All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 2, fig. 1 is a schematic step flow diagram of a specific implementation of an audible and visual alarm optimization control method generally used in a DCS system according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a specific implementation of an audible and visual alarm optimization control system generally used in a DCS system according to an embodiment of the present invention.
In a specific embodiment, the audible and visual alarm optimization control method generally used for the DCS system comprises the following steps:
s1, after an audible and visual alarm reset pulse instruction is designed in a preset controller in a DCS, transmitting pulse signals corresponding to the audible and visual alarm reset pulse instruction to other controllers needing to be provided with audible and visual alarm groups; the method is used for realizing unified reset confirmation, and is convenient for resetting and confirming the alarms of each group after clicking alarm reset operation.
S2, performing configuration alarm optimization control setting in the controller according to alarm groups to form a plurality of alarm groups, wherein each alarm group comprises a first DI signal representing a flashing and sound alarm state and a second DI signal representing a flat alarm state;
s3, logic OR operation of a flashing first DI signal with the same alarm level and logic OR operation of a flattening second DI signal with the same alarm level in the controller are carried out, and DI signals after logic OR operation are transmitted to the preset controller; the method is divided into two levels, namely serious alarm (red) and general alarm (yellow). The method comprises the steps of enabling a flashing DI signal of severe alarm in a controller to be in logic OR, a leveling DI signal of severe alarm to be in logic OR, a flashing DI signal of general alarm to be in logic OR and a leveling DI signal of general alarm to be in logic OR in each controller, and then enabling four DI signals after OR operation to be respectively in network communication with an M-number controller.
In the method, the severity degree can be judged by detecting the number of times that the final signal participates in the logical OR, so that the difference of different alarm states is realized, namely, the corresponding alarm level is accurately judged by detecting the number of times that the final signal participates in the logical OR, so that the accurate alarm and recognition are realized, and the method is not limited to a specific process.
S4, flashing DI signal logic OR of the same alarm level and plain DI signal logic OR of the same alarm level are carried out on all the units in the preset controller;
s5, configuring the dynamic display and hyperlink pictures of the alarm group, the flash, the flat and non-alarm of the configuration audible and visual alarm master lamp.
Through rationally designing communication logic among different controllers, the same type of alarm signal logic or is output after the controllers are internally provided with the same type of alarm signal logic or, after all the controllers output signals to a preset controller, the same type of alarm signal is logically or again, so that the number of alarm signals in communication can be greatly reduced, DCS network blockage is avoided, and the control efficiency is improved
In order to further improve the working efficiency of the staff, in one embodiment, the step S5 includes:
the audible and visual alarm total lamp is arranged on a menu bar at the top of an operation picture, so that an operator can see whether the unit has audible and visual alarm in real time on all process system pictures.
It should be noted that the present application includes, but is not limited to, the above-mentioned sound-light alarm total lamp setting, and other manners may be adopted, such as an automatic pop-up manner after an alarm occurs.
In this application, because one of the controllers needs to be used as a main controller, in order to improve management efficiency, reduce workload, and ensure alarm efficiency, in one embodiment, S1 further includes:
the preset controller is a controller with a load rate and a control logic lower than a threshold value.
It should be noted that, in addition to the above manner, a negotiation manner, such as a temporary controller, or a new controller may be separately provided.
In the method, the audible and visual alarm reset pulse operation instruction is configured in the preset controller, meanwhile, the pulse signals are respectively communicated to other controllers needing to be provided with audible and visual alarm groups through a network, when each controller configures a plurality of audible and visual alarm group control logics, the audible and visual alarm reset instruction only needs to be internally quoted in the controller, multiple cross-controller network quotes of the same control signal between the same two controllers can be avoided, and DCS network blockage is avoided.
The selection principle of the preset controller is generally that the load rate of the controller is relatively low and the control logic in the controller is less. The pulse width is generally set to 4 times the controller operation period.
While the arrangement structure of the alarm groups in each controller is not limited, in one embodiment, S2 includes:
the first DI signal triggers a pulse by any alarm signal to cause the RS trigger to memorize the state, and the second DI signal is the logical OR of all alarm signals in the alarm group.
Each alarm group is determined by two DI digital switch value signals, one DI triggers pulse by any alarm signal to cause RS trigger to memorize state, represent flash and sound alarm state, and the other DI is logic OR of all alarm signals in the alarm group and represents plain alarm state. Each alarm group almost consists of a plurality of parameter overrun or abnormal state alarm signals, when any alarm signal occurs, an RS trigger representing a flashing alarm state and a sound alarm state must be set and memorized as '1', and an alarm group picture should be subjected to flashing alarm and sound alarm prompt again by a normal state of flat alarm or no alarm so as to prevent any alarm from occurring newly after an operator alarms and confirms reset and shield other alarm information.
The conventional typical alarm control logic is used for setting a pulse function block and the logic OR operation of each pulse function block separately on each alarm signal, and then accessing the set end of the RS trigger S to form DI signals representing the flashing and sound alarm states, wherein all alarm signals are formed into DI signals representing the flat alarm states. The method uses the 'digital sum' functional blocks which are configured in each DCS system, can simultaneously realize the formation of flash and smooth alarm control signals by calculating the 1 input number of alarm signal logic states greater than or equal to 1 and judging the 1 number of alarm signal logic states in the operation period of a 2-time controller, and only shares one pulse functional block in front of an RS trigger representing flash and sound alarm states, simplifies and standardizes alarm control logic, can be used in each DCS system, and the optimized control method only needs to access various alarm switch values or various judgment logics such as analog overrun and bad quality in the pin configuration of the 'digital sum' functional block
The application includes not only performing logical or operation in the controllers, but also performing logical or operation between the controllers, where high-speed and reliable signal transmission is required, and the application does not limit a signal transmission manner between the controllers, and in one embodiment, the S3 includes:
and transmitting the DI signals subjected to logic OR operation on the first DI signal and logic OR operation on the flat second DI signal to the preset controller through at least one of broadband, wiFI and 5G to display the state of the audible and visual alarm total lamp.
In the method, flash DI signals with the same alarm level in the controller are logically or, flat DI signals with the same alarm level are logically or, and DI signals after the logical or operation are respectively communicated to the M-number controller in a network mode so as to display the state of the audible and visual alarm master lamp. the picture alarm state display is from high to low according to the alarm level, the flash judgment is carried out preferentially, then the flat judgment is carried out, and otherwise, the picture alarm state is normal and has no alarm state.
The picture alarm state is displayed from high (serious) to low (general) according to the alarm level, the flash judgment is carried out preferentially, then the flat judgment is carried out, and otherwise, the picture alarm state is normal and has no alarm state. If the serious flashing alarm DI state of the alarm group is '1', the alarm group carries out red flashing alarm; otherwise, if the general flashing alarm DI state of the alarm group is "1", the alarm group carries out yellow flashing alarm; otherwise, if the serious flat alarm DI state of the alarm group is '1', the alarm group carries out red flat alarm; otherwise, if the general flat alarm DI state of the alarm group is '1', the alarm group carries out yellow flat alarm; otherwise, the alarm group is in a normal or no alarm state; clicking the position of the alarm group by a mouse, and connecting the super link to the process system picture corresponding to the alarm group. If the serious flashing alarm DI state of the audible and visual alarm master lamp is '1', the audible and visual alarm master lamp carries out red flashing alarm; otherwise, if the general flashing alarm DI state of the audible and visual alarm master lamp is '1', the audible and visual alarm master lamp carries out yellow flashing alarm; otherwise, if the serious flat alarm DI state of the sound-light alarm total lamp is 1, the sound-light alarm total lamp carries out red flat alarm; otherwise, if the general flat alarm DI state of the sound-light alarm total lamp is '1', the sound-light alarm total lamp carries out yellow flat alarm; otherwise, the sound-light alarm master lamp is in a normal and alarm-free state; the mouse single-shot audible and visual alarm main lamp is positioned, hyperlinks are connected to the summarizing pictures of all alarm groups, and the audible and visual alarm main lamp is arranged on a menu bar at the top of an operation picture, so that operators can see whether the machine set has audible and visual alarms in real time on all process system pictures.
