Abstract
The invention relates to the field of measuring equipment in tunnel construction, in particular to a cable length metering device in tunnel construction. The method aims at solving the problems that the cable length is difficult to measure and the equipment is complicated in the tunnel construction at the present stage. Referring to fig. 1 to 9, the cable length metering device in tunnel construction is provided with at least one spherical or cylindrical shell, the shell comprises an upper cover 1 and a lower seat 2 which are hinged with each other, a cable through hole 4 is formed in the middle position of the upper cover 1 and the lower seat 2, a top pressing roller 5 tangential to a cable is arranged in the upper cover 1, a bottom top roller 6 is arranged in the lower seat 2, and the bottom top roller 6 is connected with a meter for recording the rotating speed of the meter; the cable through hole 4 has a size larger than the outer diameter of the cable to be tested; at least one of the top pressing roller 5 and the bottom pressing roller 6 is in a reverse drum shape with the outer diameter gradually increasing from the center to the two sides so as to realize cable limit; the shell is provided with anti-skid patterns and a display screen 7, the display screen 7 is connected with the output end of the controller, and the input end of the controller is connected with the meter counter and the power supply; the meter counter comprises a striking column 8 arranged at the end part of the bottom top roller 6, a striking sheet 9 is arranged in the rotating travel range of the striking column 8, the striking sheet 9 is connected with a switch to realize the transmission of electric signals, the electric signals realize meter counting through an analog-to-digital converter, and information is input to a controller. In the working process, the cable clamp can be used in a single piece, after the cable is clamped for the first time, the meter counter works to record the moving distance, and the length of the cable in the path is measured.
When the bending degree of the cable is high, the two measuring devices can work together, the cable is clamped through the auxiliary clamping cylinder 3 clamped on the cable through hole 4, the auxiliary clamping cylinder 3 comprises two half cylinders spliced into an I-shaped cylinder, the inside of the auxiliary clamping cylinder is provided with the clamping groove 10, and the inner diameter size of the auxiliary clamping cylinder is not larger than the outer diameter of the measured cable.
