As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, the booster pump 102 is used to pressurize the water to form high pressure water that is delivered to the ball valve.
The cleaning and disinfecting foam generating device provided by the embodiment is also provided with an air pressure regulating valve 2034; the air pressure regulating valve 2034 is provided at a high-pressure air outlet of the air tank or a first inlet of the cleaning disinfectant mixing mold. As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, the pressure of the high pressure gas delivered to the sanitizer mixing mold can be adjusted by operating the pressure regulating valve 2034 to accommodate different sanitizers or sanitizer environment requirements.
The cleaning and disinfecting foam generating device provided by the embodiment is also provided with a water pressure regulating valve; the water pressure regulating valve is arranged at the output port of the booster pump 102 or at the inlet of the three-way ball valve 103. As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, the hydraulic pressure level of the high pressure water delivered into the three-way ball valve 103 can be adjusted by operating the hydraulic pressure regulator valve to match the foaming requirements of different cleaning disinfectants, or to match the hydraulic pressure level required to clean stains.
The air compressor adopts a small piston type air compressor.
The booster pump 102 is a small magnetic pump.
As can be appreciated by those skilled in the art, the cleaning and disinfecting foam generating device provided by the embodiment adopts the parallel single valve components with three ports which are independently designed, replaces the traditional technical means of foaming in a foam generator by high-pressure gas, pressurized clean water and cleaning disinfectant, firstly pressurizes the cleaning disinfectant, then mixes and foams the pressurized clean water and the pressurized cleaning disinfectant in the parallel single valve components, and connects the sealing castings with the single valve components as an integral structure, so that on one hand, the bubble process is divided into one step to be completed, and the foaming can be performed more efficiently; on the other hand, the risk of equipment damage and even explosion in the air bubble process is reduced.
The cleaning and disinfecting foam generating device provided by the embodiment is further provided with a barometer 2033 connected with the cleaning and disinfecting agent mixing die. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the pressure gauge 2033 can monitor the pressure value within the cleaning and disinfectant mixing mold in real time, thereby adjusting the air pressure regulator 2034 according to the current pressure value within the cleaning and disinfectant mixing mold.
Example III
As shown in fig. 3, the present embodiment provides a cleaning and disinfecting machine including the cleaning and disinfecting foam generating device according to the second embodiment; the cleaning and disinfecting machine is also provided with a sewage recovery module; the sewage recovery module comprises a sewage tank 401, a sewage collecting pipe and a vacuum pump 402; the sewage tank 401 is connected with the vacuum pump 402 and the sewage collection pipe. As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, under the action of the air pump, a negative pressure is formed in the sewage collection pipe, thereby pumping and collecting external sewage into the sewage tank 401; thus, through the cleaning and disinfecting machine provided by the embodiment, the functions of clean water cleaning and disinfecting, foam cleaning and disinfecting and sewage recycling can be realized simultaneously, the operation is convenient, and the cleaning and disinfecting effect and the cleaning and disinfecting efficiency are effectively improved.
The cleaning and disinfecting machine provided by the embodiment further comprises a power supply management unit and a driving circuit for driving the cleaning and disinfecting foam generating device and the sewage recycling module; the driving circuit is in circuit connection with the power management unit; the input current of the power management unit is 220 volts of alternating current. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the cleaning and disinfecting agent provided in this embodiment may be connected to an external municipal power supply circuit via a power plug and socket.
The cleaning and disinfecting machine provided by the embodiment can perform two cleaning modes of high-pressure clean water flushing and high-pressure foam cleaning by the aid of the water tank 101 and the sewage tank 401, recover the cleaned sewage, and can be widely applied to deep cleaning of targeted public places under various environmental conditions.
Example IV
As shown in fig. 5, the present embodiment provides an intelligent control device for a cleaning and disinfecting machine, where the intelligent control device for a cleaning and disinfecting machine includes a circuit board and a control circuit disposed on the circuit board; the control circuit comprises a microprocessor controller 201, a memory 202 and a first flow control driving module 203; the memory 202 and the first flow control driving module 203 are both in circuit connection with the microprocessor controller 201. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the first flow control driving module 203 is used to control the inflow of water into the water inlet of the three-way ball valve 103 in the second embodiment, so that the inflow parameter of the water inlet of the three-way ball valve 103 can be adjusted according to the use requirement of the cleaning and disinfecting foam generating device or the cleaning and disinfecting machine, thereby achieving better cleaning effect.
The intelligent control device of the cleaning and disinfecting machine provided by the embodiment further comprises a first digital flow control valve 204, wherein the first digital flow control valve 204 comprises a first execution valve body provided with a first control end; the first execution valve body is arranged at a pipeline port part of a water inlet of the three-way ball valve 103; the first control end of the first execution valve body is electrically connected with the first flow control driving module 203. As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, the microprocessor controller 201 calculates and generates water flow parameter information suitable for the current cleaning and disinfecting requirement according to the information input from the outside and sends the water flow parameter information to the first flow control driving module 203, and the first flow control driving module 203 is configured to generate a water flow control instruction for controlling the first digital flow control valve 204 according to the water flow parameter information and pass through the first control end of the first digital flow control valve 204, so as to control the first execution valve body to deform to generate water flow matched with the water flow parameter information.
The first digital flow control valve 204 further includes a first flow sensor 205 provided with a first flow sensing element (not shown); the first flow sensing component (not shown in the figure) is arranged at the pipeline port part of the water inlet of the three-way ball valve 103; the first flow sensor 205 is electrically connected to the microprocessor controller 201. As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, the first flow sensor 205 is configured to sense a current water flow parameter of a pipe port portion of the water inlet of the three-way ball valve 103, generate a current water flow parameter electrical signal according to the current water flow parameter, and send the current water flow parameter electrical signal to the microprocessor controller 201, so that the microprocessor controller 201 calculates and generates water flow parameter information suitable for a current cleaning and disinfection requirement according to the current water flow parameter electrical signal. The accuracy of water flow control can be further ensured through the detection feedback of the first flow sensor 205, and the requirements of intelligent efficient cleaning and disinfection at present are met. The mounting manner and the mounting structure of the first sensing component (not shown in the drawings) are conventional in the art, and will not be described herein.
The intelligent control device for the cleaning and disinfecting machine controls the water flow rate of the pipeline port part of the water inlet of the three-way ball valve 103 to be 8-12 liters, so that a better cleaning and disinfecting effect is achieved.
The microprocessor controller 201 is provided with a first GPIO interface, and the first flow control driving module 203 is connected to the first GPIO interface through a circuit. As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, this may enable the first flow control driving module 203 to be connected to the microprocessor controller 201 through a first GPIO interface, and the output water flow parameter information of the microprocessor controller 201 is sent to the first flow control driving module 203 through the first GPIO interface.
The microprocessor controller 201 is further provided with a first serial port, and the first flow sensor 205 is connected to the first serial port through a circuit. As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, this may be achieved by connecting the first flow sensor 205 to the microprocessor controller 201 via a first serial port, and sending the current electrical signal of the water flow parameter output by the first flow sensor 205 to the microprocessor controller 201 via the first serial port.
The control circuit further includes a hydraulic control drive module 206; the hydraulic control driving module 206 is electrically connected with the microprocessor controller 201. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the intelligent control device for a cleaning and disinfecting machine provided in this embodiment may also control the first water pressure parameter of the water inlet of the three-way ball valve 103 in the second embodiment, and may also control the second water pressure parameter output by the booster pump by adjusting the booster pump.
The intelligent control device of the cleaning and disinfecting machine provided by the embodiment further comprises a digital water pressure control valve 207, wherein the digital water pressure control valve 207 comprises an execution water pressure pump body provided with a second control end; the execution water pressure pump body is arranged at a pipeline port part of a water inlet of the three-way ball valve 103; the second control end of the actuating hydraulic pump body is electrically connected to the hydraulic control driving module 206. As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, the microprocessor controller 201 calculates and generates water pressure parameter information suitable for the current cleaning and disinfection requirements according to the information inputted from the outside, and sends the water pressure parameter information to the water pressure control driving module 206, and the water pressure control driving module 206 is configured to generate a water pressure control instruction for controlling the digital water pressure control valve 207 according to the water pressure parameter information and control the execution water pressure pump body to generate a water pressure matched with the water pressure parameter information through the second control end of the digital water pressure control valve 207, as will be appreciated by those skilled in the art.
The digital water pressure control valve 207 further includes a water pressure sensor 208 provided with a pressure sensing part; the pressure sensing component is arranged at the pipeline port part of the water inlet of the three-way ball valve 103; the water pressure sensor 208 is connected to the microprocessor controller 201 through an electrical circuit. As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, the water pressure sensor 208 is configured to sense a current water pressure parameter of a port portion of a pipeline for obtaining a water inlet of the three-way ball valve 103, and generate a current water pressure parameter electric signal according to the current water pressure parameter, and send the current water pressure parameter electric signal to the micro-processing controller 201, so that the micro-processing controller 201 calculates and generates water pressure parameter information suitable for a current cleaning and disinfection requirement according to the current water pressure parameter electric signal. By the detection feedback of the water pressure sensor 208, the accuracy of water pressure control can be further ensured, and the requirements of intelligent efficient cleaning and disinfection at present can be met.
The intelligent control device for a cleaning and disinfecting machine provided in this embodiment controls the water pressure at the pipeline port portion of the water inlet of the three-way ball valve 103 to be between 8 kg and 100 kg, and preferably, the intelligent control device for a cleaning and disinfecting machine provided in this embodiment controls the water pressure at the pipeline port portion of the water inlet of the three-way ball valve 103 to be between 16 kg and 20 kg. Those skilled in the art can understand that the excessive water pressure can cause poor fusion effect of the water and the cleaning disinfectant in the cleaning and disinfecting machine, and the cleaning disinfectant is uneven, so that on one hand, water resources and the cleaning disinfectant are wasted, and on the other hand, the use cost of the cleaning and disinfecting machine is too high, and on the other hand, the service life of the cleaning and disinfecting machine is also influenced to a certain extent; but if the water pressure is too low, the cleaning and sterilizing effects are affected. The intelligent control device for the cleaning and disinfecting machine, which is provided by the embodiment, preferably controls the water pressure between 16 kg and 20 kg, can achieve a better cleaning and disinfecting effect, saves water resources, can enable the cleaning and disinfecting agent and water to achieve a better fusion effect, reduces the use cost of the cleaning and disinfecting machine, and prolongs the service life of the cleaning and disinfecting machine.
The microprocessor controller 201 is provided with a second GPIO interface, and the hydraulic control driving module 206 is connected with the second GPIO interface through a circuit. As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, this may enable the hydraulic control drive module 206 to be connected to the microprocessor controller 201 via a second GPIO interface, and the hydraulic parameter information output by the microprocessor controller 201 is sent to the hydraulic control drive module 206 via the second GPIO interface.
The microprocessor controller 201 is further provided with a second serial port, and the water pressure sensor 208 is connected with the second serial port through a circuit. As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, this may enable the water pressure sensor 208 to be connected to the microprocessor controller 201 via a second serial port, and the current electrical signal of the water pressure parameter output by the water pressure sensor 208 is sent to the microprocessor controller 201 via the second serial port.
The control circuit further includes a second flow control driver module 209; the second flow control driving module 209 is electrically connected to the microprocessor controller 201. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the second flow control driving module 209 is configured to control the flow rate of the reagent at the cleaning disinfectant inlet of the cleaning disinfectant mixing mold according to the second embodiment, so that the flow rate parameter of the reagent injected at the cleaning disinfectant inlet of the cleaning disinfectant mixing mold can be adjusted according to the use requirement of the cleaning disinfectant machine, thereby achieving better cleaning effect.
The intelligent control device for the cleaning and disinfecting machine provided by the embodiment further comprises a second digital flow control valve 210, wherein the second digital flow control valve 210 comprises a second execution valve body provided with a third control end; the second execution valve body is arranged at a pipeline port part of a cleaning disinfectant inlet of the cleaning disinfectant mixing die; the third control end of the second execution valve body is electrically connected with the second flow control driving module 209. As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, the microprocessor controller 201 calculates and generates reagent flow information suitable for the current cleaning and disinfection requirements according to the information input from the outside and sends the reagent flow parameter information to the second flow control driving module 209, and the second flow control driving module 209 is configured to generate a reagent flow control instruction for controlling the second digital flow control valve 210 according to the reagent flow parameter information and pass through the third control end of the second digital flow control valve 210, so as to control the second execution valve body to deform to generate a reagent flow matched with the reagent flow parameter information.
The second digital flow control valve 210 further includes a second flow sensor 211 provided with a second flow sensing member disposed at a pipe port portion of the cleaning disinfectant inlet of the cleaning disinfectant mixing mold; the second flow sensor 211 is electrically connected to the microprocessor controller 201. As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, the second flow sensor 211 is configured to sense a current reagent flow parameter of a port portion of a pipeline for obtaining a cleaning disinfectant inlet of the cleaning disinfectant mixing mold, and generate a current reagent flow parameter electrical signal according to the current reagent flow parameter, and send the current reagent flow parameter electrical signal to the microprocessor controller 201, so that the microprocessor controller 201 calculates and generates reagent flow parameter information suitable for a current cleaning disinfectant requirement according to the current reagent flow parameter electrical signal; by the detection feedback of the second flow sensor 211, the accuracy of reagent flow control can be further ensured, and the requirements of intelligent efficient cleaning and disinfection at present can be met. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the intelligent control device for a cleaning and disinfecting machine according to the present embodiment adjusts the flow parameters of the reagent according to the performance of the cleaning and disinfecting agent, so as to control the actual flow which is matched with the cleaning and disinfecting agent to achieve the optimal cleaning and disinfecting effect.
The microprocessor controller 201 is provided with a third GPIO interface, and the second flow control driving module 209 is connected to the third GPIO interface through a circuit. As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, this may enable the second flow control driver module 209 to be connected to the microprocessor controller 201 via a second GPIO interface, and the reagent flow parameter information output by the microprocessor controller 201 is sent to the second flow control driver module 209 via the third GPIO interface.
The microprocessor controller 201 is further provided with a third serial port, and the second flow sensor 211 is connected to the third serial port through a circuit. As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, this may be achieved by connecting the first flow sensor 205 to the microprocessor controller 201 via a first serial port, and sending the current electrical signal of the water flow parameter output by the first flow sensor 205 to the microprocessor controller 201 via the first serial port.
The control circuit further includes a pneumatic control drive module 212; the pneumatic control driving module 212 is electrically connected with the microprocessor controller 201. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the intelligent control device for a cleaning and disinfecting machine provided in this embodiment may also control the air pressure parameter output by the air pressure regulating valve 5.
The air pressure regulating valve comprises a fourth control end and an execution air pressure pump body; the fourth control end is electrically connected to the air pressure control driving module 212. As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, the microprocessor controller 201 calculates and generates air pressure parameter information suitable for the current cleaning and disinfecting requirement according to the information inputted from the outside and sends the air pressure parameter information to the air pressure control driving module 212, and the air pressure control driving module 212 is configured to generate an air pressure control instruction for controlling the air pressure regulating valve according to the air pressure parameter information and pass through the fourth control end, so as to control the air pressure pump to generate air pressure matched with the air pressure parameter information.
The intelligent control device for the cleaning and disinfecting machine provided by the embodiment adjusts the output air pressure of the execution air pressure pump body to be 3.8 kg. As can be appreciated by those skilled in the art, when the output air pressure of the air pressure pump is too high, the air and water volumes are poor, and the outlet position of the three-way pipe 301 in the second embodiment outputs a larger proportion of air and outputs a smaller proportion of water, so that a better cleaning and disinfection effect cannot be achieved; however, when the output air pressure of the air pressure pump body is too small, water or cleaning and sterilizing foam cannot be conveyed to a long distance, and in one embodiment, the water outlet can be connected only through a short pipe body, so that a position far away from the cleaning and sterilizing machine cannot be cleaned. Preferably, when the intelligent control device for a cleaning and disinfecting machine provided in this embodiment adjusts the output air pressure of the executing air pressure pump body to 3.8 kg, the water outlet 26 is connected with the four-way valve 19 through a pipe body with a length of 15 m, so that the cleaning radius of the cleaning and disinfecting machine in the third embodiment is increased to 15 m, the operation is more convenient, and the cleaning efficiency is higher.
The microprocessor controller 201 is provided with a fourth GPIO interface, and the air pressure control driving module 212 is connected to the fourth GPIO interface through a circuit. As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, this may enable the pneumatic control driving module 212 to be connected to the microprocessor controller 201 through a fourth GPIO interface, and pneumatic parameter information output from the microprocessor controller 201 is sent to the pneumatic control driving module 212 through the fourth GPIO interface.
The intelligent control device for the cleaning and disinfecting machine provided by the embodiment comprises a GPS communication module 213, wherein the GPS communication module 213 is arranged on the circuit board and is connected with the micro-processing controller 201 through a circuit. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that, through the GPS communication module 213, the cleaning and disinfecting machine equipped with the intelligent control device for a cleaning and disinfecting machine provided in this embodiment may perform data communication with a server set outside, so as to download various control parameter information from the server, thereby implementing remote control of the cleaning and disinfecting machine. Meanwhile, various indexes of the cleaning and sterilizing machine, such as the use condition, the residual quantity and the like of consumable materials of the cleaning and sterilizing machine, can be uploaded through the GPS communication module 213, so that the use state of the cleaning and sterilizing agent can be monitored through the server, and prompt information for adding the cleaning and sterilizing agent can be timely reported and repaired through a background or sent to an operator of the cleaning and sterilizing machine through the background when abnormal conditions and the like occur.
Example five
As shown in fig. 6, the present embodiment provides a cleaning system including a main control server 301 and a terminal cleaning sterilizer 302; the terminal cleaning and disinfecting machine 302 is the cleaning and disinfecting machine according to the third embodiment, and the intelligent control device of the cleaning and disinfecting machine according to the second embodiment is disposed in the terminal cleaning and disinfecting machine 302. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the data communication with the plurality of terminal cleaning and sterilizing machines 302 can be realized through the main control server 301, so that on one hand, the remote control of the terminal cleaning and sterilizing machines 302 can be realized through the main control server, and on the other hand, the operation state and various index parameters of the terminal cleaning and sterilizing machines 302 can be uploaded to the server, so that the operation of the terminal cleaning and sterilizing machines 302 can be monitored through the main control server 301.
The master control server 301 includes a consumable monitoring module, where the consumable monitoring module includes:
the startup time monitoring unit is used for receiving startup time parameter information sent by the terminal cleaning and disinfecting machine 302;
a consumable usage efficiency setting unit for externally inputting consumable usage efficiency parameter information of the terminal cleaning and disinfecting machine 302;
the consumable estimated usage amount calculation unit is configured to use the product obtained by forming the consumable usage efficiency parameter information and the startup time parameter information as consumable estimated usage amount information of the terminal cleaning and disinfecting machine 302;
The consumable actual use amount monitoring unit is used for receiving consumable actual use amount information sent by the terminal cleaning and disinfecting machine 302;
and the detergent use judging unit is used for comparing the consumable estimated use amount information output by the consumable estimated use amount calculating unit with the consumable actual use amount information output by the consumable actual use amount monitoring unit, and judging that the terminal equipment does not use the consumable matched with the consumable use efficiency parameter information of the terminal cleaning and sterilizing machine 302 input by the tail when the consumable estimated use amount information is larger than the consumable actual use amount information.
As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, the consumable refers to the cleaning and sanitizing agent used for the terminal cleaning and sanitizing machine 302, and the consumable usage efficiency parameter information is the number of cleaning and sanitizing machines used per hour in liters per hour. As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, if the user of the terminal cleaning and disinfecting machine 302 uses a cleaning and disinfecting agent which is matched with the consumable usage efficiency parameter information of the terminal cleaning and disinfecting machine 302 input in the server, after a certain period of time, the actual usage amount will be equal to the estimated usage amount; if the estimated usage is greater than the actual usage, it may be determined that the user of the terminal cleaning and sanitizing machine 302 has used a cleaning and sanitizing agent of a non-designated model or brand.
The main control server 301 further includes a control parameter configuration module for an operator to input a water flow control parameter, a water pressure control parameter, a reagent flow control parameter or an air pressure control parameter, so as to remotely switch and control the first digital flow control valve 204, the digital water pressure control valve 207, the second digital flow control valve 210 or the air pressure regulating valve of the terminal cleaning disinfectant. As can be appreciated by those skilled in the art, the remote control of the terminal cleaning and disinfecting machine 302 by the main control server 301 can be realized, so that the professional requirements of operators of the terminal cleaning and disinfecting machine 302 can be reduced, and the labor cost can be reduced; meanwhile, through remote control, the loss risk of improper operation of the terminal cleaning and sterilizing machine 302 can be reduced, the maintenance cost of the terminal cleaning and sterilizing machine 302 is reduced, and the service life of the terminal cleaning and sterilizing machine 302 is prolonged.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and are not limiting; although the invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.

1. A cleaning and sanitizing foam generating device, comprising: a cleaning disinfectant pressurizing module, a water pressurizing module, a mixing module and a foam output module; the mixing module is communicated with the cleaning disinfectant pressurizing module, the water pressurizing module and the foam output module respectively;
the mixing module comprises a cleaning disinfectant mixing module, a parallel single valve assembly, a three-way ball valve (103) and a three-way pipe; the cleaning disinfectant mixing die is provided with a first input port for inputting high-pressure gas and a second input port (2032) for inputting cleaning disinfectant; the cleaning disinfectant mixing die is also provided with a high-pressure cleaning disinfectant output port; the parallel single valve component is provided with a high-pressure cleaning disinfectant input port; the high-pressure cleaning disinfectant input port is connected with the high-pressure cleaning disinfectant output port through a pipeline; the parallel single valve assembly is also provided with a high-pressure water input port; the high-pressure water input port is connected with a three-way ball valve (103) through a pipeline; the first input port is connected with the cleaning disinfectant pressurizing module through a pipeline; the parallel single valve assembly is also provided with a cleaning and disinfection foam output port; the cleaning and disinfecting foam output port is connected with the three-way pipe through a pipeline.

The cleaning and sanitizing foam generating device of claim 1, wherein said three-way ball valve (103) is provided with a ball valve inlet, a first ball valve outlet and a second ball valve outlet; an inlet of the three-way ball valve (103) is connected with a water pressurizing module through a pipeline; the outlet of the first ball valve is connected with the three-way pipe through a pipeline; and the second ball valve outlet is connected with the high-pressure water inlet through a pipeline.

The cleaning and sanitizing foam generating device of claim 2, wherein said parallel single valve assembly comprises a first single valve (2041) and a second single valve (2042); the first single valve (2041) includes a first end portion, a first tail portion, and a first sidewall; the second single valve (2042) includes a second end portion, a second tail portion, and a second sidewall; the first tail part and the second tail part are communicated; the high-pressure water input port is arranged on the first side wall; the cleaning and disinfecting foam output port is arranged at the first tail part; the high pressure cleaning and sanitizing agent input port is disposed at the second end.
4. A cleaning and sanitizing foam generating device as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that said first single valve (2041) and second single valve (2042) are of unitary construction.
5. The cleaning and sanitizing foam generating device of claim 4, wherein said cleaning and sanitizing agent pressurizing module comprises a reservoir connected to the air compressor; the gas storage tank is provided with a high-pressure gas outlet; the high-pressure gas output port is communicated with the first input port; the water pressurizing module comprises a water tank (101) and a pressurizing pump (102), and the pressurizing pump (102) is connected with a ball valve inlet pipeline.

The cleaning and disinfecting foam generating device according to claim 5, further comprising an air pressure regulating valve (2034) and a water pressure regulating valve; the air pressure regulating valve (2034) is arranged at a high-pressure air output port of the air storage tank or a first input port of the cleaning disinfectant mixing mould; the water pressure regulating valve is arranged at an output port of the booster pump (102) or an inlet of the three-way ball valve (103).

A cleaning and disinfecting machine comprising the cleaning and disinfecting foam generating device according to claim 6 and a sewage recovery module; the sewage recovery module comprises a sewage tank (401), a sewage collecting pipe and a vacuum pump (402); the sewage tank (401) is connected with the vacuum pump (402) and the sewage collecting pipe.

The cleaning and disinfecting machine of claim 7, further comprising a power management unit and a driving circuit for driving the cleaning and disinfecting foam generating device and the sewage recovery module; the driving circuit is in circuit connection with the power management unit; the input current of the power management unit is 220 volts of alternating current;

The cleaning and sanitizing machine of claim 8, further comprising a cleaning and sanitizing machine intelligent control device comprising a circuit board, a control circuit disposed on the circuit board, and a first digital flow control valve (204); the control circuit comprises a micro-processing controller (201), a memory (202) and a first flow control driving module (203); the memory (202) and the first flow control driving module (203) are both in circuit connection with the micro-processing controller (201); the first digital flow control valve (204) includes a first actuator valve body having a first control end; the first execution valve body is arranged at a pipeline port part of a water inlet of the three-way ball valve (103); the first control end of the first execution valve body is in circuit connection with the first flow control driving module (203).
10. The cleaning and sanitizing machine of claim 9, wherein said first digital flow control valve (204) further comprises a first flow sensor (205) provided with a first flow sensing means; the first flow sensing component is arranged at a pipeline port part of a water inlet of the three-way ball valve (103); the first flow sensor (205) is electrically connected to the microprocessor controller (201).
11. A cleaning and disinfecting machine according to claim 10, characterized in that the water flow rate of the pipe port portion of the water inlet of the three-way ball valve (103) is controlled between 8 and 12 liters.
12. The cleaning and disinfecting machine of claim 11, characterized in that the microprocessor controller (201) is provided with a first GPIO interface, and the first flow control driving module (203) is connected to the first GPIO interface through a circuit.
13. The cleaning and sanitizing machine of claim 12, wherein said microprocessor controller (201) is further provided with a first serial port, said first flow sensor (205) being electrically connected to said first serial port.
14. The cleaning and sanitizing machine of claim 9, wherein said control circuit further comprises a hydraulic control drive module (206); the water pressure control driving module (206) is in circuit connection with the micro-processing controller (201);
the hydraulic control system further comprises a digital hydraulic control valve (207), wherein the digital hydraulic control valve (207) comprises an execution hydraulic pump body provided with a second control end; the execution water pressure pump body is arranged at a pipeline port part of a water inlet of the three-way ball valve (103); the second control end of the execution water pressure pump body is in circuit connection with the water pressure control driving module (206).
15. The cleaning and sanitizing machine of claim 14, wherein said digital water pressure control valve (207) further comprises a water pressure sensor (208) provided with pressure sensing means; the pressure sensing component is arranged at a pipeline port part of a water inlet of the three-way ball valve (103); the water pressure sensor (208) is connected with the micro-processing controller (201) through a circuit.
16. A cleaning and disinfecting machine according to claim 15, characterized in that the water pressure at the pipe port of the water inlet of the three-way ball valve (103) is controlled between 8 kg and 100 kg.
17. The cleaning and disinfecting machine according to claim 16, characterized in that the microprocessor controller (201) is provided with a second GPIO interface, and the hydraulic control driving module (206) is connected with the second GPIO interface through a circuit.
18. The cleaning and disinfecting machine of claim 17, characterized in that the microprocessor controller (201) is further provided with a second serial port, and the water pressure sensor (208) is connected with the second serial port through a circuit.
19. The cleaning and sanitizing machine of claim 9, wherein said control circuit further comprises a second flow control drive module (209); the second flow control driving module (209) is in circuit connection with the micro-processing controller (201).
20. The cleaning and sanitizing machine of claim 19, further comprising a second digital flow control valve (210), said second digital flow control valve (210) comprising a second actuator valve body having a third control end; the second execution valve body is arranged at a pipeline port part of a cleaning disinfectant inlet of the cleaning disinfectant mixing die; the third control end of the second execution valve body is in circuit connection with the second flow control driving module (209).

The cleaning and sanitizing machine of claim 20, wherein said second digital flow control valve (210) further comprises a second flow sensor (211) having a second flow sensing member disposed at a conduit port portion of the cleaning and sanitizing agent inlet of the cleaning and sanitizing agent mixing die; the second flow sensor (211) is connected with the micro-processing controller (201) through a circuit.
22. The cleaning and sanitizing machine of claim 21, wherein said microprocessor controller (201) is provided with a third GPIO interface, and wherein said second flow control drive module (209) is electrically connected to said third GPIO interface.
23. The cleaning and disinfecting machine of claim 22, characterized in that the microprocessor controller (201) is further provided with a third serial port, and the second flow sensor (211) is connected to the third serial port through a circuit.
24. The cleaning and sanitizing machine of claim 9, wherein said control circuit further comprises a pneumatic control drive module (212); the air pressure control driving module (212) is in circuit connection with the micro-processing controller (201).
25. The cleaning and sanitizing machine of claim 24, wherein said air pressure regulator valve includes a fourth control port and an implement air pressure pump body; the fourth control end is in circuit connection with the air pressure control driving module (212).
26. The cleaning and sanitizing apparatus of claim 25, wherein said actuator pump body has an output air pressure of 3.8 kg.
27. The cleaning and disinfecting machine of claim 26, characterized in that the microprocessor controller (201) is provided with a fourth GPIO interface, and the pneumatic control driving module (212) is connected to the fourth GPIO interface through a circuit.
28. The cleaning and sanitizing machine of claim 27, including a GPS communication module (213), said GPS communication module (213) being disposed on said circuit board and electrically connected to said microprocessor controller (201).
29. A cleaning system, characterized by comprising a main control server (301) and a terminal cleaning sterilizer (302); the terminal cleaning and sanitizing machine (302) is a cleaning and sanitizing machine as set forth in claim 9.
30. The cleaning system of claim 29, wherein the master server (301) comprises a consumable monitoring module comprising:
the starting-up time monitoring unit is used for receiving starting-up time parameter information sent by the terminal cleaning and disinfecting machine (302);
the consumable use efficiency setting unit is used for externally inputting consumable use efficiency parameter information of the terminal cleaning and sterilizing machine (302);
the consumable estimated use amount calculation unit is used for taking the product obtained by the consumable use efficiency parameter information and the startup time length parameter information as consumable estimated use amount information of the terminal cleaning sterilizer (302);
the consumable actual use quantity monitoring unit is used for receiving consumable actual use quantity information sent by the terminal cleaning and sterilizing machine (302);
and the detergent use judging unit is used for comparing the consumable estimated use amount information output by the consumable estimated use amount calculating unit with the consumable actual use amount information output by the consumable actual use amount monitoring unit, and judging that the terminal equipment does not use the consumable matched with the consumable use efficiency parameter information of the terminal cleaning and sterilizing machine (302) input by the tail when the consumable estimated use amount information is larger than the consumable actual use amount information.
31. The cleaning system of claim 30, wherein the master control server (301) further comprises a control parameter configuration module for an operator to input a water flow control parameter, a water pressure control parameter, a reagent flow control parameter, or a pneumatic control parameter to remotely switch control of the first digital flow control valve (204), the digital water pressure control valve (207), the second digital flow control valve (210), or the pneumatic control valve of the terminal cleaning disinfectant.
