the supporting and circulating assembly is used for supporting the steel wire and ensuring that the steel wire can continuously move in the same direction to form a closed loop in the cutting process, so that the whole section of the steel wire can participate in cutting;
the detachable brush head is arranged on a port of the U-shaped opening, through which a steel wire enters the cutting main body, and comprises a liquid storage bottle and an annular brush wrapped with sponge; a solvent capable of dissolving silicon rubber is filled in the liquid storage bottle, the annular hairbrush is arranged at the bottom of the liquid storage bottle, and the sponge wrapped on the annular hairbrush is soaked in the solvent;
the steel wire is cut and passes through the center of the annular hairbrush before entering the frame so as to remove silicon rubber impurities adsorbed on the steel wire.
2. The silicone rubber cutting device according to claim 1, wherein:
the supporting circulating assembly comprises two guide wheels, a tensioning wheel, a Y-shaped support, a tensioning nut, a ratchet wheel component, a clamping jaw and a spring;
the Y-shaped support comprises a V-shaped arm and a screw rod which are connected, wherein the V-shaped arm is positioned in the cutting main body, one end of the screw rod extends out of the cutting main body, and the tail end of the screw rod is provided with the tensioning nut;
the two guide wheels are positioned in the cutting main body, and two ends of a wheel shaft of each guide wheel are respectively fixed on the frame and the cover plate;
the tensioning wheel is positioned in the cutting main body and is arranged between the V-shaped arms through a first wheel shaft, and the screw rod extends out of the cutting main body; the tension degree of the steel wire is adjusted by adjusting the tension nut;
the ratchet component comprises a ratchet and a winding post;
the winding post is arranged in a hollow cavity of the cutting main body through a second wheel shaft, and two ends of the second wheel shaft are respectively arranged on the frame and the cover plate;
the ratchet wheel is positioned on the outer side of the cutting main body and is coaxially arranged at the end part of the second wheel shaft extending out of the cover plate;
the jack catch and the spring are both installed on the outer side of the cutting main body, and the jack catch tightly pushes the ratchet wheel under the acting force of the spring, so that the ratchet wheel can only rotate along one direction.
3. The silicone rubber cutting device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein:
notches are formed in the two end faces of the wrapping post, and the opening positions of the two notches are symmetrical about the central point of the wrapping post;
two ends of the steel wire wound on the winding post are respectively fixed at the notches of the winding post through pressing blocks arranged at the two notches.
4. The silicone rubber cutting device according to claim 3, wherein:
the annular brush consists of two semicircular brush rings, one end of each semicircular brush ring is connected, and the other end of each semicircular brush ring is disconnected;
the two semicircular brush rings are elastic, wrapped by sponge and provided with brush hairs.
5. The silicone rubber cutting device according to claim 4, wherein:
the steel wire is made of 45# steel, and a layer of carborundum is electroplated on the surface of the steel wire.
6. The silicone rubber cutting device according to claim 5, wherein:
the diameter of the steel wire is 0.15-0.2 mm smaller than the thickness of the silicon rubber layer to be cut.
7. The silicone rubber cutting device according to claim 6, wherein:
the guide wheel and the tensioning wheel are made of polytetrafluoroethylene.
8. The silicone rubber cutting device according to claim 7, wherein:
the solvent which can dissolve the silicon rubber in the liquid bottle is alcohol ether mixed solution, and the volume ratio of the alcohol to the ether is 1: 4.
9. The silicone rubber cutting device according to claim 8, wherein:
the frame is also provided with a handle.
10. A cutting method using the silicone rubber cutting apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized by comprising the steps of:
1) determining the gauge of the wire
Determining the diameter specification of the selected steel wire according to the thickness of the silicon rubber to be cut;
2) penetrating a steel wire through the slit for filling the rubber to contact the bonding surface of the silicon rubber to be cut;
3) disassembling the side cover and the ratchet wheel on the frame, winding the steel wire passing through the slit around the two guide wheels and the tension wheel of the frame, winding and fixing the residual steel wire on the winding post, and reinstalling the side cover and the ratchet wheel;
4) adjusting the tensioning wheel by using a tensioning nut to tension the steel wire;
5) installing a detachable brush head;
6) pulling the cutting device to cut the silicon rubber, rotating the ratchet wheel to convey the steel wire when the frame moves forwards, and keeping the ratchet wheel still when the frame moves backwards, wherein the steel wire cuts the silicon rubber;
7) when the steel wire wound on the winding post in the forward direction is completely and reversely wound to the other side, the claw is pressed down by hand, the ratchet wheel is loosened, meanwhile, the steel wire is contacted on the silicon rubber layer and pulled backwards, the steel wire can be wound in the forward direction again by means of the friction force between the silicon rubber and the steel wire, the initial position is recovered, and the cutting is started again.
