Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions in the present specification better understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present specification will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present specification, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present specification, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art without any inventive work based on the embodiments in the present specification shall fall within the protection scope of the present specification.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a service location recommendation interaction system provided in an example scenario of the present specification. The service may be medical services such as vaccination, physical examination, and inquiry, or may be other types of services. The service location may refer to a location where a service is provided for a user. As for medical-type services, the service location may be a hospital, clinic, or the like.
As shown in fig. 1, the service place recommendation interactive system may include a user terminal, a service recommendation platform, and the like. The user terminal may be an electronic device having a certain man-machine interaction function and data processing capability. Specifically, for example, the user terminal may be a desktop computer, a notebook computer, a tablet computer, or a smart phone. A browser may be installed in the user terminal, for example. The user may access the service recommendation website through a browser of the user terminal. Or, the user terminal may be installed with a service recommendation program, and the user may also query recommendation information through the service recommendation program installed on the user terminal. Or the user may query the recommendation information through an applet integrated in another application. Of course, other ways of querying the recommendation information may be used. The service recommendation website, service recommendation program or service recommendation applet may be provided by a service recommendation platform. Of course, the user terminal may also refer to only a program product such as a service recommendation website, a service recommendation program, or a service recommendation applet installed on the electronic device. The service recommendation platform may comprise at least one server or server cluster, database, etc.
Based on the user's request, the user terminal may present a service place query interface or a service reservation interface, etc. to the user. For example, if the user wishes to subscribe to a "magnetic resonance" medical examination service, the user may access a medical examination subscription APP (Application) in the user terminal, and the medical examination subscription APP may present a medical examination subscription interface to the user, as shown in the left diagram of fig. 2. Assuming that the current located city is "E", the user terminal may send a service recommendation request for physical examination service "magnetic resonance" to the service recommendation platform based on the current located city "E". The service recommendation platform can extract a service place which can provide the magnetic resonance service in the E, and the extracted result is used as service place recommendation information to be fed back to the user terminal. As shown in the right diagram of fig. 2, the service recommendation platform fails to extract a service location within "E" where the "magnetic resonance" service can be provided, and therefore the user terminal fails to exhibit a service location where the "magnetic resonance" physical examination service can be provided. At this time, if the user wants to continue the reservation, the user needs to switch the cities and inquire the available cities one by one. Obviously, the above process easily brings bad experience to the user, causing the user to run off.
Accordingly, in a scenario example provided in this specification, a service area recommended to a user may be expanded by at least combining with a user travel feature, so that a success rate of a user reserving a service place is improved, the user can go to the service place conveniently, a use experience of the user is improved, and user loss is reduced. The geographic range included in the service area may be specified in advance, for example, the area division in the satellite map may be adopted, or the service recommendation platform may divide the geographic range according to needs, which is not limited herein. For example, the service area may be divided in units of cities, may be divided in counties within cities, and so on.
For example, the time point when the service recommendation platform performs the user travel record extraction may be used as the reference time point. The service recommendation platform may extract location information located when the user uses the service recommendation program in a preset time interval before the reference time point, or location information located when the user uses other associated application programs, location information selected by the user query record, and the like, and construct the user travel record. Then, the service recommendation platform may extract user travel characteristics such as a stay time of the user in the service area and a number of cycles of the user staying in the service area in a specified time period from the user travel record, and extract a service area where the user frequently stays based on the user travel characteristics as a permanent service area.
If the stay time of the user in the service area is greater than a specified threshold, the service area can be considered as the service area where the user stays frequently. If the stay time of the user in a certain city in the last year is more than nine months, the city can be taken as the city where the user stays frequently. Of course, the user may stay in a city for less than a specified threshold in the last year, but the user may have a record of staying in the city for nine months in the last year, and the city may also be used as the city where the user often stays. Alternatively, the service area where the user frequently stays may be determined by integrating the stay time of the user in a city in the last year and the number of months of stay in the city in the last year. If the small C classmates work at F and return to E every week/week, the cities where the small C classmates frequently stay can be determined to be 'F' and 'E' by analyzing the user travel characteristics of the small C classmates, and the 'F' and the 'E' can be used as the regular residence service areas of the small C classmates.
The service recommendation platform can store the standing service area and the user identification in an associated mode. The user identifier may refer to information uniquely identifying the user in the service recommendation platform. For example, the user travel characteristics corresponding to the stay-in service area and the stay-in service area of the user may be added to the user image. After receiving a service recommendation request sent by a user through a user terminal, the service recommendation platform can extract information such as a standing service area of the user and user travel characteristics corresponding to the standing service area from the user portrait.
The service recommendation platform can also extract a service place aiming at any service in any service area in advance, and perform associated storage on the extracted service place information aiming at any service in any service area to obtain an associated map of the service area and the service place aiming at any service, and store the associated map in the database. For a certain service a, the service location information of the service a available in any city can be extracted, and an association map of the service area and the service location for the service a can be obtained. Of course, the association information between the service area and the service location for any service may be stored in other manners, such as a relational data table.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the C classmates can select or input the service "HPV with 4 price" on the subscription interface of the vaccination service, and the user terminal can send a service place recommendation request to the service recommendation platform. The service place recommendation request may include a user identifier W of the classmate C, a service identifier "HPV with a price of 4", and an area identifier "F" of a current service area located at the current position. After receiving the service place recommendation request, the service recommendation platform can extract the service place information of the HPV with the price of 4 in the F from the database. If the service place capable of providing the HPV with the price of 4 exists in the service place F, the service recommendation platform can feed the extracted service place information back to the user terminal so as to display the service place information on the user terminal. If the service place where the '4-value HPV' can be provided is not available in the 'F', the service recommendation platform can further extract the standing service area associated with the user identification W and extract the service place information of the '4-value HPV' in the standing service area from the database. The service recommendation platform can simultaneously feed back the service place extraction results in the permanent service area and the current service area to the user terminal. Assuming that the extracted frequent occupancy service areas are "F" and "E", since the frequent occupancy service area "F" overlaps with the current service area "F", the service recommendation platform may feed back the service location extraction results of "F" and "E" to the user terminal.
As shown in fig. 3, the user terminal may extract the result to the service location where the small C classmates show "F" and "E". Under the condition that the service place does not exist in the F, the C classmates can select the service place of the E, so that the possibility of selecting the service place is expanded more reasonably, and the use experience is improved. Particularly for scarce services, the method can also improve the success rate of the service reservation of the user, is convenient for the user to go to and improves the satisfaction degree of the user.
Based on the above scenario example, the embodiment of the present specification provides an information recommendation method, which may be applied to a user terminal. Fig. 5 is a flowchart of an information recommendation method provided in an embodiment of the present specification, and as shown in fig. 5, the method may include the following steps.
S50: receiving service place recommendation information aiming at target service, wherein the service place recommendation information comprises service place information corresponding to at least one service recommendation area; wherein the service recommendation area is determined based at least on user travel characteristics.
The service may be a product service for physical products, such as a vaccination service for vaccines, a trial service or a sales service for cosmetics, and so on. The services may not be based on physical products, such as medical services like physical examination, oral cavity, inquiry, etc., or educational services, etc. The target service may refer to a service that the user currently needs to query or subscribe to. As shown in fig. 3, the service that the user needs to query currently is the "HPV 4-valent" vaccination service, and the "HPV 4-valent" vaccination service is the target service.
Many types of services currently require a user to travel to a designated location to receive the service. For convenience of description, in the embodiments of the present specification, a place where a service is provided may be described as a service place. The service location may be, for example, a hospital, an outpatient clinic, a physical examination center, a product experience center, etc.
The service areas may be divided in advance according to needs. For example, the service area can be determined by adopting area division in the satellite map, for example, cities can be used as division units, and each city is used as a service area; alternatively, a district or county may be used as a division unit, a district or county may be used as a service area, and the like. Of course, the dividing mode of the service area may also be flexibly selected according to the requirement, and this specification is not limited.
The user terminal may display a service recommendation query interface, a service reservation interface, and the like to the user through a browser, a service recommendation program, an applet, and the like, and the user may select or input a desired target service from the interfaces displayed by the user terminal. As shown in fig. 3, the user can select a "4-valent HPV" vaccination service at a vaccination service subscription interface.
The user terminal may generate a service place recommendation request based at least on the target service selected or input by the user. Correspondingly, the service place recommendation request at least comprises information such as a service identifier and a user identifier of the target service. The user identifier may refer to information that uniquely identifies the user, such as a user registration ID. The service identification may refer to information that uniquely identifies the service, such as a service name, or a product name + service name, and so on.
The user terminal may send the service place recommendation request to the service recommendation platform. The service recommendation platform can receive the service place recommendation request, extract the user travel characteristics and determine a service recommendation area aiming at the target service based on the user travel characteristics. The user travel characteristics can be used for representing travel characteristics of the user in each service area in the near term, and the service recommendation area for the target service is determined based on the user travel characteristics, so that the service place recommended to the user finally can better accord with the travel characteristics of the user, and the user can go to the service place conveniently.
For example, the time point when the service recommendation platform performs the user travel record extraction may be used as the reference time point. The service recommendation platform may extract location information located when the user uses the service recommendation program in a preset time interval before the reference time point, or location information located when the user uses other associated application programs, location information selected by the user query record, and the like, to construct the user travel record. The data source and the obtaining mode of the user travel record obtained by the service recommendation platform are not limited in this specification, but the data obtained by the service recommendation platform are obtained under the authorization of the user or in a privacy protection mode.
Then, the service recommendation platform may extract user travel characteristics such as the stay time of the user in the service area and the number of cycles of the user staying in the service area in a specified time period from the user travel record, and extract a service area where the user often stays based on the user travel characteristics as a service recommendation area.
Alternatively, the city where the user frequently stays may be determined by integrating the stay time of the user in a city in the last year, the number of months that the user stays in a city in the last year, and the like.
Alternatively, a lower limit of the number of the extracted service recommendation areas may be set in advance, and based on the lower limit of the number, the service areas where the user frequently stays may be determined by comprehensively considering the user travel characteristics such as the stay time of the user in a city in the last year and the number of months of stay in the city in the last year. If the lower limit of the number of the service recommendation areas can be set to be two, namely, the service areas where the user frequently stays are extracted at least, on the basis, the user travel characteristics of the user are analyzed, so that the number of the extracted service recommendation areas can be ensured, the service areas where the service places selectable by the user are located are expanded, the selection diversity of the user is improved, and the user can select the service areas which are more convenient to go to.
By determining the service recommendation area through the embodiment, the determination of the service recommendation area can be more consistent with the user travel characteristics, and further, a service place convenient for a user to go to can be more accurately recommended to the user; under the condition that the user has the cross-regional forward and backward attribute, the service place convenient for the user to go to can be reasonably expanded, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Of course, the above-mentioned reference time point is only a preferred embodiment, and other time points may be flexibly set as needed in specific implementation. The user travel characteristics may also include other types of characteristics, for example, if the number of times that the user travels to and from two or more service areas within a preset time interval is large, the two or more service areas may also be considered as service areas where the user frequently stays, and the like. The service recommendation platform can also update the user travel record of the user at preset time intervals. Such as one month apart, or one quarter apart, the user travel record for the user is updated. By dynamically updating the user travel record of the user, the constant-live service area positioning of the user can be more consistent with the recent actual travel of the user, the recommendation rationality of a service place is further improved, and the user experience is improved.
The service recommendation platform can also extract a service place aiming at any service in any service area in advance. For example, the extracted service location information for any service in any service area may be stored in association with each other, and an association map between the service area and the service location for any service may be obtained and stored in the database. For a certain service a, the service location information of the service a available in any city can be extracted, and an association map of the service area and the service location for the service a can be obtained. Of course, the association information between the service area and the service location for any service may be stored in other manners, such as a relational data table.
After determining the service recommendation area, the service recommendation platform may extract service location information for the target service in the service recommendation area from the database as the service location recommendation information. Correspondingly, the service place recommendation information may include service place information corresponding to at least one service recommendation area. The service recommendation platform can feed back the service place recommendation information to the user terminal. Or, in the case that there are a plurality of initially determined service recommendation areas, the service recommendation platform may further determine whether each service recommendation area includes a service location for the target service, exclude service recommendation areas that do not include a service location for the target service, and feed back, as service location recommendation information, only service location information corresponding to a service recommendation area that includes a service location for the target service to the user terminal.
Or, the service recommendation platform may also extract user travel characteristics such as the stay time of the user in the service area and the number of cycles of the user staying in the service area in a specified time period from the user travel record in advance, and extract a service area where the user often stays based on the user travel characteristics as a permanent service area. The service recommendation platform can store the permanent service area and the user identification in the database in advance in an associated mode. Of course, the stay service area of the user and the user travel characteristics corresponding to the stay service area may also be stored separately, and this specification is not limited.
After receiving the service place recommendation request, the service recommendation platform can extract the standing service area associated with the user identifier included in the service place recommendation request as the service recommendation area. And extracting the service place information of the service identifier contained in the service place recommendation request in the permanent service area from the database as the service place recommendation information. Alternatively, when there are a plurality of standing service areas, the service recommendation platform may determine whether each of the standing service areas includes a service location for the target service, and set the standing service area including the service location for the target service as the service recommendation area. And the service place information corresponding to each service recommendation area is used as service place recommendation information and fed back to the user terminal.
By means of pre-extracting and storing the frequent service areas of the users in an associated mode, the screening efficiency of the service recommendation areas can be further improved, and the real-time data processing efficiency recommended by the service places is further improved.
Obviously, other modifications and variations will be apparent to those skilled in the art in light of the above teachings, but they are intended to be included within the scope of the present disclosure as long as they achieve the same or similar functions and effects.
S52: and displaying the service place information corresponding to the service recommendation area.
The user terminal can serve the place recommendation information in the recommendation information display interface. For example, the area identification of the service recommendation area can be shown in the recommendation information display interface, and the service place information of the corresponding service recommendation area can be displayed in an associated manner. The area identifier refers to information that uniquely identifies a service area, such as a city name, a district name, and the like. As shown in fig. 3, the recommended information display interface displays the area identifier "E" of the service recommended area and the service location information corresponding to the area identifier "E". Of course, the user terminal may also display only the service location information, or may also display the service location information in the service recommendation area in other manners, but as long as the functions and effects achieved by the user terminal are the same or similar, the user terminal should be covered in the protection scope of this specification.
The service place is recommended to the user based on the frequent service area of the user, so that the recommendation of the service place is more consistent with the recent actual travel characteristic of the user, the user can go to the service place conveniently, and the user experience is improved. Meanwhile, under the condition that the user is in multi-region communication, the number of recommended service regions can be multiple, so that service places where the user can go to can be reasonably expanded, and the user experience is improved.
In other embodiments, the user terminal may further determine, based on the current location information, a service area where the user is currently located as the current service area. Alternatively, the user may further specify a service area desired to be visited in the interface, and the user terminal may use the service area specified by the user for the target service as the current service area. When the user terminal sends a service place recommendation request to the service recommendation platform, the current service area can be additionally sent. The current service area may refer to a service area to which the current location of the user belongs or a service area specified by the user for the target service. Correspondingly, the service place recommendation request can also comprise an area identification of the current service area. After receiving the service place recommendation request, the service recommendation platform may determine a service recommendation area according to at least the current service area and the current living service area of the user.
For example, after receiving the service location recommendation request, the service recommendation platform may extract service location information in the current service area from the database based on the area identifier included in the service location recommendation request, and determine whether the service location for the target service is included in the current service area. If the service area is included in the service recommendation area, the current service area can be used as the service recommendation area, and the service place information corresponding to the current service area can be fed back to the user terminal. If not, the service recommendation platform extracts the standing service area associated with the user identifier contained in the service place recommendation request as a service recommendation area, and accesses the database to extract service place information corresponding to the standing service area; then, only the service location information corresponding to the permanent service area can be fed back to the user terminal; or, the current service area may also be used as a service recommendation area, and the service location information corresponding to the current service area and the permanent service area may be fed back to the user terminal.
Or after receiving the service place recommendation request, the service recommendation platform may further extract the standing service area associated with the user identifier included in the service place recommendation request, and use the standing service area and the current service area included in the service place recommendation request as the service recommendation area. And then accessing the database to extract the service place information aiming at the target service in the permanent service area and the current service area, and feeding back the service place information in the permanent service area and the current service area to the user terminal together so as to display the user terminal.
In the above processing procedure, if the current service area overlaps with the standing-by service area, the information of the current service area and the overlapped standing-by service area may be merged and then fed back to the user terminal to be displayed by the user terminal, thereby avoiding repeated display of the same service area.
Service place recommendation is carried out by further combining the current service area and the permanent service area, so that the user can go to the service place more conveniently as required, and the user experience is improved.
Or, in other embodiments, the service recommendation platform may further extract, as the associated service area, a service area within a preset distance range from the current service area or a service area having a preset area membership relationship with the current service area, with the current service area as a reference area. If the county level city M of a certain city N has a local membership relationship with the city N, the county level city M and the city N may be used as associated service areas. The type of the area membership can be set by self as required, and the description is not limited. The service recommendation platform can also take the associated service area of the current service area as a service recommendation area, and extract the service place information of the '4-value HPV' in the associated service area from the database. Assuming that the extracted associated service area is 'G', the service recommendation platform can also extract service place information of '4-value HPV' in 'G' from the database, feed the service place information back to the user terminal, and display the service place information by the user terminal, as shown in fig. 3, so that the possibility of selecting the service place can be further reasonably expanded, and the use experience of the user is improved.
Or, the service recommendation platform may further extract, as the associated service area, a service area within a preset distance range from the permanent service area or a service area having a preset area membership relationship with the permanent service area, with the permanent service area as a reference area. For example, the service recommendation platform may extract the associated service area of the standing service area in advance, and perform associated storage with the corresponding standing service area. After the service recommendation platform extracts the regular living service areas of the users, the service recommendation platform can further extract the associated service areas corresponding to the regular living service areas as the service recommendation areas, and further extract the service place information aiming at the target service in the regular living service areas and the associated service areas of the regular living service areas and feed the service place information back to the user terminal for display. Or, the service recommendation platform may take the permanent service area as a reference area, extract the associated service area of the permanent service area as a service recommendation area, and further extract the service location information for the target service in the associated service area of the permanent service area and feed the service location information back to the user terminal for display, when the current service area, the permanent service area, and the associated service area of the current service area do not include the service location for the target service.
In the case of recommending service places by combining various types of service areas such as a current service area, a regular service area, a related service area, and the like, the number of service recommendation areas fed back to the user terminal may be large, which is inconvenient for the user terminal to display, or data redundancy may be caused. Accordingly, in other embodiments provided in the present specification, the recommended region reference value may also be preset. And configuring the screening priority of each type of service area, for example, the order of the screening priority from large to small can be set as follows: the service area comprises a current service area, a standing service area, a service area related to the current service area and a service area related to the standing service area. Correspondingly, the service recommendation platform may use the current service area and the permanent service area as the service recommendation area, and at this time, may determine whether the number of the service recommendation areas satisfies the recommendation area reference value. Of course, the permanent service area may overlap with the current service area, and if there is overlap, the overlapped service recommendation areas may be merged first, and then it is determined whether the number of the service recommendation areas meets the reference value of the recommendation area. If the number of the service recommendation areas is larger than or equal to the recommendation area reference value, the subsequent associated service areas do not need to be screened. If the number of the service recommendation areas is smaller than the recommendation area reference value, further extracting the associated service areas of the current service area as the service recommendation areas, and repeating the steps until the number of the service recommendation areas is larger than or equal to the recommendation area reference value.
Since there may be a plurality of the stay service areas and the associated service areas, when the stay service areas and the associated service areas are used as the service recommendation areas, there may be a case where the number of the service recommendation areas is greater than the reference value of the recommendation area. If the recommended area reference value is 3, the extracted frequent occupancy service areas are 3, and the frequent occupancy service areas do not overlap with the current service area, the number of the service recommended areas is 4 after the frequent occupancy service areas of the user are extracted as the service recommended areas, and the number of the service recommended areas is greater than the recommended area reference value. Similarly, for regarding the associated service area as the service recommendation area, there may be a case where the service recommendation area is made larger than the recommendation area reference value.
If the number of the service recommendation areas is larger than the reference value of the recommendation area after the standing service area is used as the service recommendation area, the travel characteristics such as the stay duration of the user in the standing service area, the number of cycles of the user staying in the standing service area in a specified time period and the distance between the standing service area and the current service area can be extracted, the screening priority of the standing service area is determined, and the standing service area with longer stay duration, more cycles and closer distance is screened out to be used as the service recommendation area.
If the number of the service recommendation areas is greater than the recommendation area reference value after the associated service areas of the current service area are taken as the service recommendation areas, the distance between the associated service areas and the current service area can be referred to, the screening priority of the associated service areas is determined, and the associated service areas with the shorter distance are screened out to be taken as the service recommendation areas. Similarly, after the associated service areas of the permanent service area are further added as the service recommendation areas, and when the number of the service recommendation areas is greater than the reference value of the recommendation area, the screening priority of the associated service area may also be determined by referring to the distance between the associated service area of the permanent service area and the current service area, and the associated service area closer to the distance may be screened as the service recommendation area.
In the embodiment, the screening priority is set, the current service area and the permanent service area are preferentially taken as the screening objects of the service recommendation area, so that the screened service recommendation area is more in line with the actual travel of the user, the user can go to the service recommendation area conveniently, and the experience of the user is improved. Under the condition that the number of the current service areas and the number of the permanent service areas are not satisfied, the associated service areas of the current service areas are further increased to serve as service recommendation areas, the selectable possibility of service places can be further expanded, and the screening requirements of users are satisfied. Meanwhile, after a certain type of service area is added, the service recommendation area is larger than the recommendation area reference value, so that more recommendation areas displayed on the recommendation information display interface are possibly displayed and are inconvenient to display, at the moment, for the permanent service areas, the screening priorities can be further set for the permanent service areas in combination with the travel characteristics, the distance between the permanent service areas and the current service area and the like, and the service areas which are more convenient for the user to go are screened out; similarly, for the associated service area, the service area more convenient for the user to go to can be screened out by combining the distance between the associated service area and the current service area.
Correspondingly, in some embodiments, the service recommendation area may be determined at least according to the screening priority of the service area; and the screening priority of the service area is used for representing the priority of the service area selected as the service recommendation area. For different types of service areas, the order of the screening priorities from large to small may be: the service area comprises a current service area, a standing service area, a service area related to the current service area and a service area related to the standing service area. The screening priority of each standing service area can be determined according to at least one of the stay time of the user in the standing service area, the number of cycles of the user staying in the standing service area in a specified time period, and the distance between the standing service area and the current service area. The screening priority of each associated service area may be determined based at least on the distance of the associated service area from the current service area. The screening priorities of different types of service areas corresponding to each user can be stored in advance, the screening priorities corresponding to the permanent service areas can be stored in association with the permanent service areas and the user identifications, the screening priorities of the associated service areas are determined according to comparison with the current service area, and the screening priorities of the corresponding associated service areas can be determined based on the distance between the associated service areas and the current service area when the associated service areas are extracted as service recommendation areas. Alternatively, the filtering priority of each service area may be determined when the associated service area is extracted as the service recommendation area.
In other embodiments, the service recommendation platform may extract a current service area and a standing service area as the service recommendation area; under the condition that the current service area in the service recommendation area is overlapped with the permanent service area, combining the overlapped current service area and the permanent service area, and acquiring the area number of the service recommendation area after combination processing; and under the condition that the number of the areas of the service recommendation areas after the merging processing is less than the reference value of the recommendation areas, extracting the associated service areas as the service recommendation areas.
In other embodiments, the service recommendation platform may further extract, when the number of the merged service recommendation areas is greater than the recommendation area reference value, the standing service area serving as the service recommendation area according to at least the screening priority of the standing service area, so that the number of the service recommendation areas is equal to the recommendation area reference value.
In other embodiments, the service recommendation platform may further extract, when the service recommendation areas include associated service areas and the number of the service recommendation areas is greater than the recommendation area reference value, the associated service areas serving as the service recommendation areas according to at least the screening priority of the associated service areas, so that the number of the service recommendation areas is equal to the recommendation area reference value.
In other embodiments, the service recommendation platform may further filter the service recommendation area according to whether the service area includes a service place for the target service. For example, it is possible to determine whether each of the standing-by service areas includes a service location for the target service, and to set the standing-by service area including the service location for the target service as the service recommendation area. And then judging whether the number of the service recommendation areas is greater than or equal to the reference value of the recommendation areas. If the number of the service recommendation areas is equal to the recommendation area reference value, the service recommendation platform can feed back the service recommendation areas and the service place information in the service recommendation areas to the user terminal. If the number of the service recommendation areas is greater than the reference value of the recommendation area, the filter priority of the permanent service areas included in the service recommendation area can be referred, and the permanent service areas with longer stay time, more cycles and closer distance are extracted as the service recommendation areas.
If the number of the service recommendation areas is smaller than the recommendation area reference value, the service recommendation platform may further extract the associated service areas of the current service area, determine whether the extracted associated service areas include a service place for the target service, and use the associated service areas including the service place for the target service as the service recommendation areas. And then judging whether the number of the service recommendation areas is greater than or equal to the reference value of the recommendation area. The steps similar to the standing of the service areas are repeated until the number of service recommendation areas is equal to the recommendation area reference value. If the number of the service recommendation areas is smaller than the recommendation area reference value, the service recommendation platform may further extract the associated service areas of the standing service areas to expand the service recommendation areas, and so on.
By further referring to whether the service recommendation area is selected by the service place aiming at the target service or not, each displayed service recommendation area can be enabled to include the service place aiming at the target service under the condition that the displayed service recommendation area is limited, so that the user can select conveniently, and the user satisfaction is improved. In the above embodiment, the current service area may be directly fed back to the user terminal without determining whether the current service area includes the service place for the target service, so that the user can visually determine the service place condition for the target service included in the current service area (as shown in fig. 3), the doubt of the user on the accuracy of the service place recommendation result is eliminated, and the user experience is further improved. Of course, the above-described embodiments do not exclude an implementation in which the current service area is not set as the recommended service area when the current service area does not include a service location for the target service.
In other embodiments, a recommended area sub-reference value may be set for each type of service area, and the service recommendation platform may extract the current service area, the standing service area, and the associated service area as the service recommendation area according to at least the recommended area sub-reference values corresponding to the standing service area and the associated service area. If the recommended area sub-reference values of the permanent service area and the associated service area of the current service area are both set to be 1, one service area can be extracted from the permanent service area and the associated service area of the current service area of the user respectively to serve as a service recommended area. Of course, if the extracted standing service area overlaps with the current service area, another standing service area may be extracted from the standing service area as a service recommendation area. Correspondingly, the service recommendation area comprises 1 of the current service area, the standing service area and the associated service area of the current service area. By setting the recommended area sub-reference value for each type of service area, the area types contained in the service recommended areas can be more comprehensive, a user can conveniently select the recommended areas as required, and the screening requirement of the user is met.
The number of the user's standing service area, the associated service area of the current service area may be more than one. For the standing service area, the screening priority of the standing service area can be further referred to, and the standing service area with longer stay time, more cycles and closer distance is extracted as the service recommendation area. For the associated service area of the current service area, the screening priority of the associated service area may be referred to, and the associated service area closer to the current service area is extracted as the service recommendation area.
In this embodiment, it may also be referred to whether the service area includes a service place screening service recommendation area for the target service, for example, after determining the screening priority of the permanent service area, the permanent service area with the highest screening priority is extracted first, and whether the permanent service area includes the service place for the target service is determined, if so, the permanent service area is taken as the service recommendation area; if not, extracting the next standing service area according to the sequence of the screening priority from high to low, judging whether the extracted standing service area contains the service place aiming at the target service, and repeating the steps. The service recommendation area can be screened for other types of service areas in a manner similar to the standing service area. For the current service area, it may be directly used as a service recommendation area without determining whether the current service area includes a service location for the target service. Of course, this embodiment does not exclude an implementation in which the current service area is not set as the recommended service area when the current service area does not include a service location for the target service.
Of course, the screening method of the service recommendation area may be implemented by the user terminal. After receiving the user selection or inputting the target service, the user terminal can access the database based on the user identification, extract the standing service area associated with the user identification, and further screen the recommended service area. After the recommended service area is obtained through screening, the database can be accessed, and the service place information of the recommended service area for the target service can be extracted. Correspondingly, after receiving the service place information fed back by the database, the user terminal can display the service place information in the service recommendation area. If the recommended service area screening process involves judging whether the service area contains a service place for the target service, the database can be accessed to obtain service place information of the corresponding service area. Certainly, the user terminal may also extract the associated service area of the current service area, the associated service area of the permanent service area, and the like, and extend and extract the service recommendation area, and the specific implementation manner may refer to an implementation manner of the service recommendation platform, which is not described herein in detail.
Alternatively, the user terminal may locally store the user's standing service area. The user terminal is usually used by a fixed user, and the complexity of data interaction can be further reduced by storing the permanent service area of the corresponding user locally. The determination of the user permanent service area can also be implemented in the user terminal and can also be implemented in the service recommendation platform.
Obviously, other modifications and variations will be apparent to those skilled in the art in light of the above teachings, but they are intended to be included within the scope of the present disclosure as long as they achieve the same or similar functions and effects.
In other embodiments, when the service recommendation information includes two or more service recommendation areas, the service recommendation information may further include display priorities of the two or more service recommendation areas. Correspondingly, the user terminal can also display the service place information corresponding to the service recommendation area based on the display priority of the service recommendation area.
For example, the service recommendation area with the highest display priority may be determined according to at least a preset display order of the service recommendation areas and whether the service recommendation areas include a service place for the target service. For example, the display order from high to low may be preset as: the service area comprises a current service area, a standing service area, a service area related to the current service area and a service area related to the standing service area. After determining the service recommendation area, the service recommendation platform may first determine whether the current service area includes a service place for the target service, and if the current service area does not include the service place for the target service, may set a hidden display of the current service area, where a display priority of a permanent service area is set to be the highest, and a related service area is also set to be the hidden display. As shown in fig. 6, if the current service area "E" does not include a service location for the target service, and the anchor service area "F" and the associated service area "H" include a service location for the target service, the service location information of the anchor service area "F" can be preferentially displayed, and the service location information of "E" and "H" can be hidden.
If the standing service area is preferentially displayed, but the number of the standing service areas included in the service recommendation area is more than two, the display priority of the standing service area can be determined according to the stay duration of the user in the standing service area, the travel characteristics such as the number of cycles of staying in the service area in a specified time period, the distance between the standing service area and the current service area and the like. For example, the display priority of the standing service area with longer stay time, more cycles and closer distance can be set to be the highest. If the associated service areas of the current service area/standing-by service area are preferentially displayed, but a plurality of associated service areas of the current service area/standing-by service area are included in the service recommendation area, the display priority of the standing-by service area can be determined by combining the distance between the associated service areas and the current service area. By determining the service recommendation area with the highest display priority in the above manner, service places more meeting the user requirements can be preferentially displayed, and the experience of the user is improved.
In the case that the service place recommendation request includes the current service area, the service recommendation platform may also directly set the display priority of the current service area to be the highest without paying attention to whether the current service area includes a service place for the target service. Correspondingly, under the condition that the number of the service recommendation areas is more than two, the display priority of the current service area is the highest, and other service recommendation areas are set to be hidden for display. As shown in fig. 3, if "F" is the current service area, then "F" is preferentially displayed, and the service location information of other cities is hidden. By the display mode, a user can know whether a service place aiming at the target service exists in the current service area more quickly, and the experience of the user is improved.
Correspondingly, in some embodiments, the user terminal may display the area identifier of the service recommendation area with the highest display priority and the service location information in the recommendation information display interface; for other service recommendation areas except the service recommendation area with the highest display priority, the user terminal can display the area identification of the service recommendation area in the recommendation information display interface and hide the service place information in the display service recommendation area. By means of the display mode, the information display simplicity of the recommended information display interface can be improved on the basis of preferentially displaying service places which are more in line with user requirements, and users can conveniently check and operate the recommended information display interface. Correspondingly, for the service recommendation area which is hidden and displayed, after the user terminal receives the triggering operation of the area identifier of the service recommendation area, the user terminal can display the service place information in the triggered service recommendation area and hide the service recommendation area which is being displayed.
The user terminal can also be used for associating and showing whether the service recommendation area contains the marking information of the service places aiming at the target service and/or the number of the existing service places in the recommendation information showing interface. As shown in fig. 3, the regional label side association of "E" and "G" shows that there is "bookable", i.e. it means that these two cities have service sites of "4-valent HPV" vaccination service, and the user can book. As shown in fig. 6, the area id of "E" is associated with "no reservation", which means that "E" does not include a service location for the target service; and the region mark of the 'H' is associated with and displayed with 'reservation', which means that the 'H' has a service place of 'magnetic resonance' physical examination service, and the user can reserve. By associating and showing whether the mark information of the service places aiming at the target service is contained and/or the number of the existing service places, the user can select the reserved city more quickly, and the experience of the user is provided.
Or the service place information of each service recommendation area can be hidden and displayed firstly, only the area identifier of the service recommendation area is displayed, and after a certain area identifier is triggered by a user, the service place information corresponding to the triggered area identifier is displayed. Similarly, it is also possible to associate, at the area identifier, tag information showing whether the service recommendation area contains a service location for the target service, and/or the number of service locations present.
Obviously, other modifications and variations will be apparent to those skilled in the art in light of the above teachings, but they are intended to be included within the scope of the present disclosure as long as they achieve the same or similar functions and effects.
