The working principle of the method for distributing print jobs according to embodiment 2 of the present invention will be described with reference to specific scenarios.
Scene 1
The number of printing rounds is 1, the total number of to-be-printed documents corresponding to the printing tasks is 16000, the number of printers is 6, the identification information of the printers is 11, 21, 31, 41, 51 and 61, the maximum printing amount of the printer 11 is 2000, the maximum printing amount of the printer 21 is 3000, the maximum printing amount of the printer 31 is 2500, the maximum printing amount of the printer 41 is 3500, the maximum printing amount of the printer 51 is 4000, and the maximum printing amount of the printer 61 is 1500.
The printers 11, 21, 31, 41, 51, 61 are subjected to printing priority ranking according to the maximum printing quantity, and the printing ranking is 51-41-21-31-11-61, wherein the first 4 printers in the printing priority ranking are the first printers, that is, 51, 41, 21, 31 print according to the respective maximum printing quantity, and if 13000 is 4000+3500+3000+2500, the first remaining printing quantity is 16000 and 13000 is 3000.
The last 2 printers 11 and 61 in the printing priority sequence are the second printers, and at this time, the first remaining printing number 3000 needs to be distributed, and the distribution mode can adopt an average distribution printing mode, a random distribution printing mode or a single direct printing mode to print; if the equal distribution is adopted, the printers 11 and 61 print 1500 respectively; if random allocation is used, printer 11 may print 1800 and printer 61 may print 1200, or printer 11 may print 1600 and printer 61 may print 1400, as long as it is guaranteed that the first remaining print quantity 3000 allocation is complete.
Scene 2
The present scenario is a further supplement to scenario 1, and when the printing order is 51-41-21-31-11-61, it is determined that the first 5 printers are all the first printers, and the printer 61 is the second printer, that is, 51, 41, 21, 31, 11 print according to the respective maximum printing amount, and 4000+3500+3000+2500+2000 is 15000, the first remaining printing amount is 16000 and 15000 is 1000, and is less than the maximum printing amount 1500 of the printer 61, and at this time, the printer 61 directly prints 1000, and performs a single direct printing, thereby completing the distribution of the printing tasks.
Scene 3
The number of printing rounds is 1, the total number of to-be-printed objects corresponding to the printing tasks is 16500, the number of printers is 6, the identification information of the printers is 11, 21, 31, 41, 51 and 61, the maximum printing quantity of the printer 11 is 2000, the maximum printing quantity of the printer 21 is 3000, the maximum printing quantity of the printer 31 is 2500, the maximum printing quantity of the printer 41 is 3500, the maximum printing quantity of the printer 51 is 4000, and the maximum printing quantity of the printer 61 is 1500.
The method comprises the steps of carrying out printing priority ordering on printers 11, 21, 31, 41, 51 and 61 according to the maximum printing quantity of the printers to obtain a printing order of 51-41-21-31-11-61, determining that the 6 printers are all first printers, carrying out printing according to the respective maximum printing quantity, and completing printing task distribution when 4000+3500+3000+2500+2000+1500 is 16500, wherein in the scene, all the printers are the first printers and carry out printing by adopting the maximum printing quantity.
Scene 4
The number of printing rounds is 2, the total number of to-be-printed documents corresponding to the printing tasks is 28500, the number of printers is 6, the identification information of the printers is 11, 21, 31, 41, 51 and 61, the maximum printing quantity of the printer 11 is 2000, the maximum printing quantity of the printer 21 is 3000, the maximum printing quantity of the printer 31 is 2500, the maximum printing quantity of the printer 41 is 3500, the maximum printing quantity of the printer 51 is 4000, and the maximum printing quantity of the printer 61 is 1500.
In the 1 st printing pass, the 6 printers all print with the maximum number of prints, that is, 4000+3500+3000+2500+2000+1500 equals 16500, and the second remaining number of prints equals 28500 equals 16500 equals 12000.
In the 2 nd printing round, the second remaining printing number to be printed is 12000, and at this time, it is necessary to determine a plurality of third printers that print with the maximum printing number and a plurality of fourth printers that print with the third remaining printing number.
