When the adhesive tape is stretched to a required length, the third cutter 47 is driven to move downwards by the fifth electric push rod 48, and then the third cutter 47 passes through the U-shaped groove formed in the second upper clamping plate 15 to directly cut the adhesive tape above the second lower clamping plate 38, so that the adhesive tape is cut off, and the third limit groove plays a limiting role on the third cutter 47, so that the third cutter 47 is kept stable in the lifting process.

Working principle: the adhesive tape is wound on the adhesive tape winding part, the space between the two first cutters 26 is adjusted according to the width of the adhesive tape required in the initial state, the rotating shaft on one of the threaded columns 31 is rotated, the threaded column 31 drives the belt 30 to rotate, the rack 24 meshed with the threaded column 31 slides along the top of the fixed plate 14, the space between the two first cutters 26 is adjusted, in the adjusting process, the pull rod 36 is pulled to the side far away from the threaded column 31, when the space between the two first cutters 26 meets the required requirement, the pull rod 36 is released, the side of the clamping rod 33 close to the threaded column 31 is meshed with one tooth socket of the threaded column 31 due to the elastic action of the first spring 37, the threaded column 31 is fixed firmly, the adhesive tape is clamped by the first clamping part 2, the clamped adhesive tape is driven to move to the side far away from the fixed plate 14 by the hydraulic cylinder 7, when the clamped adhesive tape passes under the first cutter 26 above the fixed plate 14, the first cutter 26 is used for cutting the adhesive tape, so that the adhesive tape reaches a required width, finally, the first clamping piece 2 reaches the side of the second clamping piece far away from the fixed plate 14, when the electromagnet 50 is electrified, the electromagnet 50 attracts the iron sheets on the first upper clamping plate 211 and the first lower clamping plate 212, the first upper clamping plate 211 and the first lower clamping plate 212 are fixedly connected with the second lower clamping plate 38, when the whole second clamping piece is driven to slide along the axial direction of the guide rail 19, the first upper clamping plate 211 and the first lower clamping plate 212 slide along the second clamping piece, when the adhesive tape is stretched to a required length, the second cutter 4 and the third cutter 47 are used for cutting the two ends of the adhesive tape, and the fourth electric push rod 44 moves upwards, so that the second upper clamping plate 15 and the second lower clamping plate 38 are separated, and then the sixth electric push rod 17 is started, the sixth electric push rod 17 drives the supporting rod 18 to move upwards, the supporting rod 18 sticks one side of the adhesive tape, the adhesive tape can be pulled out from the middle of the second upper clamping plate 15 and the second lower clamping plate 38 at the moment, the cut adhesive tape moves along with the conveying belt 1, the second clamping piece drives the first clamping piece 2 to move to the position of the hydraulic cylinder 7, at the moment, the electromagnet 50 is stopped being electrified, the L-shaped rod 5 is inserted into the second groove, and a new round of adhesive tape cutting work can be performed.
