9. A debugging machine for adjusting the feed bar of a punching machine according to claim 6, characterized in that said fine adjustment means comprise a third sliding guide mechanism and an abutment structure;
the third sliding guide mechanism is arranged on a support table arranged at the tail end of the support frame along the second direction, and the abutting structure is movably arranged on the third sliding guide mechanism through the support plate and moves along the second direction to abut against the feed rod so as to adjust the feed rod to a specified position.
