In the embodiment of the present invention, the first buckle 220 is connected to the top plate 241 by the first elastic member 251, the operation portion 230 is connected to the side plate 242 by the second elastic member 252, a surface of the first buckle 220, which is matched with the operation portion 230, is an inclined surface, and a surface of the first buckle 220, which is opposite to the side plate 242, is an inclined surface.
When the operating portion 230 moves in the first direction, the operating portion 230 drives the first catch 220 to move in a direction approaching the top plate 241, and when the first catch 220 moves in the direction approaching the top plate 241, the side plate 242 presses the first catch 220 to retract into the opening 243; when the operating portion 230 moves in the second direction, the first elastic member 251 drives the first catch 220 to move in a direction away from the top plate 241, and when the first catch 220 moves in a direction away from the top plate 241, the first elastic member 251 drives the first catch 220 to extend out of the opening 243, and the second direction is opposite to the first direction.
When the adaptor 200 needs to be mounted on the rail 100, the operating portion 230 is pressed along the first direction, the second elastic element 252 is compressed, the operating portion 230 contacts the first buckle 220, because the surface of the first buckle 220 that is engaged with the operating portion 230 is an inclined surface, when the operating portion 230 moves towards the first direction, the operating portion 230 drives the first buckle 220 to move towards the direction close to the top plate 241, the first elastic element 251 is compressed, when the first buckle 220 moves towards the direction close to the top plate 241, the side plate 242 presses the first buckle 220 to retract into the opening 243, the first elastic element 251 is compressed, and at this time, the adaptor 200 can be mounted on the rail 100, and the adaptor 200 and the rail 100 are magnetically connected with the second magnetic attraction 210 through the first magnetic attraction 120.
Then, the operation portion is released, the operation portion 230 moves in the second direction due to the restoring force of the second elastic member 252, the first catch 220 moves in the direction away from the top plate 241 due to the restoring force of the first elastic member 251, and when the first catch 220 moves in the direction away from the top plate 241, the first elastic member 251 further drives the first catch 220 to protrude out of the opening 243, and the second direction is opposite to the first direction.
The first direction may be a direction in which an end of the adaptor 200 where the operating part 230 is located is directed lengthwise toward the center, and the second direction may be a direction in which the center of the adaptor 200 is directed lengthwise toward the end of the adaptor 200 where the operating part 230 is located. The first and second elastic members 251 and 252 may be springs.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the side plate 242 is provided with a blocking plate 244, the blocking plate 244 is engaged with the first latch 220, and the blocking plate 244 blocks the first latch 220 from moving in the first direction when the operating portion 230 moves in the first direction. That is, the blocking plate 244 is opposite to the operating portion 230, and when the operating portion 230 moves in the first direction, the operating portion 230 is engaged with the inclined surface of the first catch 220, but the blocking plate 244 blocks the first catch 220 from moving in the first direction, so that the first catch 220 can only move in a direction approaching the top plate 241. In one aspect, the blocking plate 244 is engaged with the first catch 220, and the blocking plate 244 can block the first catch 220 from moving in the first direction, so that the first catch 220 can move in a direction approaching the top plate 241 under the driving of the operating part 230; on the other hand, the stopper 244 may also guide the first catch 220 to move in the direction of the stopper 244 when the first catch 220 is driven by the operating unit 230, thereby guiding the first catch 220.
In an embodiment of the present invention, optionally, the adaptor 200 is further provided with a second buckle 260, the second buckle 260 is buckled with the card holder 130, and the second buckle 260 is an elastic buckle, and in case that the external force applied to the second buckle 260 reaches a preset threshold, the second buckle 260 is separable from the card holder 130.
The second latch 260 is latched to the latch 130 and also supports the adapter 200, and the second latch 260 and the first latch 220 together support the adapter 200. When the magnetic attraction between the first magnetic attraction piece 120 and the second magnetic attraction piece 210 disappears or the weight of the track lamp is large, the second buckle 260 is clamped with the clamping support 130, so that the adapter 200 can be prevented from falling off from the track 100, and the track lamp can be prevented from falling off from the track 100.
If the adaptor 200 needs to be removed from the rail 100, since the second catch 260 is an elastic catch, a large force is applied to the adaptor 200, and the second catch 260 is separable from the catch 130 when the external force applied to the second catch 260 reaches a preset threshold, and at this time, the adaptor 200 can also be separated from the rail 100, so that the second catch 260 can perform both a supporting function and facilitate the separation of the adaptor 200 from the rail 100.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the adapter 200 has a first end 271 and a second end 272, the first end 271 is disposed opposite to the second end 272, the first buckle 220 is disposed at the first end 271, and the second buckle 260 is disposed at the second end 272. That is, the first buckle 220 is disposed at one end, the second buckle 260 is disposed at the other end, and the first buckle 220 is clamped with the clamping holder 130, so that the connection between the adapter 200 and the rail 100 is relatively reliable, but the installation structure of the first buckle 220 is relatively complex, and the installation structure of the second buckle 260 is relatively simple, and can also play a role of auxiliary support to some extent.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the adapter 200 has a first side 281 and a second side 282, the first side 281 and the second side 282 are opposite to each other, and the first snap 220 is disposed on both the first side 281 and the second side 282. That is, the first catch 220 is provided on both the first side 281 and the second side 282 of the adapter 200, so that the first catch 220 can reliably support the adapter 200 on both sides.
Further, the first side 281 and the second side 282 are both provided with the second latch 260. That is, the second catch 260 is provided on both the first side 281 and the second side 282 of the adapter 200, so that the second catch 260 can reliably support the adapter 200 on both sides.
Alternatively, the first side 281 and the second side 282 of the adapter 200 are both provided with the first catch 220 at the first end 271 and the second side 281 and the second side 282 of the adapter 200 are both provided with the second catch 260 at the second end 272, so that the adapter 200 has at least four auxiliary support points, even if the magnetic attraction force of the first magnetic attraction element 120 and the second magnetic attraction element 210 disappears or the weight of the track lamp is large, the four auxiliary support points can uniformly support the adapter 200.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, the first buckle 220 is connected to the top plate 241 through the first elastic member 251, even if the magnetic attraction force of the first magnetic attraction member 120 and the second magnetic attraction member 210 disappears or the weight of the adaptor 200 is larger, so that the first magnetic attraction member 120 and the second magnetic attraction member 210 are separated, that is, even if the top plate 241 of the adaptor 200 is separated from the rail 100, the first buckle 220 is clamped to the bracket 130 to support the adaptor 200, and at this time, the first buckle 220 is connected to the top plate 241 through the first elastic member 251, the first elastic member 251 can play a role of buffering for the adaptor 200, so as to prevent the internal structural members of the adaptor 200 from being impacted.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the track lamp includes the adaptor 200 adapted to the track 100, and further includes a power supply device or a power consuming device, where the power supply device may be a driving power source for converting the voltage of the track 100 into a voltage suitable for operation, for example, 220V ac into a required dc, and the power consuming device may be a lamp body 300 for illumination, or the power consuming device may also be other devices such as a sensor module or a monitoring device to provide other functions. The power supply device or the electric device is disposed in the adaptor 200, and the power supply device or the electric device is electrically connected to the adaptor 200.
The electric device may be connected to the adaptor 200 and directly supplied with power from the rail 100 through the adaptor 200, or the electric device may be connected to the adaptor 200 and the voltage of the rail is converted by the above-mentioned power supply device and then supplied with power.
Specifically, the power supply apparatus may be provided inside the adaptor 200, for example, within the housing 240 of the adaptor 200. The lamp body 300 may be below the accommodating space 110, the lamp body 300 may be directly connected to the adapter 200, and both the lamp body 300 and the adapter 200 may be located in the accommodating space 110, a light emitting surface of the lamp body 300 faces an opening of the accommodating space 110, or a portion of the lamp body 300 protrudes out of the accommodating space 110 through the opening, so as to implement illumination. Or, the lamp body 300 may be connected to the adapter 200 through a connecting rod, the adapter 200 is located in the accommodating space 110, and the lamp body 300 is located outside the accommodating space 110 to realize illumination, in which case, the track lamp may be a spot lamp or the like.
The first magnetic attracting element 120 of the track 100 and the second magnetic attracting element 210 of the adapter 200 are magnetically coupled to facilitate installation of the adapter 200 in the track 100 and sliding of the adapter 200 in the track 100, thereby facilitating installation and sliding of the track light in the track 100; in the extended state, the first buckle 220 and the card holder 130 are clamped, so that even if the magnetic attraction force between the first magnetic attraction piece 120 and the second magnetic attraction piece 210 disappears, the first buckle 220 and the card holder 130 can realize the connection between the adapter 200 and the rail 100, and the adapter 200 is prevented from falling off the rail 100, so that the guide rail lamp is prevented from falling off the rail 100; in the retracted state, the first latch 220 is separated from the catch 130, and the first latch 220 does not interfere with the installation of the adaptor 200 into the rail 100 or the removal of the adaptor 200 from the rail 100, thereby facilitating the installation and removal of the track light.
When the guide rail lamp needs to be installed in the rail 100 or removed from the rail 100, the first buckle 220 is in the retraction state, and after the adaptor 200 is installed in the rail 100, the first magnetic attraction piece 120 and the second magnetic attraction piece 210 are magnetically attracted to be connected, and the first buckle 220 is in the extension state, so that the guide rail lamp is protected and prevented from falling off.
Moreover, power supply spring pieces 291 are disposed on two sides of the adapter 200, the track 100 is disposed in the frame 180 and partially exposed in the accommodating space 110, the power supply conductive terminal 140 extends along the length direction of the track 100, and the power supply spring pieces 291 are configured to contact and engage with the power supply conductive terminal 140. By this structure, the electrical connection of the adaptor 200 and the rail 100 can be achieved.
Optionally, the adapter 200 is provided with signal spring pieces 292 at two sides thereof, the track 100 is provided with signal conductive terminals 150 disposed in the frame 180 and partially exposed in the receiving space 110, the signal conductive terminals 150 extend along the length direction of the track 100, and the signal spring pieces 292 are configured to be in contact with the signal conductive terminals 150. By this configuration, signal connection of the adapter 200 and the rail 100 can be realized.
The first buckle 220 and the second buckle 260 assist in supporting the adapter 200, even if the first magnetic attraction element 120 and the second magnetic attraction element 210 are separated, that is, even if the top plate 241 of the adapter 200 is separated from the rail 100, the first buckle 220 is clamped with the card holder 130, and the second buckle 260 is clamped with the card holder 130, the adapter 200 can be supported, and at this time, the first buckle 220 is connected with the top plate 241 through the first elastic element 251, and the first elastic element 251 can play a role in buffering the adapter 200, so that the adapter 200 is prevented from being impacted.
