, fixedly connected to the pressing portion 121, and disposed close to the fixing portion 1131 relative to the pressing portion 121, so that after the pressing portion 121 receives a pushing force, the sliding limiting portion 122 is driven to contact with the outer surfaces of the two elastic arms 132 of the elastic component 130, and then the two elastic arms 132 deform to drive the elastic block 133 to slide out of the elastic block sliding slot 1121. In this embodiment, the pressing portion 121, the sliding limiting portion 122 and the limiting wall 123 are integrally formed, and in other embodiments, the pressing portion 121 and the sliding limiting portion 122 may be separately formed, which is not limited in the present invention, and the pressing portion 121 and the sliding limiting portion 122 may be fixedly connected to drive the sliding limiting portion 122 to move.
The sliding limiting portion 122 includes two supporting plates 1221 disposed opposite to each other and a connecting plate 1222 located above the supporting plates 1221 and used for connecting the supporting plates 1221, the supporting plates 1221 and the connecting plate 1222 are surrounded to form an accommodating groove 1223, a channel is formed between the two supporting plates 1221 of the accommodating groove 1223 and used for abdicating the fixing portion 1131, when the sliding limiting portion 122 moves towards a direction close to the fixing portion 1131, the sliding limiting portion collides with the fixing portion 1131 and cannot act on the elastic arms 132 of the elastic assembly 130, meanwhile, the connecting plate 1222 of the accommodating groove 1223 can limit the mounting portion 134 of the elastic assembly 130 in the first direction, and it is avoided that the elastic arms 132 of the elastic assembly 130 receive too much thrust, so that the mounting portion 134 is separated from the fixing portion 1131. The distance between the two support plates 1221 of the slide stopper 122 is greater than the width of the fixing portion 1131 and smaller than the distance between the two elastic arms 132 in the free state. So set up for spacing portion 122 that slides both can dodge fixed part 1131, simultaneously, can take place interact with the surface of the elastic arm 132 of elastic component 130 again, makes spacing portion 122 that slides to the in-process that is close to elastic component 130 motion, and fixed part 1131 can be acceptd in holding tank 1223, avoids the collision, simultaneously, and is spacing elastic component 130 in the first direction. The two support plates 1221 of the sliding limiting portion 122 are engaged with the two elastic arms 132 of the elastic component 130 to drive the elastic block 133 to slide out of or into the elastic block sliding slot 1121.
When thrust is exerted along the second direction at slip side cap 120, spacing portion 122 of sliding moves along the second direction, and hold the installation department 134 of elastic component 130 in holding tank 1223, two backup pads 1221 move along the second direction, and exert thrust to the surface with two elastic arm 132, thereby drive two elastic arm 132 along the third direction relative motion, and the drive is located the elastic block 133 that elastic arm 132 kept away from slip side cap 120 one end and moves along the third direction relative motion, thereby roll-off elastic block spout 1121, at this moment, elastic component 130 has taken place deformation under the effect of thrust. Since the lowest point of the connecting plate 1222 is located on a plane higher than the highest point of the fixing portion 1131 in the first direction, the connecting plate 1222 is located above the fixing portion 1131 in the first direction. When the two support plates 1221 are engaged with the two elastic arms 132 to drive the two elastic blocks 133 to slide out of the elastic block sliding grooves 1121, the connecting plate 1222 covers the fixing portion 1131 to limit and fix the mounting portion 134 of the elastic component 130 on the fixing portion 1131 in the first direction, so as to prevent the mounting portion 134 of the elastic component 130 from falling off the fixing portion 1131. After the pushing force disappears, the sliding position-limiting portion 122 is driven to move in the second direction in the opposite direction under the action of the restoring elastic force of the two elastic arms 132, and the two support plates 1221 of the sliding position-limiting portion 122 are separated from the two elastic arms 132 and move in the direction away from the pushing force, so that the sliding side cover 110 is restored to the original state. Meanwhile, the two elastic arms 132 are separated from the two support plates 1221, and the two elastic arms 132 are restored to their original state and drive the two elastic blocks 133 to slide into the elastic block chutes 1121.
In order to limit the moving distance of the sliding side cover 120 in the second direction in the housing 110, the housing 110 further includes a limiting rib 115, and the limiting rib 115 is configured to limit the moving distance of the sliding side cover 120 in the second direction, so as to prevent the sliding side cover 120 from being pushed too much, so that the sliding side cover 120 completely enters the housing 110, which is inconvenient for the sliding side cover 120 to be reset and pressed again. In addition, the limiting rib 115 is disposed far from the sliding side cover 120 relative to the fixing portion 1131 to provide a certain moving distance to the sliding side cover 120, so as to facilitate the contact between the sliding limiting portion 122 of the sliding side cover 120 and the elastic arm 132 of the elastic component 130. In the present embodiment, the stopper rib 115 is plate-shaped, is provided on the top wall 111 of the housing 110, and is formed to extend from the top wall 111 toward the bottom wall 113. In other embodiments, the limiting rib 115 may also be disposed at the bottom wall 113 and extend from the bottom wall 113 to the top wall 111, which is not limited in the present invention.
Referring to fig. 7 and 9 in combination with fig. 10 to 12, in order to increase the stability of the connection between the rail adapter 100 and the rail 200, a fastening portion 140 is further disposed on the side wall 112 of the housing 110 of the rail adapter 100, and the fastening portion 140 is disposed at an end away from the elastic block sliding groove 1121. The locking portion 140 includes a fixed end 141 and a free end 142 sequentially connected to each other, and a retaining protrusion 143 is formed on a side of the free end 142 away from the fixed end 141 and extends in a direction away from the housing 110. The retaining protrusion 143 serves to stably couple the rail adaptor 100 to the rail 200. The two side walls 112 of the housing 110 are respectively provided with a spring block sliding slot 1121 and a fastening portion 140, and after the spring block 133 slides into the spring block sliding slot 1121, four auxiliary supporting points are formed with the stop protrusion 143, so as to fix the rail adapter 100 on the rail 200. Meanwhile, since the fastening portion 140 is disposed at an end away from the elastic block sliding groove 1121, the four auxiliary supporting points are also located at four corners of the rail adapter 100, so as to fix the rail adapter 100 on the rail 200 more firmly. When the external force applied to the retaining protrusion 143 reaches a predetermined threshold, the retaining protrusion 143 disposed at the free end 142 may deform toward the fixed end 141 into the housing 110, so as to release the connection between the retaining protrusion 143 and the rail 200 or facilitate the connection between the retaining protrusion 143 and the anti-falling boss 230 of the rail 200.
The retaining protrusion 143 further includes a guiding inclined surface 1431, the guiding inclined surface 1431 is disposed on a side of the retaining protrusion 143 close to the fixed end 141, that is, the guiding inclined surface 1431 is disposed above the retaining protrusion 143 and extends downward from an end close to the fixed end 141 to an end far from the fixed end 141. With such an arrangement, when the rail adapter 100 is installed upwards into the rail 200, and the retaining protrusion 143 is pressed by the inner surface of the rail 200, the guide slope 1431 can guide the force direction of the retaining protrusion 143, so that the retaining protrusion 143 can be conveniently clamped on the retaining boss 230 of the rail 200.
Further, the retaining protrusion 143 further includes an abutting inclined surface 1432, and the abutting inclined surface 1432 is disposed on one side of the retaining protrusion 143 close to the elastic block sliding slot 1121, and extends from one end close to the elastic block sliding slot 1121 to one end far from the elastic block sliding slot 1121 in an inclined manner. Namely, the abutment inclined surface 1432 is located on the side surface of the retaining protrusion 143 close to the elastic piece sliding groove 1121, and is adjacent to the guide inclined surface 1431. So set up to make things convenient for stopping protruding 143 and the separation of anticreep boss 230 of track 200, thereby release track adapter 100 and track 200's connection, conveniently dismantle track adapter 100 from track 200 (specific dismantlement process is see below).

In this embodiment, the pair of power supply spring pieces 151 and the pair of signal spring pieces 152 are symmetrically disposed along the central axis of the length direction of the housing 110, that is, one power supply spring piece 151 and one signal spring piece 152 are exposed on each side wall 112 of the housing 110, and the power supply spring pieces 151 and the signals are disposed on the same side wall 112 of the housing 110 in a vertically staggered manner. This is provided to facilitate the electrical connection of the rail adapter 100 and the rail 200. In other embodiments, a pair of power supply elastic forces or a pair of signal clips 152 may also be disposed on the same sidewall 112, which is not limited in the present invention.
The power supply elastic piece 151 and the signal elastic piece 152 can have certain elasticity, when the power supply elastic piece 151 is in contact fit with the power supply conductive piece 241, the power supply conductive piece 241 provides certain acting force for the power supply elastic piece 151, and the restoring force of the power supply elastic piece 151 enables the power supply elastic piece 151 to be in better contact fit with the power supply conductive piece 241, so that reliable electric connection is realized. A fastener such as a screw is passed through the mounting hole 2111, and the head of the fastener is finally pressed against both sides of the mounting hole 2111 and locked with the mounting base to fix the rail 200 to the mounting base. When the rail 200 of the present invention is used as the surface mount rail 200, the upper surface of the rail 200 is fixedly coupled to the mounting base. That is, the rail 200 is provided with an accommodating space 212 for accommodating a mounting device (not shown) on the upper surface thereof, and the rail 200 is fixedly mounted on a mounting base by the mounting device provided in the accommodating space 212. When the rail 200 of the present invention is used as a lifting rail 200, it is connected to a mounting member in the receiving space 212 of the rail 200 by a towing structure (not shown), such as a suspension wire, a hard suspension rod, etc., to fix the rail 200 to a mounting base. Alternatively, the electrical system 300 may further include more connecting members between the electrical device and the rail adaptor 100, which is not limited by the present invention.
When the track adapter 100 is installed on the track 200 along the first direction, a pushing force is applied to the sliding side cover 120 of the track adapter 100 along the second direction, so that the two supporting plates 1221 of the sliding limiting portion 122 of the sliding side cover 120 are in contact with the two elastic arms 132 of the elastic component 130, and the two elastic arms 132 are driven to move toward each other along the third direction, and further the elastic blocks 133 at one ends of the elastic arms 132 move toward each other along the third direction to slide out of the elastic block sliding grooves 1121, at this time, the elastic blocks 133 are in a retracted state. When the rail adaptor 100 is pushed into the receiving space 210 of the rail 200 in the first direction, the latching portion 140 on the sidewall 112 of the housing 110 of the rail adaptor 100 is pressed by the inner surface of the rail 200, that is, the stop protrusion 143 of the latching portion 140 is deformed toward the rail adaptor 100 under the guidance of the guide slope 1431. After the rail adaptor 100 is installed in the receiving space 210 (for example, after the second magnetic attraction element 160 at the top of the rail adaptor 100 and the first magnetic attraction element 220 at the top of the receiving space 210 of the rail 200 are attracted to each other along the first direction), the anti-back protrusion 143 of the locking portion 140 recovers deformation, and the anti-back protrusion 143 is connected with the anti-back boss 230 of the rail 200 and is in interference fit with the anti-back boss. At this time, the sliding side cover 120 is released, and the two support plates 1221 of the sliding side cover 110 are driven by the restoring elastic force of the two elastic arms 132 to move in a direction away from the pushing force by the restoring elastic force of the elastic member 130, so that the sliding side cover 110 is restored to the original state. Meanwhile, the two elastic arms 132 are driven by the self-restoring elastic force to move in the direction away from each other along the third direction, so as to drive the elastic block 133 to move back to back along the third direction, so as to slide into the elastic block sliding groove 1121, and be connected with the anti-falling boss 230 of the rail 200, and in interference fit with the anti-falling boss. When the track adapter 100 needs to be detached from the track 200, a pushing force is applied to the sliding side cover 120 of the track adapter 100 along the second direction, so that the two support plates 1221 of the sliding limiting portion 122 of the sliding side cover 120 contact with the two elastic arms 132 of the elastic component 130, and the two elastic arms 132 are driven to move in the opposite direction along the third direction, and further the elastic block 133 at one end of the elastic arm 132 is driven to move in the opposite direction along the third direction, and slide out of the elastic block sliding slot 1121, at this time, the elastic block 133 is in a retracted state, and the elastic block 133 is separated from the anti-falling boss 230 of the track 200. The end of the rail adapter 100 provided with the sliding side cover 120 is pulled down in the first direction so that the rail adapter 100 rotates downward centering on the stopping protrusion 143 of the catching part 140. Since the side surface of the retaining protrusion 143 close to the elastic block sliding groove 1121 has an abutting inclined surface 1432, at this time, the abutting inclined surface 1432 contacts the rail 200 and is pressed by the inner surface of the rail 200, that is, the retaining protrusion 143 of the latch part 140 is deformed in a direction close to the rail adapter 100 under the guide of the abutting inclined surface 1432, and the retaining protrusion 143 of the latch part 140 is separated from the retaining boss 230 of the rail 200, so that the rail adapter 100 is easily removed. At this point, the removal of track adapter 100 from track 200 is complete.
It is understood that the sliding side cover 120 may be manually pressed to achieve quick mounting and dismounting of the rail adapter 100 and the rail 200, or the sliding side cover 120 may be automatically pressed by the control device to achieve quick mounting and dismounting of the rail adapter 100 and the rail 200, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.

In other embodiments, the sliding side cover 120, the connecting portion 124 and the elastic component 130 may be separately disposed, which is not limited in the present invention.
The sliding side cover 120 is slidably coupled to an end of the housing 110 and is at least partially received in the installation space to facilitate applying a pushing force to the sliding side cover 120. The sliding side cover 120 also includes a pressing portion exposed out of the housing 110 and a limiting wall received in the mounting space for limiting the sliding side cover 120. The structure and function of the stopper wall are the same as those of embodiment 1, and are not described in detail here. When the sliding side cover 120 is pushed in the second direction and slides inward relative to the housing 110, the connecting portion 124 and the elastic component 130 slide inward along with the sliding side cover 120, and the two elastic arms 132 of the elastic component 130 respectively contact with the two guiding ribs 116 disposed in the housing 110, so that the two elastic arms 132 move toward the direction approaching each other, and the elastic block 133 slides out of the elastic block sliding groove 1121. When the pushing force disappears, the elastic arms 132 move away from each other under the elastic force of the elastic component 130, so that the elastic blocks 133 slide into the elastic block sliding slots 1121.
The elastic member 130 is disposed in a U-shape, and includes two elastic arms 132 symmetrically disposed along the connecting portion 124 and an elastic block 133 disposed at an end of each elastic arm 132 close to the sliding side cover 120. The elastic block 133 is disposed close to the sliding side cover 120 relative to the elastic arm 132, i.e. the U-shaped opening of the elastic component 130 faces the sliding side cover 120, and the outer surface of the elastic arm 132 away from the sliding side cover 120 contacts with the guiding rib 116 in the housing 110, and is deformed.
Each of the resilient arms 132 includes a first end 1321 far away from the sliding side cover 120, a second end 1322 near the sliding side cover 120, and a third end 1323 connecting the two second ends 1322 and fixedly connected with the connecting portion 124. First end 1321, second end 1322, and third end 1323 are integrally formed. The inner sidewall 112 connected to the third end 1323 at the second end 1322 is recessed in a direction away from the sliding side cover 120 to form a deformation point 135, so as to guide the elastic member 130 to deform with the deformation point 135 as a designated point, so that the movement track thereof is controllable and is more stable after being mounted with the rail 200.
Further, the distance between the two first ends 1321 is greater than the distance between the two second ends 1322, and the elastic block 132 is disposed at the first end 1321 of the elastic arm 132. So set up, in order to have no thrust or after the thrust disappears, the elastic arm 132 moves along the third direction back to back under the effect of self elasticity to drive the bullet block 133 that is located the first end 1321 of each elastic arm 132 and moves along the third direction back to back, thereby slide into the bullet block chute 1121, keep stretching out the state. In an alternative embodiment, the distance between the two elastic arms 132 increases from a position close to the connecting portion 124 to a position away from the connecting portion 124, and the distance is set such that the two elastic arms 132 are larger than the width of the housing 110 in the extended state, and then the elastic block 133 can be spontaneously driven to slide into the elastic block sliding groove 1121 to maintain the extended state.
Alternatively, the elastic block 133 is disposed close to the sliding side cover 120 relative to the elastic arm 132, and an inclined slope 1331 is disposed on a side of the elastic block 133 close to the elastic block sliding slot 1121, and the inclined slope 1331 inclines from an end close to the elastic block sliding slot 1121 to an end close to the sliding side cover 120. That is, the inclined slope 1331 is disposed adjacent to the sliding side cover 120. This is so because the U-shaped opening of the resilient arm 132 faces the slide side cover 120, and the outer surface of the resilient arm 132 away from the slide side cover 120 contacts the guide rib 116 in the housing 110. When the sliding side cover 120 applies pressure to the elastic arms 132, the two elastic arms 132 move in a direction of approaching each other along the third direction, and at this time, one side of the elastic block 133 approaching the sliding side cover 120 contacts the elastic block sliding groove 1121, and the inclined slope 1331 is provided to facilitate the elastic block 133 to slide out of the elastic block sliding groove 1121 to be retracted into the installation space of the housing 110. When the pushing force is removed, the elastic arms 132 move in the third direction away from each other under the elastic force of the elastic component 130, and at this time, the inclined surface 1331 is also disposed to facilitate the elastic block 133 to slide into the elastic block sliding slot 1121 and to be exposed outside the housing 110.
In this embodiment, the elastic component 130 is made of plastic, and the elastic physical property of the plastic is utilized, so that the elastic arm 132 deforms when receiving a pushing force, and after the pushing force disappears, the elastic arm 132 automatically restores to the elastic deformation, so that the elastic block 133 slides into or out of the elastic block sliding groove 1121, and the rail adapter 100 is rapidly installed and detached. In other embodiments, the elastic element 130 may be made of other elastic materials, such as an elastic metal sheet, and the like, which is not limited in the present invention.
The connection part 124 serves to connect the elastic member 130 and the sliding side cover 120. In an alternative embodiment, the connecting portion 124 is disposed obliquely, i.e., one end of the connecting portion 124 near the sliding side cover 120 is disposed on top of one end near the elastic member 130. So set up, because elastic component 130 is located the below of slip side cover 120, after slip side cover 120 received the thrust, the connecting portion 124 that the slope set up conveniently transmits the thrust to elastic component 130, and the connecting portion 124 that the slope set up simultaneously has improved the structural stability of slip component 170.
Two protruding portions 1241 are formed at one end of the connecting portion 124 close to the elastic component 130 and extend away from the elastic component 130, a guide gap 1242 is formed between the two protruding portions 1241, and a guide protrusion 118 engaged with the guide gap 1242 is disposed on the housing 110. The guide protrusion 118 and the guide gap 1242 serve to limit and guide the sliding direction of the sliding assembly 170 within the housing 110.
In this embodiment, the housing 110 is not provided with the limiting rib 115, and two guiding ribs 116 are provided in the housing 110 and are engaged with the elastic arms 132 of the elastic assembly 130, and an abdicating channel 117 extending along the second direction is formed between the two guiding ribs 116. Through the abdicating channel 117, when the elastic component 130 is pushed in the second direction of the sliding side cover 120, the elastic component 130 has a deformed movement space, so that the two elastic arms 132 of the elastic component 130 can be in sufficient contact and fit with the two guiding ribs 116, and the sliding distance of the elastic component 130 in the housing 110 is limited.
Specifically, two guide ribs 116 are respectively disposed on the bottom wall of the housing 110 in the third direction, are disposed near the side wall 112 of the housing 110, and are symmetrically disposed with respect to the guide protrusions 118. The two guide ribs 116 form an abdicating channel 117 between the elastic component 130 and extending along the second direction. When the sliding side cover 120 applies a pushing force to the elastic component 130 along the second direction, the elastic component 130 enters the abdicating channel 117 at least partially along the second direction, and the elastic arms 132 that do not enter the abdicating channel 117 are blocked by the guiding ribs 116, so as to push the elastic arms 132 to move toward each other along the third direction, thereby driving the elastic blocks 133 to slide out of the elastic block sliding grooves 1121, and maintaining the retracted state. At this time, the sliding distance of the sliding assembly 170 in the housing 110 is also limited due to the blocking of the guiding rib 116.
After the pushing force applied by the sliding side cover 120 disappears, the elastic arm 132 is driven by the elastic force to move back and forth along the third direction, and guided by the arc-shaped wall 1163 of the guide rib 116, the elastic component 130 leaves the abdicating channel 117 along the direction opposite to the pushing direction, and meanwhile, the elastic arm 132 drives the elastic block 133 to move back and forth along the third direction, so as to slide into the elastic block sliding groove 1121, and the extended state is maintained.
Each guide rib 116 includes a first wall 1161 parallel to the sliding side cover 120, a second wall 1162 extending away from the sliding side cover 120, and an arc-shaped wall 1163 connecting the first wall 1161 and the second wall 1162, and the arc-shaped wall 1163 contacts the second end 1322 of the elastic arm 132 near the deformation point 135, so as to cooperate with the elastic arm 132 to guide the two elastic arms 132 to approach or move away from each other with the deformation point 135 as a designated movement point. Preferably, the curved wall 1163 is curved in a direction opposite to the direction of the curved resilient arm 132. With such an arrangement, when the elastic arm 132 receives a pushing force along the second direction and moves towards the inside of the housing 110, the elastic arm 132 contacts the arc-shaped wall 1163 at a position close to the second wall 1162, so as to change the direction of the pushing force, and convert the vertical pushing force along the second direction into a transverse pushing force along the third direction, so that the elastic arm 132 is more easily close to each other by using the deformation point 135 as a rotation point, the elastic component 130 partially enters the abdicating channel 117 along the second direction, and meanwhile, the elastic arm 132 drives the elastic block 133 to move towards each other along the third direction, so that the elastic block 133 slides out of the elastic block sliding groove 1121. After the pushing force disappears, the elastic arm 132 is driven by the elastic force restoring itself to move back and forth along the third direction, the elastic arm 132 contacts the arc-shaped wall 1163 near the first wall 1161, the first wall 1161 converts the lateral pushing force along the third direction into a vertical pushing force along the second direction, so that under the guidance of the guiding rib 116, the elastic component 130 leaves the abdicating channel 117 along the direction opposite to the pushing force direction, and further the elastic arm 132 is more easily restored to the initial state, and moves back and forth along the third direction, and further drives the elastic block 133 to move along the direction away from each other along the third direction, so as to slide into the elastic block sliding groove 1121.
In order to increase the stability of the connection between the rail adapter 100 and the rail 200, in the present embodiment, a latching portion 140 is also disposed on the side wall 112 of the housing 110 of the rail adapter 100, and the latching portion 140 is disposed at an end away from the elastic block sliding slot 1121. The specific structure of the fastening portion 140 can refer to the structure of the fastening portion 140 in embodiment 1 of the present invention, and details are not repeated here.

When the rail adapter 100 is installed on the rail 200 along the first direction, a pushing force is applied to the sliding assembly 170 of the rail adapter 100 along the second direction, so that the sliding side cover 120 drives the elastic assembly 130 to move toward the housing 110 along the second direction, the two elastic arms 132 of the elastic assembly 130 contact the two guiding ribs 116 in the housing 110 and partially enter the abdicating channel 117, the two guiding ribs 116 block the two elastic arms 132 from moving along the second direction, and convert the pushing force along the second direction into the pushing force along the third direction, so that the two elastic arms 132 move toward each other along the third direction, and further the elastic blocks 133 at the first ends 1331 of the elastic arms 132 move toward each other along the third direction and slide out of the elastic block chutes 1121, at this time, the elastic blocks 133 are in a retracted state. At this time, the sliding side cover 120 is released, the pushing force on the sliding side cover 120 is cancelled, the elastic component 130 is driven by the self restoring elastic force, the two elastic arms 132 move along the direction away from each other in the third direction, the elastic arms 132 contact the position where the arc-shaped wall 1163 of the guide rib 116 is close to the first wall 1161, the first wall 1161 converts the transverse pushing force part along the third direction into the vertical pushing force along the second direction, so that under the guidance of the guide rib 116, the elastic component 130 leaves the abdicating channel 117 along the direction opposite to the pushing force direction, and further the elastic arms 132 are more easily restored to the initial state, move back to back along the third direction, and further drive the elastic block 133 to move along the direction away from each other in the third direction, so as to slide into the elastic block sliding groove 1121 to be connected with the anti-off boss 230 of the rail 200, and be in interference fit. At this time, the mechanical mounting of the rail adapter 100 and the rail 200 is completed, and the contact spring 150 located on the outer surface of the rail adapter 100 and the conductive member 240 located on the inner surface of the rail 100 are abutted against each other to form a stable electrical connection.
When the rail adapter 100 needs to be detached from the rail 200, a pushing force is applied to the sliding assembly 170 of the rail adapter 100 along the second direction, so that the sliding side cover 120 drives the elastic assembly 130 to move toward the housing 110 along the second direction, the two elastic arms 132 of the elastic assembly 130 contact the two guiding ribs 116 in the housing 110 and partially enter the abdicating channel 117, the two guiding ribs 116 block the two elastic arms 132 from moving along the second direction, and convert the pushing force along the second direction into the pushing force along the third direction, so that the two elastic arms 132 move toward each other along the third direction, and further the elastic blocks 133 at the first ends 1331 of the elastic arms 132 move toward each other along the third direction and slide out of the elastic block chutes 1121, at this time, the elastic blocks 133 are in the retracted state, and the elastic blocks 133 are separated from the anti-release bosses 230 of the rail 200.
