The invention is further described below with reference to the figures and examples.
The structure of the operation panel is shown in fig. 1. The operation panel consists of four single-panel canopy panels and a triangular panel; and sequentially sewing the four single-width umbrella cloth frames into a whole frame along the side edges, and sewing the most lateral side of the umbrella cloth frame with the triangular frame. A plurality of linked control amplitude structures are formed by even number of control amplitudes. The upper side edge of the control panel and the side edge of the triangular panel are sewn with the umbrella coat. In the steering web structure, the sides of the steering web without the triangular web should be adjacent.
The structure of the single gore is shown in figure 2. Description of the working Process

1) when the control rod is not placed, the two control arms are closed, and the parachute cannot be exhausted backwards, so that the parachute cannot be steered and go forwards, and the parachute descends vertically. The schematic diagram is shown in fig. 3.
2) When the right stick is placed on the control stick, the right control piece opens and the left control piece closes, and air in the parachute is exhausted to the rear of the left side through the opened control piece, so that the parachute turns to the right. The schematic diagram is shown in fig. 4.
3) When the operation panels are used for placing the double rods, the left and right operation panels are opened, and air in the parachute is exhausted backwards through the two opened operation panels, so that the parachute has horizontal speed. The schematic diagram is shown in fig. 5.
The invention has the advantages that after nearly 100 times of experiments in the air, the test process is good, the operating performance and the wind resistance of the parachute are good, and the parachute does not retreat in the headwind under the condition that the ground wind speed is 4m/s, thereby basically achieving the expected effect.
